A meso material model for polycrystalline metals is proposed, in which the tiny slip systems distributing randomly between crystal slices in micro\|grains or on grain boundaries are replaced by macro equivalent slip systems determined by the work\|conjugate principle. The elastoplastic constitutive equation of this model is formulated for the active hardening, latent hardening and Bauschinger effect to predict macro elastoplastic stress\|strain responses of polycrystalline metals under complex loading conditions. The influence of the material property parameters on size and shape of the subsequent yield surfaces is numerically investigated to demonstrate the fundamental features of the proposed material model. The derived constitutive equation is proved accurate and efficient in numerical analysis. Compared with the self\|consistent theories with crystal grains as their basic components, the present theory is much simpler in mathematical treatment. 展开更多

And a method of material constant calibration is suggested and used to determine the material constants of copper and aluminum crystal. By defining the yield stress in a latent hardening test as the first deviation from the elastic straight line, the yielding and hardening behavior on a latent system in the positive and negative slip direction was studied in aluminium single crystals. It is shown that the yield stresses on both the positive and negative latent systems are about equal to or a little lower than the maximum resolved shear stress in the primary test, but much higher than that of the active system. The Influence of relative orientation and prestrain on latent hardening and initial work-hardening in the secondary test was also investigated, and it was found that there is a considerable effect on initial work-hardening, but none on latent hardening. With reasonable approximation, a hardening rule for single crystal could be proposed from the experimental results, that is, except for the yield stress on the system negative to the active system that is very low, hardening on the other systems is nearly the same as self-hardening. 展开更多

采用位错动力学方法模拟金属镁在塑性变形过程中的基面、柱面及一阶锥面<a>位错非共面相互作用,利用扩展Taylor硬化方程计算潜硬化系数,探讨位错相互作用强度及其影响因素。研究结果表明,位错相互作用强度随滑移机制以及主滑移系... 采用位错动力学方法模拟金属镁在塑性变形过程中的基面、柱面及一阶锥面<a>位错非共面相互作用,利用扩展Taylor硬化方程计算潜硬化系数,探讨位错相互作用强度及其影响因素。研究结果表明,位错相互作用强度随滑移机制以及主滑移系与林滑移系的交换而变化,表现出显著的各向异性和非对称性。共线基面/柱面相互作用最强,非共线柱面/基面相互作用最弱,相应的潜硬化系数分别为0.43和0.11。共线相互作用下主位错长度由于位错湮灭明显比非共线相互作用下的小,非共线作用下则形成大量位错交结或交叉态位错。虽然共线相互作用总体上略强于非共线作用,但特定主位错−林位错相互作用对的共线与非共线作用相对强弱随非共线作用下形成的交结性质而变化。当非共线相互作用形成固着交结或交叉态时,非共线作用强度高于共线作用强度,而当形成的交结为可动交结时则弱于共线作用强度。充分考虑位错可动性及摩擦阻力的差异是有效预测位错相互作用强度及其各向异性的重要前提。 展开更多
