It is crucial to the quality of information in terms of factuality in many applications, such as topic detection and question answering. Factuality has become a premier concern especially in social media, in which texts are written informally. However, existing approaches that rely on lexical cues suffer greatly from the casual or word-of-mouth peculiarity of social media, in which the cue phrases are often expressed in substandard form or even omitted from sentences. To tackle these problems, this paper proposes an Attention-based Neural Framework for Uncertainty identification on social media texts, named ANFU. ANFU incorporates attention-based Long Short-Term Memory(LSTM) networks to represent the semantics of words and Convolutional Neural Networks(CNNs) to capture the most important semantics. Experiments were conducted on four datasets, including 2 English benchmark datasets used in the CoNLL-2010 task of uncertainty identification and 2 Chinese datasets of Weibo and Chinese news texts. Experimental results showed that our proposed ANFU approach outperformed the-state-of-the-art on all the datasets in terms of F1 measure. More importantly, 41.37% and 13.10% improvements were achieved over the baselines on English and Chinese social media datasets, respectively, showing the particular effectiveness of ANFU on social media texts.展开更多
In this study,a new image-based method for the extraction and characterization of pore-throat network for unconventional hydrocarbon storage and exploitation is proposed.“Pore-throat solidity”,which is analogous to ...In this study,a new image-based method for the extraction and characterization of pore-throat network for unconventional hydrocarbon storage and exploitation is proposed.“Pore-throat solidity”,which is analogous to particle solidity,and a new method for automatic identification of pores and throats in tight sandstone oil reservoirs are introduced.Additionally,the“pore-throat combination”and“pure pore”are defined and distinguished by drawing the cumulative probability curve of the pore-throat solidity and by selecting an appropriate cutoff point.When the discrete grid set is recognized as a pore-throat combination,Legendre ellipse fitting and minimum Feret diameter are used.When the pore and throat grid sets are identified as pure pores,the pore diameter can be directly calculated.Using the new method,the analytical results for the physical parameters and pore radius agree well with most prior studies.The results comparing the maximum ball and the new model could also prove the accuracy of the latter's in micro and nano scales.The new model provides a more practical theoretical basis and a new calculation method for the rapid and accurate evaluation of the complex processes of oil migration.展开更多
The present experiment was conducted to investigate a dry fish fungus, Cunnighamella blakesleeana, which was identified from the infected part of the Corica soborna, locally named as Kachki fish. Mycelium was hyaline,...The present experiment was conducted to investigate a dry fish fungus, Cunnighamella blakesleeana, which was identified from the infected part of the Corica soborna, locally named as Kachki fish. Mycelium was hyaline, often with granular content, and conidiophores were erected, with verticillate or solitary branches. Zygospores were globose, tuberculate, suspensors equal, smooth, hyaline and heterothallic. Using ITS4 and ITS5 primers, the 740 bp-long ITS region was amplified and sequenced. The ITS region sequences had reciprocal homologies of 98% to 100%. The findings showed that several species of C. blakesleeana fall into the same cluster. It has been determined by molecular data that the fungus we had studied was C. blakesleeana. The maximum mycelial growth (95.33 mm) was observed in the PDA medium, followed by the PSA medium, and the lowest growth (65.50 mm) was measured in the HPA medium in the study of the impact of culture media on the mycelial growth of C. blakesleeana. The influence of temperature on the radial mycelial growth of C. blakesleeana on PDA medium was investigated through five different temperatures. Although pH is a crucial factor in understanding the ecology of spoilage fungus, the highest mycelial growth of C. blakesleeana (88.25 mm) was seen at pH 7, followed by pH 8 and pH 6, while pH 9 was revealed to have the lowest mycelial growth. The outcome suggested that C. blakesleeana thrived in neutral environments.展开更多

文摘目的对栽培于我国辽宁本溪的曼地亚红豆杉(Taxus media)针叶的化学成分进行研究。方法采用大孔树脂、硅胶柱色谱、ODS柱色谱、凝胶柱色谱及MDS柱色谱等方法进行分离纯化,通过NMR数据分析鉴定化学结构。结果从曼地亚红豆杉针叶的乙醇提取物中分离得到8个化合物,分别鉴定为二萜类化合物:紫杉宁(taxinine,1)、东北红豆杉素(taxacin,2)、紫杉欧吉酚(taxa-gifine,3)、2-去乙酰氧基紫杉宁J(2-deacetoxytzxinine J,4)、东北红豆杉素I5-O-桂皮酰基三乙酸酯(5-O-cinnamoyltaxacin I triacetate,5);黄酮类化合物:芹菜素(apigenin,6)、银杏双黄酮(ginkget-in,7)、金松双黄酮(sciadopitysin,8)。结论化合物2、5、7、8为首次从栽培曼地亚红豆杉针叶中分离得到。
