The rational construction of China’s refugee determination system is not only the need to comply with China’s obligations under the International Refugee Convention, but also the requirement for the protection of the legitimate rights of refugees in China. Under the current framework of international law and domestic law, we should gradually improve China’s legal system of refugee status determination, and we should determine refugee screening agencies and define their division of labor and powers rationally, according to the actual situation of China. In the meantime, we should attach importance to undertaking China’s international obligations and strengthening international cooperation in refugee relief.展开更多
