In this work,Digital Twins based on Neural Networks for the steady state production of styrene were generated.Thus,both the Aspen Technology AI Model Builder(alternative 1)and a homemade MS Excel VBA code connected to Aspen HYSYS and Aspen Plus(alternative 2)were used with this same aim.The raw data used for generating the Digital Twins were obtained from process simulations using Aspen HYSYS and/or Aspen Plus,which were connected through a recycle-like stream via automation for solving the entire simulation flowsheet.Aspen HYSYS was used for solving the pre-heating,reaction,and stabilization sections of the process whereas Aspen Plus ensured the computing of the separation and purification columns.Both alternatives led to an excellent prediction showing the capability of creating Digital Twins from and for process simulation. 展开更多

以3个欧美杂种山杨(Populus tremula×P.tremuloides)和1个中国山杨(P.davidiana)无性系1年生扦插幼苗为研究材料,利用人工气候室模拟自然降温过程,进行25、15、10、5、0℃的温度处理,测定了低温胁迫下杂种山杨无性系幼苗与抗寒性... 以3个欧美杂种山杨(Populus tremula×P.tremuloides)和1个中国山杨(P.davidiana)无性系1年生扦插幼苗为研究材料,利用人工气候室模拟自然降温过程,进行25、15、10、5、0℃的温度处理,测定了低温胁迫下杂种山杨无性系幼苗与抗寒性相关的生理生化指标的变化。结果表明:随着温度的降低,山杨无性系内源ABA含量、可溶性蛋白质和丙二醛(MDA)含量均呈上升趋势,超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性表现出先上升后下降再上升的趋势。杂种山杨无性系Ptr3和Ptr2在胁迫过程中SOD活性、可溶性蛋白和丙二醛含量相对较高,均高于中国山杨。由此表明,引进的欧美杂种山杨无性系表现出较高的抗寒性,适合在我国东北地区栽种。 展开更多

Dry weight equations for fractions of hybrid aspen trees were also made. We estimated biomass production in 24 stands. The stands were located in Sweden at latitudes ranging from 55 to 60o N. The mean age was 18 years (range 15-23), the mean stand density 1090 stems·ha-1 (range 378 2374), and the mean diameter at breast height (over bark) 178 mm (range 85 244 mm). Soil types in the hybrid aspen stands were mainly clay (21 stands), tills (2 stands) and other (1 stand). The mean total standing dry weight above stump level (≈ 200 mm) for the hybrid aspen stands was 135±53 t·ha-1 with a range of 42 219 t·ha-1 . In addition to estimating conventional dry weights of trees and tree components, basic density, specific leaf area (SLA), projected leaf area (PLA) and leaf area index (LAI) were estimated and were in agreement with published figures. 展开更多

The mean age of the hybrid aspen was 21 years (range 15-51 years) with a mean stand density of 946 stems ha-~ (87-2374) and a mean diameter at breast height (over bark) of 19.6 cm (8.5-40.8 cm). Site index was also examined in relation to soil type. Multiple samples were collected for three types of soil: light clay, medium clay and till. Site index curves were constructed using the col- lected data and compared with published reports. A number of dynamic equations were assessed for modeling top-height growth from total age. 展开更多

A detailed investigation of a thermodynamic process in a structured packing distillation column is of great impor- tance in prediction of process efficiency. In order to keep the simplicity of an equilibrium stage model and the accu- racy of a non-equilibrium stage model, a hybrid model is developed to predict the structured packing column in cryogenic air separation. A general solution process for the equilibrium stage model is developed to solve the set of equations of the hybrid model, in which a separation efficiency function is introduced to obtain the resulting tri-diagonal matrix and its solution by the Thomas algorithm. As an example, the algorithm is applied to analyze an upper column of a cryogenic air separation plant with the capacity of 17000 m3·h-1. Rigorous simulations are conducted using Aspen RATEFRAC module to validate the approach. The temperature and composition distributions are in a good agreement with the two methods. The effects of inlet/outlet position and flow rate on the temperature and composition distributions in the column are analyzed. The results demonstrate that the hybrid model and the solution algorithms are effective in analvzin~ the distillation process for a a cryogenic structured packing column. 展开更多

In this study, the vitrificated plants of hybrid aspen (Populus tremula× P.tremuloides) by micropropagation were used as the materials,and ELISA method was adopted to measure the content of endogenous plant hormones in the plants. At the same time, the factors that influenced the vitrification of the plant as well as de-vitrification method were also studied by changing medium’s component, which was to provide useful information for commercial propagation of good hybrid clones of aspen. The results were as follows: 1)The ABA and IAA contents in the vitrificated plants were higher than those in the non-vitrificated plants obviously, and the GA content was little lower than that of the non-vitrificated plants. Therefore, the higher IAA or ABA content in the vitrificated plants was possibly the main reason for the vitrification of the plant.2)The ratios of endogenous plant hormones such as ABA/GA and IAA/GA in the vitrificated plants of hybrid aspen by tissue culture were higher than those in the non-vitrificated plants, which indicated that the equilibrium relationship among different endogenous hormones in vitrificated plants was deviated from the normal, then possibly resulting in the vitrification of the plant. 展开更多

以转基因杂种山杨无性系为材料,非转基因无性系为对照,采用间接酶联免疫吸附测定法(ELISA),测定不同基因型和不同生根类型组培苗的植物内源激素(IAA,ABA和GA)含量的变化,探究植物内源激素含量及激素间相互作用对转基因杂种山杨无性系组... 以转基因杂种山杨无性系为材料,非转基因无性系为对照,采用间接酶联免疫吸附测定法(ELISA),测定不同基因型和不同生根类型组培苗的植物内源激素(IAA,ABA和GA)含量的变化,探究植物内源激素含量及激素间相互作用对转基因杂种山杨无性系组培苗生根的影响。结果表明:不论是转基因还是非转基因山杨无性系不同生根类型间在IAA和ABA含量上均达到显著和极显著差异;不同生根类型的杂种山杨,赤霉素GA的含量始终处于高值水平,比较稳定,保持在400~500ng·g-1左右。转基因组培苗内源脱落酸ABA的含量较低,在150ng·g-1左右时,促进生根。内源生长素IAA含量在200ng·g-1以下时,有利于组培苗的生根。非转基因植株在组培过程中均可生根,但分为直接生根和愈伤组织生根2种类型,直接生根类型的3种激素含量均高于愈伤组织生根类型。低的IAA/ABA,高的GA/ABA和GA/IAA比值是植株生根的重要因素。 展开更多
