The authors present the case of a 35-year-old female patient managed with intralesional curettage and filling the defect with autologous bone graft from iliac crest. An appoint of three doses of Denosumab was done postoperatively. The article discusses the clinical aspects and surgical treatment, and the benefits of Denosumab. This report aimed to demonstrate the possibility to perform curetage for giant cell tumor of the hip even the recommandation for this location is wide resection and endoprothesis fixation.展开更多
