Finding the important nodes in complex networks by topological structure is of great significance to network invulnerability.Several centrality measures have been proposed recently to evaluate the performance of nodes...Finding the important nodes in complex networks by topological structure is of great significance to network invulnerability.Several centrality measures have been proposed recently to evaluate the performance of nodes based on their correlation,showing that the interaction between nodes has an influence on the importance of nodes.In this paper,a novel method based on node’s distribution and global influence in complex networks is proposed.The nodes in the complex networks are classified according to the distance matrix,then the correlation coefficient between pairs of nodes is calculated.From the whole perspective in the network,the global similarity centrality(GSC)is proposed based on the relevance and the shortest distance between any two nodes.The efficiency,accuracy,and monotonicity of the proposed method are analyzed in two artificial datasets and eight real datasets of different sizes.Experimental results show that the performance of GSC method outperforms those current state-of-the-art algorithms.展开更多
目的探讨静息状态下抑郁障碍患者脑网络功能连接特征和强度。方法纳入抑郁障碍患者(抑郁障碍组)和健康被试(对照组),进行静息态功能磁共振(resting state functional magnetic resonance imaging,rs-fMRI)扫描。计算两组被试全脑度中心...目的探讨静息状态下抑郁障碍患者脑网络功能连接特征和强度。方法纳入抑郁障碍患者(抑郁障碍组)和健康被试(对照组),进行静息态功能磁共振(resting state functional magnetic resonance imaging,rs-fMRI)扫描。计算两组被试全脑度中心性(degree centrality,DC)值,进而计算其功能连接强度;采用支持向量机(support vector machine,SVM)方法探索异常的DC值是否对抑郁障碍有识别作用。结果抑郁障碍组26例患者和对照组37名对照纳入分析。相较于对照组,抑郁障碍组左侧额中回DC值降低(t=-4.98,P<0.05,GRF校正),而右侧颞中回(t=5.02,P<0.05,GRF校正)、右侧海马旁回(t=4.80,P<0.05,GRF校正)、右侧小脑后部(t=4.98,P<0.05,GRF校正)DC值增加。抑郁障碍组异常脑区DC值与17项-汉密尔顿抑郁量表、贝克抑郁量表得分无统计学相关性(P>0.05)。SVM分析结果显示,左侧额中回DC值降低区分抑郁障碍组和对照组的准确度为84.13%,敏感度为88.46%,特异度为81.08%,受试者操作特征曲线下面积为0.87。结论静息状态下抑郁障碍患者左侧额中回及右侧颞中回、右侧海马旁回、右侧小脑后部存在功能连接改变,左侧额中回功能连接强度变化可能对抑郁障碍的识别有提示作用。展开更多
In this paper,we investigate the isolated closed orbits of two types of cubic vector fields in R^3 by using the idea of central projection transformation,which sets up a bridge connecting the vector field X(x)in R^3 w...In this paper,we investigate the isolated closed orbits of two types of cubic vector fields in R^3 by using the idea of central projection transformation,which sets up a bridge connecting the vector field X(x)in R^3 with the planar vector fields.We have proved that the cubic vector field in R^3 can have two isolated closed orbits or one closed orbit on the invariant cone.As an application of this result,we have shown that a class of 3-dimensional cubic system has at least 10 isolated closed orbits located on 5 invariant cones,and another type of 3-dimensional cubic system has at least 26 isolated closed orbits located on 13 invariant cones or 26 invariant cones.展开更多

Gene therapy via gene replacement or ...Common neurodegenerative diseases of the central nervous system are characterized by progressive damage to the function of neurons, even leading to the permanent loss of function. Gene therapy via gene replacement or gene correction provides the potential for transformative therapies to delay or possibly stop further progression of the neurodegenerative disease in affected patients. Adeno-associated virus has been the vector of choice in recent clinical trials of therapies for neurodegenerative diseases due to its safety and efficiency in mediating gene transfer to the central nervous system. This review aims to discuss and summarize the progress and clinical applications of adeno-associated virus in neurodegenerative disease in central nervous system. Results from some clinical trials and successful cases of central neurodegenerative diseases deserve further study and exploration.展开更多
