目的分析中医护理管理模式在2型糖尿病患者护理过程中的应用效果。方法选取2016年1月—2017年6月102例2型糖尿病患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表将其分为传统护理组(n=51)及中医护理管理组(n=51),传统护理组采用常规护理,中医护理管理...目的分析中医护理管理模式在2型糖尿病患者护理过程中的应用效果。方法选取2016年1月—2017年6月102例2型糖尿病患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表将其分为传统护理组(n=51)及中医护理管理组(n=51),传统护理组采用常规护理,中医护理管理组在传统护理组的基础上实施中医护理管理模式,对比两组餐后2小时血糖(2 h PBG)、血糖达标时间、低血糖次数、糖尿病自我管理行为以及患者满意度。结果中医护理管理组的2 h PBG、血糖达标时间、低血糖次数明显低于传统护理组(P <0.05);护理后,中医护理管理组的合理用药、饮食控制、科学运动等自我管理行为均高于传统护理组(P <0.05);护理后,中医护理管理组的患者满意度为94.12%,传统护理组的患者满意度为70.59%(P <0.05)。结论在2型糖尿病患者护理过程中实行中医护理管理模式,能够显著缩短血糖达标时间,低血糖发生率降低,提高护理满意度,有利于患者病情控制。展开更多

The rats had free access to...Female Wister rats aged 8 weeks were randomly divided into sham operation group, ovariectomized (OVX) control group, and 20VX groups fed with soy isoflavone crude extract supplementation. The rats had free access to high fat diet and water for 9 weeks. No significant difference was found in body weight (BW), total abdominal fat, food intake and food utilization rate between OVX control group and 20VX groups. However, the fasting blood glucose and blood lipid levels were significantly higher in 20VX groups than in OVX control group (P〈0.05). Intraperitoneal glucose tolerance test (IGTI") showed that the area under AUC was smaller in 20VX groups than in OVX control group (P〈0.05). These findings showed that soy isoflavone crude extract supplementation can improve glucose tolerance and prevent high fat diet-induced insulin resistance in ovariectomized rats.展开更多
Objective To determine the thermic effect of food(TEF)in a Chinese mixed diet in young people.Methods During the study,the participants were weighed and examined for body composition every morning.The total energy exp...Objective To determine the thermic effect of food(TEF)in a Chinese mixed diet in young people.Methods During the study,the participants were weighed and examined for body composition every morning.The total energy expenditure(TEE)of the participants was measured by the doubly labeled water method for 7 days,and during this period,basal energy expenditure was measured by indirect calorimetry and physical activity energy expenditure was measured by an accelerometer.The value obtained by subtracting basal energy expenditure and physical activity energy expenditure from TEE was used to calculate TEF.Results Twenty healthy young students(18–30 years;10 male)participated in the study.The energy intake of the participants was not significantly different from the Chinese Dietary Reference Intake of energy(P>0.05).The percentage of energy from protein,fat and carbohydrate were all in the normal range.The intakes of fruits,milk and dietary fiber of the participants were significantly lower than those in the Chinese Dietary Guidelines(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the body weight of the participants during the experiment(P>0.05).When adjusted for body weight,there was no significant difference in either TEE or basal energy expenditure between the male and female participants(P>0.05).In addition,there was no significant difference in physical activity energy expenditure and TEF between the male and female participants(P>0.05).The percentage of TEF in TEE was 8.73%.Conclusion The percentage of TEF in TEE in a Chinese mixed diet in young people was significantly lower than 10%(P<0.001).A value of 10%is usually considered to be the TEF in mixed diets as a percentage of TEE.展开更多

Objective To examine the effects of chlorogenic acid (CGA) on lipid and glucose metabolism under a high dietary fat burden and to explore the possible role of peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor-α (PPAR-α...Objective To examine the effects of chlorogenic acid (CGA) on lipid and glucose metabolism under a high dietary fat burden and to explore the possible role of peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor-α (PPAR-α) in these effects. Methods Twenty male golden hamsters were randomly divided into CGA treatment group (n=10, given peritoneal injection of CGA solution prepared with PBS, 80 mg CGA/kg body weight daily), and control group (n=10, given PBS i.p. at the average volume of the treatment group). Animals in both groups were given 15% high fat diet. Eight weeks after treatment with CGA, the level of biochemical parameters in fasting serum and tissues and the expression of hepatic mRNA and protein PPAR-α were determined. Results Eight weeks after treatment with CGA, the levels of fasting serum triglyceride (TG), free fatty acid (FFA), total cholesterol (TC), low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C), high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C), glucose (FSG), and insulin (FSI) were significantly lower in the GGA treatment group than in the control group. CGA also led to higher activity of hepatic lipase (HL) lower contents of TG and FFA in liver, and lower activity of lipoprotein lipase (LPL) in skeletal muscle. Furthermore, CGA significantly elevated significantly elevated the expression level of mRNA and protein expression in hepatic PPAR-α. Conclusion CGA can modify lipids and glucose metabolism, which may be attributed to PPAR-α facilitated lipid clearance in liver and improved insulin sensitivity.展开更多

Eighteen litters of piglets(total 212) were randomly allocated to 2 groups and were fed a creep feed diet with or without in-feed antibiotics(olaquindox, oxytetracycline calcium and kitasamycin) from postnatal d 7 to d 42. On d 42, the piglets within the control or antibiotic group were mixed, respectively, and then further randomly assigned to a normal-(20%, 18%, and 14% CP from d 42 to d 77, d 77 to d 120, and d 120 to d 185,respectively) or a low-CP diet(16%, 14%, and 10% CP from d 42 to d 77, d 77 to d 120, and d 120 to d 185,respectively), generating 4 groups. On d 77(short-term) and d 185(long-term), serum and fecal samples were obtained for blood parameters, microbial composition and microbial metabolism analysis.Results: EAI increased(P 〈 0.05) albumin and glucose concentrations in low-CP diet on d 77, and increased(P 〈 0.05) urea concentration in normal-CP diet. On d 185, EAI increased(P 〈 0.05) globulin concentration in normal-CP diets, but decreased glucose concentration. For nutrient digestibility, EAI increased(P 〈 0.05)digestibility of CP on d 77. For fecal microbiota, the EAI as well as low-CP diet decreased(P 〈 0.05) E. coli count on d 77. For fecal metabolites, on d 77, EAI decreased(P 〈 0.05) total amines concentration but increased skatole concentration in low-CP diet. On d 185, the EAI increased(P 〈 0.05) putrescine and total amines concentrations in low-CP diets but reduced(P 〈 0.05) in the normal-CP diets.
