故障区域检测是电路板故障诊断的重要内容之一,近年来大量研究工作致力于通过理论仿真探索电路板故障诊断方法,但仿真条件与实测环境之间的差异降低了此类方法在实际应用中的可行性。结合实测电路板数据的特点,本文提出了一种基于近场... 故障区域检测是电路板故障诊断的重要内容之一,近年来大量研究工作致力于通过理论仿真探索电路板故障诊断方法,但仿真条件与实测环境之间的差异降低了此类方法在实际应用中的可行性。结合实测电路板数据的特点,本文提出了一种基于近场扫描和时间序列相似性度量的电路板故障区域检测方法,该方法通过近场扫描获取正常状态、故障状态下的电路板的电磁辐射数据,采用变分模态分解(VMD)方法进行原始数据降噪,此后将两种状态的数据视为两类时间序列,运用改进的时间序列相似性度量算法计算两类时间序列的距离值,根据距离值判断电路板故障区域。根据数据集实验结果,使用本文的相似性度量算法处理时间序列相对其他算法展现出更佳的度量能力,距离值的分类精度也比3种对比算法分别高出6.3%、8.4%、4.2%。同时,实测数据实验结果和理论仿真结果的一致性验证了本文方法的可行性和实用性,该方法为电路板故障诊断提供了新的实现方式。 展开更多

Unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV)photography has become the main power system inspection method;however,automated fault detection remains a major challenge.Conventional algorithms encounter difficulty in processing all the detected objects in the power transmission lines simultaneously.The object detection method involving deep learning provides a new method for fault detection.However,the traditional non-maximum suppression(NMS)algorithm fails to delete redundant annotations when dealing with objects having two labels such as insulators and dampers.In this study,we propose an area-based non-maximum suppression(A-NMS)algorithm to solve the problem of one object having multiple labels.The A-NMS algorithm is used in the fusion stage of cropping detection to detect small objects.Experiments prove that A-NMS and cropping detection achieve a mean average precision and recall of 88.58%and 91.23%,respectively,in case of the aerial image datasets and realize multi-object fault detection in aerial images. 展开更多

为了降低系统的通信量,提高广域后备保护系统的容错性,提出一种基于故障区域检测的广域后备保护算法。该算法在采用本线路5种保护信息的基础上,融合了相邻线路方向信息,进行加权综合后获得保护综合值并与门槛值比较,据此识别故障元件。... 为了降低系统的通信量,提高广域后备保护系统的容错性,提出一种基于故障区域检测的广域后备保护算法。该算法在采用本线路5种保护信息的基础上,融合了相邻线路方向信息,进行加权综合后获得保护综合值并与门槛值比较,据此识别故障元件。通过对启动子站的母线序电压进行排序,获得故障相关母线,再根据关联矩阵获得故障疑似线路,由此确定故障区域,降低了系统的通信量,加快故障判别速度。基于IEEE 4机8节点系统的算例结果表明,该算法在多个保护元件拒动或误动时均能可靠识别故障线路,有较高的容错性。 展开更多

Fault Detection Based on Hierarchical Cluster Analysis in Wide Area Backup Protection System 被引量:2

In wide area backup protection of electric power systems, the prerequisite of protection device's accurate, fast and reliable performance is its corresponding fault type and fault location can be discriminated quickly and defined exactly. In our study, global information will be introduced into the backup protection system. By analyzing and computing real-time PMU measurements, basing on cluster analysis theory, we are using mainly hierarchical cluster analysis to search after the statistical laws of electrical quantities' marked changes. Then we carry out fast and exact detection of fault components and fault sections, and finally accomplish fault isolation. The facts show that the fault detection of fault component (fault section) can be performed successfully by hierarchical cluster analysis and calculation. The results of hierarchical cluster analysis are accurate and reliable, and the dendrograms of hierarchical cluster analysis are in intuition. 展开更多
