The purpose of this study is to develop an ideal failure curve and overcome the present drawbacks. The ideal failure curve of RC bearings is obtained by applying a water-free lubricant to the tested bearings. 对某核电厂主给水泵组润滑油系统进水故障进行原因分析,对可能漏入水分的液力耦合器润滑油冷油器和工作油冷油器、前置泵和压力级泵两端机械密封、液力耦合器油箱呼吸器等部件进行排查分析,根据润滑油中水分的化学分析结果以及压力级泵... 对某核电厂主给水泵组润滑油系统进水故障进行原因分析,对可能漏入水分的液力耦合器润滑油冷油器和工作油冷油器、前置泵和压力级泵两端机械密封、液力耦合器油箱呼吸器等部件进行排查分析,根据润滑油中水分的化学分析结果以及压力级泵自由端(NDE)轴承解体情况,确认泄漏水来源于压力级泵自由端机械密封处,其根本原因是机械密封与轴承室之间的泵壳密闭设计不合理。据此制定了在泵壳上部开呼吸孔的优化改造方案,并用有限元方法验证了其可行性。该方案实施后,水分值平稳,润滑油进水缺陷消除。 展开更多
