目的:探讨护理审美指导与心理干预护理对乳腺癌患者术后心理状态和生活质量的改善作用。方法:选取2018年3月-2021年5月经笔者医院住院治疗的135例乳腺癌改良根治术术后女性患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为对照组(67例)和观察组(68例...目的:探讨护理审美指导与心理干预护理对乳腺癌患者术后心理状态和生活质量的改善作用。方法:选取2018年3月-2021年5月经笔者医院住院治疗的135例乳腺癌改良根治术术后女性患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为对照组(67例)和观察组(68例)。对照组给予常规护理+心理干预,观察组给予常规护理+护理审美指导。出院后随访3个月,比较两组患者的心理状态、治疗依从性、生活质量及护理满意度。结果:干预后,观察组患者汉密尔顿抑郁量表(Hamilton depression scale,HAMD)及汉密尔顿焦虑量表(Hamilton anxiety scale,HAMA)评分均低于对照组,治疗依从性优于对照组,生活质量(Functional assessment of cancer therapybreast cancer,FACT-B)及护理满意度评分高于对照组,以上指标组间比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:心理干预及护理审美指导都对乳腺癌术后患者心理和生活有积极的影响,而护理审美指导对患者术后自我形象的认知和术后心理状态的调整具有建设性的积极影响,值得在临床上推广应用。展开更多
