METHODS: Using cell...AIM: To determine the effect of cis -9, trans -11-conjugated linoleic acid (c9, t11-CLA) on the cell cycle of gastric cancer cells (SGC-7901) and its possible mechanism in inhibition cancer growth. METHODS: Using cell culture and immunocytochemical techniques, we examined the cell growth, DNA synthesis, expression of PCNA, cyclin A, B(1), D(1), p16(ink4a) and p21(cip/waf1) of SGC-7901 cells which were treated with various c9, t11-CLA concentrations (25, 50, 100 and 200 micromol.L(-1))of c 9, t 11-CLA for 24 and 48h, with a negative control (0.1% ethane). RESULTS: The cell growth and DNA synthesis of SGC-7901 cells were inhibited by c9, t11-CLA.SGC-7901 cells. Eight day after treatment with various concentrations of c9, t11-CLA mentioned above, the inhibition rates were 5.92%, 20.15%, 75.61% and 82.44%, respectively and inhibitory effect of c9, t11-CLA on DNA synthesis (except for 25 micromol.L, 24h) showed significantly less (3)H-TdR incorporation than that in the negative controls (P【0.05 and P【0.01). Immunocytochemical staining demonstrated that SGC-7901 cells preincubated in media supplemented with different c9, t11-CLA concentrations at various times significantly decreased the expressions of PCNA (the expression rates were 7.2-3.0%, 24h and 9.1-0.9% at 48h, respectively), Cyclin A (11.0-2.3%, 24h and 8.5-0.5%,48h), B(1) (4.8-1.8% at 24h and 5.5-0.6% at 48h)and D(1) (3.6-1.4% at 24h and 3.7%-0 at 48h) as compared with those in the negative controls(the expressions of PCNA, Cyclin A, B(1) and D(1) were 6.5% at 24h and 9.0% at 48h, 4.2% at 24h and 5.1% at 48h, 9.5% at 24h and 6.0% at 48h,respectively)(P【0.01), whereas the expressions of P16(ink4a) and P21(cip/waf1), cyclin-dependent kinases inhibitors(CDKI), were increased. CONCLUSION: The cell growth and proliferation of SGC-7901 cell is inhibited by c9, t11-CLA via blocking the cell cycle, with reduced expressions of cyclin A,B(1) and D(1) and enhanced expressions of CDKI(P16(ink4a) and p21(cip/waf1)).展开更多

A high performance polymer solar cells(PSCs) based on polymer donor PM6 containing fluorinated thienyl benzodithiophene unit and n-type organic semiconductor acceptor IT-4 F containing fluorinated end-groups were deve...A high performance polymer solar cells(PSCs) based on polymer donor PM6 containing fluorinated thienyl benzodithiophene unit and n-type organic semiconductor acceptor IT-4 F containing fluorinated end-groups were developed. In addition to complementary absorption spectra(300–830 nm) with IT-4 F, the PM6 also has a deep HOMO(the highest occupied molecular) level(-5.50 e V), which will lower the open-circuit voltage(V_(oc)) sacrifice and reduce the E_(loss) of the IT-4 F-based PSCs. Moreover, the strong crystallinity of PM6 is beneficial to form favorable blend morphology and hence to suppress recombination. As a result, in comparison with the PSCs based on a non-fluorinated D/A pair of PBDB-T:ITIC with a medium PCE of 11.2%, the PM6:IT-4 Fbased PSCs yielded an impressive PCE of 13.5% due to the synergistic effect of fluorination on both donor and acceptor, which is among the highest values recorded in the literatures for PSCs to date. Furthermore, a PCE of 12.2% was remained with the active layer thickness of up to 285 nm and a high PCE of 11.4% was also obtained with a large device area of 1 cm^2. In addition, the devices also showed good storage, thermal and illumination stabilities with respect to the efficiency. These results indicate that fluorination is an effective strategy to improve the photovoltaic performance of materials, as well as the both fluorinated donor and acceptor pair-PM6:IT-4 F is an ideal candidate for the large scale roll-to-roll production of efficient PSCs in the future.展开更多

Yumai No.18(drought-tolerant) and cv. ...The effects of osmotic stress on the ATPase activity, the contents of —SH group and conjugated polyamines in mitochondrial membrane from wheat seedling [Triticum aestivum L. cv. Yumai No.18(drought-tolerant) and cv. Yumai No.9(drought-sensitive)] roots were investigated. The results showed that ATPase activity and —SH group content decreased with polyethylene glycol(PEG) 6000(-0.55 MPa) treatment for 7 d, in concert with the decrease of the ratio of noncovalently conjugated spermidine(NCC-Spd)/noncovalently conjugated putrescine(NCC-Put) and increase of the covalently conjugated putrescine(CC-Put). Osmotic stress injury to Yangmai No.9 seedlings was alleviated greatly with 1 mmol/L exogenous spermidine(Spd), in concert with marked increases of the ratio of NCC-Spd/NCC-Put, —SH group contents and ATPase activity in mitochondrial membrane. Under osmotic stress, the concomitant treatment of Yumai No.18 seedlings with methylglyoxyl bis(guanylhydrazone) (MGBG), an inhibitor of S-adenosyl methionine decarboxylase(SAMDC), and phenanthrolin (o-Phen), an inhibitor of transglutaminase(TGase), caused a significant decrease of the ratio of NCC-Spd / NCC-Put, CC-Put contents, respectively, in concert with the marked decreases of ATPase activity, —SH group content and its tolerance to osmotic stress. All the results above suggested that osmotic stress tolerance of wheat seedlings was associated with the ATPase activity, the contents of —SH group, NCC-Spd and CC-Put in mitochondrial membrane.展开更多

Results showed that after osmotic stress treatment for 7 d, the levels in NCC-spermine (NCC-Spm); NCC-spermidine (NCC-Spd) of drought-tolerant Yumai No. 18 cv. increased more markedly than that of drought-sensitive Yangmai No. 9 cv., while the NCC-putrescine (NCC-Put) could not be statistically detected in two cultivars. Exogenous Spm treatment alleviated osmotic stress injury to Yangmai No. 9 cv. seedlings, coupled with marked increases of NCC-Spm; NCC-Spd levels of this cultivar. However, the effects vary according to different regimens, dosages, and duration of MHT. The aim of the study was to evaluate the effect of standard-dose 0.625 mg conjugated equine estrogen (CEE) and half-dose 0.3 mg CEE daily with different progestogens in a continuous sequential regimen on postmenopausal metabolic parameters in generally healthy postmenopausal women. Methods: A prospective, open-label, randomized controlled clinical trial was conducted between February 2014 and December 2015. Totally 123 Chinese postmenopausal women with climacteric symptoms were included in this study and were randomly assigned to three groups: Group A received CEE 0.3 mg/micronized progesterone (MP) 100 mg daily; Group B received CEE 0.625 mg/MP 100 mg daily; and Group C received CEE 0.625 mg/dydrogesterone 10 mg daily. Drugs were given in a continuous sequential pattern. The duration of treatment was 12 months. Clinical, anthropometrical, and metabolic variables were measured. Data were analyzed according to intention-to-treat analysis, using Student's t-test and analysis of variance. Results: A total of 107 participants completed the 12-month follow-up and were included in the data analysis. At 12 months of treatment, high-density lipoprotein cholesterol and apolipoprotein A significantly increased, and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol, fasting glucose, and glycosylated hemoglobin significantly decreased in Groups B and C, compared with baseline (all P 〈 0.05). Among the three groups, only Group C showed significantly increased triglycerides compared with baseline ( 1.61 ± 0.80 mmol/L vs. 1.21 ± 0.52 mmol/L, P 0.026). Each group showed a neutral effect on total cholesterol, lipoprotein A, apolipoprotein B, and fasting insulin levels. No cardiovascular and venous thromboembolic events occurred in the three groups. This review aims to give an overview of the efficacy of yeast supplementation on growth performance,rumen pH,rumen microbiota,and their relationship to meat and milk quality in ruminants.The practice of feeding high g...This review aims to give an overview of the efficacy of yeast supplementation on growth performance,rumen pH,rumen microbiota,and their relationship to meat and milk quality in ruminants.The practice of feeding high grain diets to ruminants in an effort to increase growth rate and weight gain usually results in excess deposition of saturated fatty acids in animal products and increased incidence of rumen acidosis.The supplementation of yeast at the right dose and viability level could counteract the acidotic effects of these high grain diets in the rumen and positively modify the fatty acid composition of animal products.Yeast exerts its actions by competing with lactate-producing(Streptococcus bovis and Lacto-bacillus)bacteria for available sugar and encouraging the growth of lactate-utilising bacteria(Mega-sphaera elsdenii).M.elsdenii is known to convert lactate into butyrate and propionate leading to a decrease in the accumulation of lactate thereby resulting in higher rumen pH.Interestingly,this creates a conducive environment for the proliferation of vaccenic acid-producing bacteria(Butyrivibrio fibrisolvens)and ciliate protozoa,both of which have been reported to increase the ruminal concentration of trans-11 and cis-9,trans-11-conjugated linoleic acid(CLA)at a pH range between 5.6 and 6.3.The addition of yeast into the diet of ruminants has also been reported to positively modify rumen biohydrogenation pathway to synthesise more of the beneficial biohydrogenation intermediates(trans-11 and cis-9,trans-11).This implies that more dietary sources of linoleic acid,linolenic acid,and oleic acid along with beneficial biohydrogenation intermediates(cis-9,trans-11-CLA,and trans-11)would escape complete bio-hydrogenation in the rumen to be absorbed into milk and meat.However,further studies are required to substantiate our claim.Therefore,techniques like transcriptomics should be employed to identify the mRNA transcript expression levels of genes like stearoyl-CoA desaturase,fatty acid synthase,and elon-gase of ver展开更多

A synthesis method of conjugated linoleic acid and a purification technology were studied. CLA was prepared and purified by urea-complexation and conjugation using safflower oil as raw material. The purity of CLA and total recovery of the product was more than 95% and 48%, respectively. The main isomers produced in alkali-catalyzed conjugation were identified by gas chromatography (GC) linked to mass spectrometry (MS) and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR). The total amount of the two main isomers (9cis, 11trons-and 10trans, 12cis-CLA) determined by GC was more than 90% of the product.展开更多
To explore the effect of technetium-99 conjugated with methylene diphosphonate ( 99 Tc-MDP) on IgM-RF, IgG-RF and IgA-RF (RFs), 47 cases were selected for study, including 33 patients with rheumatoid arthritis (RA...To explore the effect of technetium-99 conjugated with methylene diphosphonate ( 99 Tc-MDP) on IgM-RF, IgG-RF and IgA-RF (RFs), 47 cases were selected for study, including 33 patients with rheumatoid arthritis (RA) and 15 patients with joint pain/arthritis. After 99 Tc-MDP for drips model being given to the patients by intravenous drip 0.2 g daily for 5 days, the injection A and B models of 99 Tc-MDP were used to the patients by intravenous injection one set daily for 10 days, that was one course of treatment. The next course started after 10 days. Each case used it from 2 to 4 courses of treatment. The RFs in serum were determined by the method of enzyme-linked immunoabsorption assay (ELISA) before and after 2 and 4 courses of treatment. In the patients with RA, the concentrations of IgM-RF were 296.2±108.4 IU/ml, 189.5±92.3 IU/ml and 107.8±72.5 IU/ml; the concentrations of IgG-RF were 325.6±126.2 IU/ml, 209.7±98.2 IU/ml and 160.2±80.8 IU/ml; the concentrations of IgA-RF were 330.4±136.3 IU/ml, 210.7±89.2 IU/ml and 148.8±72.2 IU/ml before and after 2 and 4 courses of treatment, respectively. The concentrations of the above RFs were significantly lower after 2 and 4 courses than those before treatment ( P <0.05 and P <0.01). There was no significant difference in RFs concentrations in the patients with joint pain/arthritis before and after use of 99 Tc-MDP. In the patients with positive RFs before treatment, the RFs concentrations were decreased significantly after 2 and 4 courses of treatment ( P <0.05 and P <0.01). There was no obvious change of RFs concentrations in the patients with negative RFs after treatment of 99 Tc-MDP. It was concluded that 99 Tc-MDP could obviously reduce the abnormally high concentrations of RFs, but not influence the normal RFs, which indicated that 99 Tc-MDP has an important effect on controlling the activities of RA.展开更多
Novel small sulfur heterocyclic quinones(6a,16adihydrobenzo[b]naphtho[2′,3′:5,6][1,4]dithiino[2,3-i]thianthrene-5,7,9,14,16,18-hexaone(4S6Q)and benzo[b]naphtho[2′,3′:5,6][1,4]dithiino[2,3-i]thianthrene-5,9,14,18-t...Novel small sulfur heterocyclic quinones(6a,16adihydrobenzo[b]naphtho[2′,3′:5,6][1,4]dithiino[2,3-i]thianthrene-5,7,9,14,16,18-hexaone(4S6Q)and benzo[b]naphtho[2′,3′:5,6][1,4]dithiino[2,3-i]thianthrene-5,9,14,18-tetraone(4S4Q))are developed by molecule structural design method and as cathode for aqueous zincorganic batteries.The conjugated thioether(–S–)bonds as connected units not only improve the conductivity of compounds but also inhibit their dissolution by both extendedπ-conjugated plane and constructed flexible molecular skeleton.Hence,the Zn//4S6Q and Zn//4S4Q batteries exhibit satisfactory electrochemical performance based on 3.5 mol L-1(M)Zn(ClO4)2electrolyte.For instance,the Zn//4S6Q battery obtains 240 and 208.6 mAh g^(-1)of discharge capacity at 150 mA g^(-1)and 30 A g^(-1),respectively.The excellent rate capability is ascribed to the fast reaction kinetics.This system displays a superlong life of 20,000 cycles with no capacity fading at 3 A g^(-1).Additionally,the H+-storage mechanism of the 4S6Q compound is demonstrated by ex situ analyses and density functional theory calculations.Impressively,the battery can normally work at-60℃benefiting from the anti-freezing electrolyte and maintain a high discharge capacity of 201.7 mAh g^(-1),which is 86.2%of discharge capacity at 25℃.The cutting-edge electrochemical performances of these novel compounds make them alternative electrode materials for Zn-organic batteries.展开更多

Methods: Four male Sprague Dawley rats were injected with AF594-CTB into the corresponding area of the Zusanli in the human body. After 3 surviving days, the rat's spinal cord and dorsal root ganglia (DRGs) at lumbar segments were dissected following perfusion with 4% paraformaldehyde, cut into sections, and then stained with CGRP- fluorescent immunohistochemical method. Results: AF594-CTB labeled sensory neurons were detected in the L3-L6 DRGs with high concentration in L4 DRG, and the labeled motor neurons located in the dorsolateral and intermediate regions of lamina IX from L3-L5 segments with high concentration at L4. Meanwhile, CGRP- positive neural labeling distributed symmetrically on both sides of DRGs, anterior and dorsal horns of spinal cord. In the AF594-CTB labeled neurons, 37% sensory neurons and 100% motor neurons expressed CGRP- positive. Conclusion: These findings present the morphological evidence to demonstrate that the sensory and motor neurons associated Zusanli in the rat distributed with segmental and regional patterns, and contained CGRP-expression.展开更多
Tin-based perovskite solar cells(TPSCs)as the most promising candidate for lead-free PSCs have incurred extensive researches all over the world.However,the crystallization process of tin-based perovskite is too fast d...Tin-based perovskite solar cells(TPSCs)as the most promising candidate for lead-free PSCs have incurred extensive researches all over the world.However,the crystallization process of tin-based perovskite is too fast during the solution-deposited process,resulting in abundant pinholes and poor homogeneity that cause serious charge recombination in perovskite layer.Here,we employed theπ-conjugated Lewis base molecules with high electron density to systematically control the crystallization rate of FASnI3 perovskite by forming stable intermediate phase with the Sn-I frameworks,leading to a compact and uniform perovskite film with large increase in the carrier lifetime.Meanwhile,the introduction of theπ-conjugated systems also retards the permeation of moisture into perovskite crystal,which significantly suppresses the film degradation in air.These benefits contributed to a stabilizing power conversion efficiency(PCE)of 10.1%for the TPSCs and maintained over 90%of its initial PCE after 1000-h light soaking in air.Also,a steady-state efficiency of 9.2%was certified at the accredited test center.展开更多

文摘A high performance polymer solar cells(PSCs) based on polymer donor PM6 containing fluorinated thienyl benzodithiophene unit and n-type organic semiconductor acceptor IT-4 F containing fluorinated end-groups were developed. In addition to complementary absorption spectra(300–830 nm) with IT-4 F, the PM6 also has a deep HOMO(the highest occupied molecular) level(-5.50 e V), which will lower the open-circuit voltage(V_(oc)) sacrifice and reduce the E_(loss) of the IT-4 F-based PSCs. Moreover, the strong crystallinity of PM6 is beneficial to form favorable blend morphology and hence to suppress recombination. As a result, in comparison with the PSCs based on a non-fluorinated D/A pair of PBDB-T:ITIC with a medium PCE of 11.2%, the PM6:IT-4 Fbased PSCs yielded an impressive PCE of 13.5% due to the synergistic effect of fluorination on both donor and acceptor, which is among the highest values recorded in the literatures for PSCs to date. Furthermore, a PCE of 12.2% was remained with the active layer thickness of up to 285 nm and a high PCE of 11.4% was also obtained with a large device area of 1 cm^2. In addition, the devices also showed good storage, thermal and illumination stabilities with respect to the efficiency. These results indicate that fluorination is an effective strategy to improve the photovoltaic performance of materials, as well as the both fluorinated donor and acceptor pair-PM6:IT-4 F is an ideal candidate for the large scale roll-to-roll production of efficient PSCs in the future.
文摘The effects of osmotic stress on the ATPase activity, the contents of —SH group and conjugated polyamines in mitochondrial membrane from wheat seedling [Triticum aestivum L. cv. Yumai No.18(drought-tolerant) and cv. Yumai No.9(drought-sensitive)] roots were investigated. The results showed that ATPase activity and —SH group content decreased with polyethylene glycol(PEG) 6000(-0.55 MPa) treatment for 7 d, in concert with the decrease of the ratio of noncovalently conjugated spermidine(NCC-Spd)/noncovalently conjugated putrescine(NCC-Put) and increase of the covalently conjugated putrescine(CC-Put). Osmotic stress injury to Yangmai No.9 seedlings was alleviated greatly with 1 mmol/L exogenous spermidine(Spd), in concert with marked increases of the ratio of NCC-Spd/NCC-Put, —SH group contents and ATPase activity in mitochondrial membrane. Under osmotic stress, the concomitant treatment of Yumai No.18 seedlings with methylglyoxyl bis(guanylhydrazone) (MGBG), an inhibitor of S-adenosyl methionine decarboxylase(SAMDC), and phenanthrolin (o-Phen), an inhibitor of transglutaminase(TGase), caused a significant decrease of the ratio of NCC-Spd / NCC-Put, CC-Put contents, respectively, in concert with the marked decreases of ATPase activity, —SH group content and its tolerance to osmotic stress. All the results above suggested that osmotic stress tolerance of wheat seedlings was associated with the ATPase activity, the contents of —SH group, NCC-Spd and CC-Put in mitochondrial membrane.

文摘A germafluorene-fluorene copolymer was successfully obtained via Suzuki polymerization.The ger-manium containing copolymer has an efficient blue light emission under the ultraviolet irradiation and its single layer EL device showed the highest brightness of 2630 cd/m2 at 7.8 V and the highest effi-ciency of 0.301 lm/W at 6.2 V.The copolymer can also serve as the host material for phosphorescent metal complexes with the maximum brightness of 15600 cd/m2 and the quantum efficiency of 8.5%.The results are quite promising and promise that as its analogs of fluorene and silafluorene,germafluorene is an excellent building block for blue light-emitting polymers and host materials.

文摘The contents of covalently conjugated polyamines (CC-PAs); noncovalently conjugated polyamines (NCC-PAs) to deoxyribonucleic acid-protein (DNP) isolated from wheat (Triticum aestivum L.) seedling roots under osmotic stress were detected. Results showed that after osmotic stress treatment for 7 d, the levels in NCC-spermine (NCC-Spm); NCC-spermidine (NCC-Spd) of drought-tolerant Yumai No. 18 cv. increased more markedly than that of drought-sensitive Yangmai No. 9 cv., while the NCC-putrescine (NCC-Put) could not be statistically detected in two cultivars. Exogenous Spm treatment alleviated osmotic stress injury to Yangmai No. 9 cv. seedlings, coupled with marked increases of NCC-Spm; NCC-Spd levels of this cultivar. Under PEG osmotic stress, the concomitant treatment of drought-tolerant Yumai No. 18 cv.seedlings with methylglyoxyl-bis (guanylhydrazone) (MGBG), an inhibitor of S-adenosylmethionine decarboxylase (SAMDC), aggravated osmotic stress injury to this cultivar, coupled with market decreases of the NCC-Spm; NCC-Spd levels. The levels in CC-Put; CC-Spd of drought-tolerant Yumai No. 18 cv. increased more markedly than that of drought-sensitive Yangmai No. 9 cv. Under osmotic stress. The treatment of drought-tolerant Yumai No. 18 cv. seedlings with phenanthrolin (o-Phen), an inhibitor of transglutaminase (TGase), aggravated osmotic stress injury to this cultivar, coupled with a reduction of sum contents of CC-Put+CC-Spd. These results suggested that NCC-Spm; NCC-Spd, together with CC-Put; CC-Spd, in DNP of roots could enhance tolerance of the wheat seedlings to osmotic stress.

文摘In recent years,conjugated polymers have attracted great attention in the application as photovoltaic donor materials in polymer solar cells(PSCs).Broad absorption,lower-energy bandgap,higher hole mobility,relatively lower HOMO energy levels,and higher solubility are important for the conjugated polymer donor materials to achieve high photovoltaic performance.Side-chain engineering plays a very important role in optimizing the physicochemical properties of the conjugated polymers.In this article,we review recent progress on the side-chain engineering of conjugated polymer donor materials,including the optimization of flexible side-chains for balancing solubility and intermolecular packing(aggregation),electron-withdrawing substituents for lowering HOMO energy levels,and two-dimension(2D)-conjugated polymers with conjugated side-chains for broadening absorption and enhancing hole mobility.After the molecular structural optimization by side-chain engineering,the2D-conjugated polymers based on benzodithiophene units demonstrated the best photovoltaic performance,with powerconversion efficiency higher than 9%.
文摘Background: Menopausal hormone therapy (MHT) has been proven to have beneficial effects on several components of metabolic syndrome. However, the effects vary according to different regimens, dosages, and duration of MHT. The aim of the study was to evaluate the effect of standard-dose 0.625 mg conjugated equine estrogen (CEE) and half-dose 0.3 mg CEE daily with different progestogens in a continuous sequential regimen on postmenopausal metabolic parameters in generally healthy postmenopausal women. Methods: A prospective, open-label, randomized controlled clinical trial was conducted between February 2014 and December 2015. Totally 123 Chinese postmenopausal women with climacteric symptoms were included in this study and were randomly assigned to three groups: Group A received CEE 0.3 mg/micronized progesterone (MP) 100 mg daily; Group B received CEE 0.625 mg/MP 100 mg daily; and Group C received CEE 0.625 mg/dydrogesterone 10 mg daily. Drugs were given in a continuous sequential pattern. The duration of treatment was 12 months. Clinical, anthropometrical, and metabolic variables were measured. Data were analyzed according to intention-to-treat analysis, using Student's t-test and analysis of variance. Results: A total of 107 participants completed the 12-month follow-up and were included in the data analysis. At 12 months of treatment, high-density lipoprotein cholesterol and apolipoprotein A significantly increased, and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol, fasting glucose, and glycosylated hemoglobin significantly decreased in Groups B and C, compared with baseline (all P 〈 0.05). Among the three groups, only Group C showed significantly increased triglycerides compared with baseline ( 1.61 ± 0.80 mmol/L vs. 1.21 ± 0.52 mmol/L, P 0.026). Each group showed a neutral effect on total cholesterol, lipoprotein A, apolipoprotein B, and fasting insulin levels. No cardiovascular and venous thromboembolic events occurred in the three groups. 文摘This review aims to give an overview of the efficacy of yeast supplementation on growth performance,rumen pH,rumen microbiota,and their relationship to meat and milk quality in ruminants.The practice of feeding high grain diets to ruminants in an effort to increase growth rate and weight gain usually results in excess deposition of saturated fatty acids in animal products and increased incidence of rumen acidosis.The supplementation of yeast at the right dose and viability level could counteract the acidotic effects of these high grain diets in the rumen and positively modify the fatty acid composition of animal products.Yeast exerts its actions by competing with lactate-producing(Streptococcus bovis and Lacto-bacillus)bacteria for available sugar and encouraging the growth of lactate-utilising bacteria(Mega-sphaera elsdenii).M.elsdenii is known to convert lactate into butyrate and propionate leading to a decrease in the accumulation of lactate thereby resulting in higher rumen pH.Interestingly,this creates a conducive environment for the proliferation of vaccenic acid-producing bacteria(Butyrivibrio fibrisolvens)and ciliate protozoa,both of which have been reported to increase the ruminal concentration of trans-11 and cis-9,trans-11-conjugated linoleic acid(CLA)at a pH range between 5.6 and 6.3.The addition of yeast into the diet of ruminants has also been reported to positively modify rumen biohydrogenation pathway to synthesise more of the beneficial biohydrogenation intermediates(trans-11 and cis-9,trans-11).This implies that more dietary sources of linoleic acid,linolenic acid,and oleic acid along with beneficial biohydrogenation intermediates(cis-9,trans-11-CLA,and trans-11)would escape complete bio-hydrogenation in the rumen to be absorbed into milk and meat.However,further studies are required to substantiate our claim.Therefore,techniques like transcriptomics should be employed to identify the mRNA transcript expression levels of genes like stearoyl-CoA desaturase,fatty acid synthase,and elon-gase of ver
文摘Conjugated linoleic acid (CLA) is a kind of fatty acid with physiological activities and potential application prospect. A synthesis method of conjugated linoleic acid and a purification technology were studied. CLA was prepared and purified by urea-complexation and conjugation using safflower oil as raw material. The purity of CLA and total recovery of the product was more than 95% and 48%, respectively. The main isomers produced in alkali-catalyzed conjugation were identified by gas chromatography (GC) linked to mass spectrometry (MS) and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR). The total amount of the two main isomers (9cis, 11trons-and 10trans, 12cis-CLA) determined by GC was more than 90% of the product.
文摘To explore the effect of technetium-99 conjugated with methylene diphosphonate ( 99 Tc-MDP) on IgM-RF, IgG-RF and IgA-RF (RFs), 47 cases were selected for study, including 33 patients with rheumatoid arthritis (RA) and 15 patients with joint pain/arthritis. After 99 Tc-MDP for drips model being given to the patients by intravenous drip 0.2 g daily for 5 days, the injection A and B models of 99 Tc-MDP were used to the patients by intravenous injection one set daily for 10 days, that was one course of treatment. The next course started after 10 days. Each case used it from 2 to 4 courses of treatment. The RFs in serum were determined by the method of enzyme-linked immunoabsorption assay (ELISA) before and after 2 and 4 courses of treatment. In the patients with RA, the concentrations of IgM-RF were 296.2±108.4 IU/ml, 189.5±92.3 IU/ml and 107.8±72.5 IU/ml; the concentrations of IgG-RF were 325.6±126.2 IU/ml, 209.7±98.2 IU/ml and 160.2±80.8 IU/ml; the concentrations of IgA-RF were 330.4±136.3 IU/ml, 210.7±89.2 IU/ml and 148.8±72.2 IU/ml before and after 2 and 4 courses of treatment, respectively. The concentrations of the above RFs were significantly lower after 2 and 4 courses than those before treatment ( P <0.05 and P <0.01). There was no significant difference in RFs concentrations in the patients with joint pain/arthritis before and after use of 99 Tc-MDP. In the patients with positive RFs before treatment, the RFs concentrations were decreased significantly after 2 and 4 courses of treatment ( P <0.05 and P <0.01). There was no obvious change of RFs concentrations in the patients with negative RFs after treatment of 99 Tc-MDP. It was concluded that 99 Tc-MDP could obviously reduce the abnormally high concentrations of RFs, but not influence the normal RFs, which indicated that 99 Tc-MDP has an important effect on controlling the activities of RA.

文摘Novel small sulfur heterocyclic quinones(6a,16adihydrobenzo[b]naphtho[2′,3′:5,6][1,4]dithiino[2,3-i]thianthrene-5,7,9,14,16,18-hexaone(4S6Q)and benzo[b]naphtho[2′,3′:5,6][1,4]dithiino[2,3-i]thianthrene-5,9,14,18-tetraone(4S4Q))are developed by molecule structural design method and as cathode for aqueous zincorganic batteries.The conjugated thioether(–S–)bonds as connected units not only improve the conductivity of compounds but also inhibit their dissolution by both extendedπ-conjugated plane and constructed flexible molecular skeleton.Hence,the Zn//4S6Q and Zn//4S4Q batteries exhibit satisfactory electrochemical performance based on 3.5 mol L-1(M)Zn(ClO4)2electrolyte.For instance,the Zn//4S6Q battery obtains 240 and 208.6 mAh g^(-1)of discharge capacity at 150 mA g^(-1)and 30 A g^(-1),respectively.The excellent rate capability is ascribed to the fast reaction kinetics.This system displays a superlong life of 20,000 cycles with no capacity fading at 3 A g^(-1).Additionally,the H+-storage mechanism of the 4S6Q compound is demonstrated by ex situ analyses and density functional theory calculations.Impressively,the battery can normally work at-60℃benefiting from the anti-freezing electrolyte and maintain a high discharge capacity of 201.7 mAh g^(-1),which is 86.2%of discharge capacity at 25℃.The cutting-edge electrochemical performances of these novel compounds make them alternative electrode materials for Zn-organic batteries.

文摘Objective: To investigate the biochemical characteristic of the neurons associated Zusanli (ST 36) in the rat by using Alexa Fluor 594 conjugated cholera toxin subunit B (AF594-CTB) neural tracing and calcitonin gene-related peptide (CGRP) fluorescent immunohistochemical techniques. Methods: Four male Sprague Dawley rats were injected with AF594-CTB into the corresponding area of the Zusanli in the human body. After 3 surviving days, the rat's spinal cord and dorsal root ganglia (DRGs) at lumbar segments were dissected following perfusion with 4% paraformaldehyde, cut into sections, and then stained with CGRP- fluorescent immunohistochemical method. Results: AF594-CTB labeled sensory neurons were detected in the L3-L6 DRGs with high concentration in L4 DRG, and the labeled motor neurons located in the dorsolateral and intermediate regions of lamina IX from L3-L5 segments with high concentration at L4. Meanwhile, CGRP- positive neural labeling distributed symmetrically on both sides of DRGs, anterior and dorsal horns of spinal cord. In the AF594-CTB labeled neurons, 37% sensory neurons and 100% motor neurons expressed CGRP- positive. Conclusion: These findings present the morphological evidence to demonstrate that the sensory and motor neurons associated Zusanli in the rat distributed with segmental and regional patterns, and contained CGRP-expression.

文摘Tin-based perovskite solar cells(TPSCs)as the most promising candidate for lead-free PSCs have incurred extensive researches all over the world.However,the crystallization process of tin-based perovskite is too fast during the solution-deposited process,resulting in abundant pinholes and poor homogeneity that cause serious charge recombination in perovskite layer.Here,we employed theπ-conjugated Lewis base molecules with high electron density to systematically control the crystallization rate of FASnI3 perovskite by forming stable intermediate phase with the Sn-I frameworks,leading to a compact and uniform perovskite film with large increase in the carrier lifetime.Meanwhile,the introduction of theπ-conjugated systems also retards the permeation of moisture into perovskite crystal,which significantly suppresses the film degradation in air.These benefits contributed to a stabilizing power conversion efficiency(PCE)of 10.1%for the TPSCs and maintained over 90%of its initial PCE after 1000-h light soaking in air.Also,a steady-state efficiency of 9.2%was certified at the accredited test center.
