The cortical somatasensory evoked potentials (CESP) and combined behavioral score (CBS)were continuous monitored from operation second week to twelfth week. Result The result showed that the peak latency and peak amplitudes of group A,B have a recovery tendency and it was constant with CBS . Conclusion We concluded that the microgene pSVPoMcat to modify genetically Sc may play a promotion role in recovery of central conduction function after SCI.展开更多
