目的比较髂骨移植和腓骨移植治疗中青年股骨头坏死(osteonecrosis of the femoral head,ONFH)的临床疗效。方法2008年6月-2020年6月,在本院保髋治疗ONFH患者37例,其中21例患者接受髂骨移植,分为A组,16例患者接受腓骨移植,分为B组,比较...目的比较髂骨移植和腓骨移植治疗中青年股骨头坏死(osteonecrosis of the femoral head,ONFH)的临床疗效。方法2008年6月-2020年6月,在本院保髋治疗ONFH患者37例,其中21例患者接受髂骨移植,分为A组,16例患者接受腓骨移植,分为B组,比较两组患者的手术前后以及随访后的相关数据。结果两组均顺利完成手术,A组平均手术时间为117.14 min±28.31 min,B组平均手术时间为159.38 min±34.15 min,P<0.05,A,B两组之间的差异有统计学意义;A组术后疼痛评分评分为2.76±0.89,B组术后疼痛评分为2.88±0.81,P>0.05,两组间没有差异;A组术后髋关节功能评分为85.33±5.77,B组术后髋关节功能评分为84.94±6.67,P>0.05,两组间没有差异;A组3例患者后期进行了人工关节置换术,B组2例患者后期进行了人工关节置换术;A组4例患者发生了术后并发症,分别为一例伤口感染,三例髋关节疼痛,B组3例患者发生了术后并发症,分别为一例伤口感染两例伸踇障碍。结论A组平均手术时间明显低于B组,其他方面的差异没有统计学意义。展开更多
