目的探讨心电监护下经外周静脉置入中心静脉导管(peripherally inserted central catheters,PICC)对降低导管心脏异位发生率的效果。方法将129例需行PICC患者按置管时间先后分成两组,2009年7-9月实施PICC的患者64例为对照组,采用常规外...目的探讨心电监护下经外周静脉置入中心静脉导管(peripherally inserted central catheters,PICC)对降低导管心脏异位发生率的效果。方法将129例需行PICC患者按置管时间先后分成两组,2009年7-9月实施PICC的患者64例为对照组,采用常规外测量法确定留置导管长度;2009年10-12月实施PICC的患者65例为观察组,在常规操作的基础上连接心电监护仪,送管至预测量长度时,观察监护仪所显示心率、心律及P波的变化并由此判定和确定留置导管长度。比较两组患者PICC导管心脏异位的发生率。结果两组患者PICC导管心脏异位的发生率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组明显少于对照组。结论心电监护下行PICC是一种、可靠、简便、安全、经济的方法,可有效预防PICC导管心脏异位的发生率,降低护理操作风险。展开更多
