This study aimed to explore the application of surface-enhanced Raman scattering(SERS)in the rapid diagnosis of gastric cancer.The SERS spectra of 68 serum samples from gastric cancer patients and healthy volunteers w...This study aimed to explore the application of surface-enhanced Raman scattering(SERS)in the rapid diagnosis of gastric cancer.The SERS spectra of 68 serum samples from gastric cancer patients and healthy volunteers were acquired.The characteristic ratio method(CRM)and principal component analysis(PCA)were used to differentiate gastric cancer serum from normal serum.Compared with healthy volunteers,the serum SERS intensity of gastric cancer patients was relatively high at 722 cm^(-1),while it was relatively low at 588,644,861,1008,1235,1397,1445 and 1586 cm^(-1).These results indicated that the relative content of nucleic acids in the serum of gastric cancer patients rises while the relative content of amino acids and carbohydrates decreases.In PCA,the sensitivity and specificity of discriminating gastric cancer were 94.1%and 94.1%,respectively,with the accuracy of 94.1%.Based on the intensity ratios of four characteristic peaks at 722,861,1008 and 1397 cm^(-1),CRM presented the diagnostic sensitivity and specificity of 100%and 97.4%,respectively,and the accuracy of 98.5%.Therefore,the three peak intensity ratios of I_(722)/I_(861),I_(722)/I_(1008)and I_(722)/I_(1397)can be considered as biologicalfingerprint information for gastric cancer diagnosis and can rapidly and directly reflect the physiological and pathological changes associated with gastric cancer development.This study provides an important basis and standards for the early diagnosis of gastric cancer.展开更多
In the study,108 patients with endometrial cancer were selected as the observation group,and 105 patients with benign endometrial lesions were selected as the control group.After DCE-MRI examination,it was found that ...In the study,108 patients with endometrial cancer were selected as the observation group,and 105 patients with benign endometrial lesions were selected as the control group.After DCE-MRI examination,it was found that the volume transfer constant(K^(trans)),rate constant(K_(e))and extracellular space volume ratio(V_(e))in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The area under curve(AUC)of combined K^(trans),K_(e) and V_(e) values in the diagnosis of endometrial cancer was 0.841.The values of K^(trans),K_(e )and V_(e) were positively correlated with the clinical stage and the degree of muscular invasion,but negatively correlated with the degree of differentiation(P<0.05).The results of the study suggested that DCE-MRI quantitative parameters have a certain value in the differential diagnosis of endometrial cancer,which helped to further distinguish the degree of muscular invasion,clinical stage,and differentiation of endometrial cancer patients.展开更多
The paper deals with the screening of injection of water-alternating-gas(WAG)to tap the residual oil saturation left in the reservoir by over and above the water flooding.The detailed mineralogical composition has bee...The paper deals with the screening of injection of water-alternating-gas(WAG)to tap the residual oil saturation left in the reservoir by over and above the water flooding.The detailed mineralogical composition has been studied by X-ray diffraction(XRD)method along with the petrophysical parameters to see their impacts of flow on Himmatnagar(India)sandstone.Saturates,aromatics,resins,and asphaltenes present in the crude oil were determined by ASTM procedure.Minimum miscibility pressure of CO2 with the crude oil was determined and it has been found at 1254 psi based on thermodynamic software.Different WAG ratios of 1:1,1.5:1 and 2:1 have been applied for EOR during studies.Simulation on water injection followed by CO2 has been performed for investigation of the WAG process efficiency.A total 2 cycles of WAG injection was done with water flow rate of 1 ml/min and gas injection pressure around 1250 psi to achieve the better contact miscibility.The experimental data has been generated,compiled and interpreted during different cycles of WAG process.It was observed that WAG ratio 2:1 exhibits highest additional oil recovery around 34%of original oil in place.Increasing WAG ratio yields more additional oil recovery.展开更多

In conventional method, the quantity of sampling affects the precision of fast Fourier transform (FFT) algorithm, and the algorithm needs a large amount of data to process. A novel frequency estimator.enhanced least mean square (ELMS) algorithm for a single complex sinusoid in complex white Gaussian noise, is proposed in ADCP system. As sampling frequency equals 120 krad/s and the sampling number equals 240. the minimum resolving is 0. 5 krad/s. All variances keep 11.11%. ELMS algorithm needs less data than FFT. And the robust algorithm can estimate the spectrum true value to 99.9% when the signal to noise ratio (SNR) is equal to 0 dB. Experiments prove that the estimation values will diverge much from the ideal when SNR is less than -6 dB.展开更多
