碳纤维粉改性水泥砂浆压阻特性分析 被引量:1

为改善压阻特性,对水泥砂浆掺加碳纤维(carbon fiber, CF)粉、硅粉进行改性,开展了试件的压阻测试,并对应变-电阻率关系进行了分析。结果表明:试件的电阻率随压应变的增加而下降;应力-电阻率曲线可分为接触、承载和破坏阶段;CF掺量为2%... 为改善压阻特性,对水泥砂浆掺加碳纤维(carbon fiber, CF)粉、硅粉进行改性,开展了试件的压阻测试,并对应变-电阻率关系进行了分析。结果表明:试件的电阻率随压应变的增加而下降;应力-电阻率曲线可分为接触、承载和破坏阶段;CF掺量为2%时,其灵敏度最高,线性区间最大;CF掺量为2%时,单掺、复掺试件的线性相关系数分别为99.92%和99.45%;CF掺量为4%时,单掺、复掺试件的线性相关系数分别为98.39%和98.33%;CF掺量为6%时,CF粉会出现团聚现象,试件应力-电阻率符合指数关系;在单掺和复掺试件中,4%接近CF粉掺量的逾渗阈值;复掺试件的强度高于单掺试件,Si4/CF4的抗压强度达到52.4 MPa。可见,Si4/CF4试件具有较高的强度、压阻线性度和区间,但其灵敏度、线性区间不及Si2/CF4。 展开更多

超特高压变电站金具填缝导电有机硅聚合物胶泥的制备及性能

超特高压变电站金具表面的尖端放电问题是限制其应用的关键。本文将碳纤维(carbon fiber,CF)粉和四针状氧化锌晶须(tetra-needle like ZnO whiskers,T-ZnOw)作为导电填料,加入到有机硅聚合物基体中,制备了一种超特高压变电站金具填缝导... 超特高压变电站金具表面的尖端放电问题是限制其应用的关键。本文将碳纤维(carbon fiber,CF)粉和四针状氧化锌晶须(tetra-needle like ZnO whiskers,T-ZnOw)作为导电填料,加入到有机硅聚合物基体中,制备了一种超特高压变电站金具填缝导电有机硅聚合物胶泥。通过调节T-ZnOw的含量,制备了不同的导电有机硅聚合物胶泥,并对其拉伸性能、微观形貌、流变性能、导电性能等进行了系统分析。研究结果表明:本文制备的导电有机硅聚合物胶泥的拉伸性能和导电性能优异,且界面结合良好。当导电有机硅聚合物胶泥中T-ZnOw的质量分数达到20%时,该胶泥的体积电阻、表面电阻和电导率分别达到0.14Ω·cm、2.5Ω/sq和101.0 S/cm,其拉伸强度、杨氏模量和断裂伸长率分别达到29.9 MPa、6.3 GPa和0.8%。通过填缝实验以及测量防电晕胶泥涂层的非线性系数和表面电阻率的实验,验证了该胶泥的填缝和防电晕效果。由实验结果可知,本文制备的导电有机硅聚合物胶泥的拉伸性能、导电性能和防电晕效果均满足超特高压变电站金具填缝使用要求。 展开更多

By using redispersible polymer powder(RPP) and carbon fiber(CF) to adjust the flexibility and electrical properties of the smart aggregate, a new kind of smart aggregate with Z type structure was proposed. The study shows that Z type aggregate is more sensitive to the feedback of external force than the prism aggregate in the same loading environment, and it indicates that Z type aggregate is more suitable for the research and application of concrete health monitoring. Although the incorporation of RPP would cause the compressive strength of the aggregates and the elastic modulus of hardened cement mortar to reduce slightly within the dosage of RPP by 2.25% because of the polymer film formed in the internal system, this would improve the deformability of the aggregates. In the early loading stage(in the first 60 seconds), the intelligent concrete specimens implanted with Z type smart aggregate do not show higher sensitivity as expected, although the resistance change rate changes a little bit more, the overall of it is still in balance. Adding RPP could improve the flexibility of smart aggregates exactly, and it plays an active role in prolonging the life of the smart aggregates. By implanting Z type aggregates the damage and failure of the concrete structure could be predicted accurately in this study. The results of this paper will help to promote further research and application of intelligent concrete. 展开更多
