Aim: To study the influences of dibutyryl cyclic adenosine monophosphate (dbcAMP) and forskolin on human sperm motility in vitro. Aim: To study the influences of dibutyryl cyclic adenosine monophosphate (dbcAMP) and forskolin on human sperm motility in vitro. Methods: Semen samples, aseptically obtained by masturbation and prepared by swim-up technique from 20 fertile men, were incubated with different concentrations of dbcAMP and forskolin at 37 癈. Measurements were carried out after 10 min, 20 min, 30 min and 60 min incubation. Motility parameters were estimated by using an automatic analyzing system. Results: Treatment with dbcAMP or forskolin resulted in a significant increase in sperm motility and progressive motility. The larger the concentrations of dbcAMP or forskolin, the greater the effect appeared. The straight linear velocity and curvilinear velocity were not affected by both agents. Conclusion: dbcAMP and forskolin increase the motility and progressive motility of human sperm in vitro. 展开更多

目的:研究双丁酰环腺苷酸(DBcAMP)对人肺腺癌细胞的诱导分化作用,及其与癌细胞表达凝集素受体的关系。方法:用双丁酰cAMP作用人肺腺癌细胞AGZY-83a,观察细胞的生长、形态、超微结构的变化;用凝集素组化方法检... 目的:研究双丁酰环腺苷酸(DBcAMP)对人肺腺癌细胞的诱导分化作用,及其与癌细胞表达凝集素受体的关系。方法:用双丁酰cAMP作用人肺腺癌细胞AGZY-83a,观察细胞的生长、形态、超微结构的变化;用凝集素组化方法检测双丁酰cAMP对细胞表达凝集素受体的影响。结果:0.3mmol/L双丁酰cAMP对癌细胞的生长有明显抑制作用,使细胞间接抑制有所恢复,形态结构向成熟分化;同时使细胞表达的凝集素(DBA、UEA-1、conA、WGA、RCA)受体降低。结论:双丁酰cAMP对人肺腺癌细胞有诱导分化作用;双丁酰cAMP对癌细胞表达凝集素受体的影响可能在其抑制细胞,恢复细胞识别功能,诱导细胞分化过程中有重要意义。 展开更多
