According to the analysis of the re...A modeling method of the support vector machine combined with matrix optics is considered; a complete new measurement model for double-four quadrant photoelectric detector is built. According to the analysis of the received light spot size and its motion with the changes of the defocusing amount of detector photosensitive surface and the detector position attitude in the optical path, a mathematic expression of photoelectrical conversion is given, which can be applicable to random setting position of the detector at any time. Based on least square support vector machine (LS SVM), the mapping relationship among the output signal linear characteristic parameters (zero neighborhood gradient and intercept), the defocusing amount of the detector and the installation position attitude angle is established. Thus, the multiple dimensional high accuracy measuring and adjusting control system can be left out, and adaptive measurement of the detector parameters can be realized. Compared with existed measurement model and method, the presented model has the advantages of more clear physical meaning, closer to work mechanism of detector, acquiring more complete sample data and wiping out the dead spots or bad spots in measurement. And the accuracy of displacement measurement is increased to 3?μm. At the same time, this measurement mode provides a technical shortcut for three-dimensional small angle measurement.展开更多
目的比较研究单髁固定与双分期治疗双髁四象限胫骨平台骨折的疗效和并发症发生情况。方法回顾性选取2015年1月至2016年12月因双髁四象限胫骨平台骨折在我院接受治疗的36例患者作为研究对象。将研究对象随机分配为对照组和试验组各18人,...目的比较研究单髁固定与双分期治疗双髁四象限胫骨平台骨折的疗效和并发症发生情况。方法回顾性选取2015年1月至2016年12月因双髁四象限胫骨平台骨折在我院接受治疗的36例患者作为研究对象。将研究对象随机分配为对照组和试验组各18人,对照组患者入院后石膏外固定肿胀消退皮肤条件好转后行外侧单钢板固定,可附加拉力螺钉固定胫骨平台关节面;试验组患者行双分期治疗术,术后均对患者进行抗感染治疗和康复运动指导。比较两组患者的手术情况(手术用时、术中出血量和应用止血带时间)、手术治疗效果(骨折愈合时间、完全负重时间、HSS评分和屈伸活动度、复位丢失率)和不良反应发生率。结果试验组患者的手术用时、术中出血量和应用止血带时间与对照组相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。试验组患者的骨折愈合时间和完全负重时间短于对照组(骨折愈合时间:4.27±0.68 vs 4.75±0.66;完全负重时间:14.63±1.74 vs 17.11±2.02),HSS评分和屈伸活动度高于对照组(HSS评分:88.44±9.36 vs 81.58±8.96;屈伸活动度:124.12±9.25 vs 117.20±8.21);试验组患者的术后复位丢失率低(5.56%vs 27.78%)(P<0.05)。两组患者的不良反应类型包括深部感染、复位丢失、对线丢失、膝关节不稳、关节间隙变窄、皮肤坏死等,试验组患者的不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论双分期治疗在双髁四象限胫骨平台骨折的治疗中,具有安全可靠、疗效更显著的优势。展开更多
