目的计算我国成年居民营养素日常摄入量(usual intake,UI),为准确评估我国居民膳食营养素摄入状况提供科学依据。方法使用"2002年中国居民营养与健康状况调查"数据,采用ISU方法和NCI方法计算43 672名成年居民的能量、15种营... 目的计算我国成年居民营养素日常摄入量(usual intake,UI),为准确评估我国居民膳食营养素摄入状况提供科学依据。方法使用"2002年中国居民营养与健康状况调查"数据,采用ISU方法和NCI方法计算43 672名成年居民的能量、15种营养素、膳食纤维和胆固醇的UI,并与直接计算的3 d摄入量进行比较。结果钙、硒、维生素B2和胆固醇的UI分布均值明显高于3 d摄入量均值,其中男性和女性胆固醇UI分布均值比3 d摄入量均值高14%和30%左右,能量和其余营养素UI分布均值稍低于3 d摄入量均值,其中碳水化合物和维生素C的UI分布均值比3 d摄入量均值低6%左右。能量和所有营养素UI分布标准差均低于3 d摄入量标准差,其中维生素B2的UI分布标准差比3 d摄入量标准差低50%以上;能量和大多数营养素摄入量分布的P10、P25和P50比3 d摄入量分布高,P75和P90比3 d摄入量分布低。结论未经统计学校正的直接计算法高估了大多数营养素摄入量均值及所有营养素摄入量分布的标准差,ISU和NCI方法对于改善营养素摄入量分布曲线尾端的估计很有效。 展开更多

目的分析1997-2011年九省(区)4~17岁儿童青少年膳食铁摄入状况、食物来源及变化趋势。方法基于“中国健康与营养调查”,该调查为多阶段分层随机整群抽样,选取1997、2000、2004、2006、2009、2011共6轮调查中的九省(区)12557名4~17岁儿... 目的分析1997-2011年九省(区)4~17岁儿童青少年膳食铁摄入状况、食物来源及变化趋势。方法基于“中国健康与营养调查”,该调查为多阶段分层随机整群抽样,选取1997、2000、2004、2006、2009、2011共6轮调查中的九省(区)12557名4~17岁儿童青少年作为研究对象,采用连续3天24小时膳食回顾法收集膳食数据,按性别、年龄、地区等分层对历年膳食铁日常摄入量(UI)水平、食物来源分布进行分析。结果1997年和2011年4~17岁儿童青少年的UI分别为17.4mg和14.3mg。1997年和2011年男生UI低于平均需要量(EAR)的比例分别为13.8%和16.5%,女生膳食铁UI低于EAR的比例分别为27.3%和28.2%。11~13岁年龄组的女生膳食铁UI低于EAR的比例在各年份均最高,分别为36.3%、26.2%、36.7%、33.1%、44.0%和55.8%。膳食铁主要来源于谷薯类,其次为动物性食物、蔬菜水果菌藻类以及豆类坚果类。结论部分儿童青少年人群仍然存在膳食铁摄入不足的问题,需加强健康教育工作,促进儿童青少年营养摄入均衡。 展开更多

Association of Red Meat Usual Intake with Serum Ferritin and the Risk of Metabolic Syndrome in Chinese Adults: A Longitudinal Study from the China Health and Nutrition Survey 被引量:4

Objective The present study aimed to investigate the association of red meat usual intake with metabolic syndrome(Met S),and explore the contribution of red meat usual intake to serum ferritin.Methods Based on the data from the longitudinal China Health and Nutrition Survey(CHNS),2,797 healthy adults aged 18–75 years without hypertension,diabetes,and Met S were selected in 2009 as subjects and follow-up studies were carried out till 2015.We used the National Cancer Institute(NCI)method to estimate the usual intake of foods.Multivariable logistic regressions were performed to evaluate the association between red meat usual intake and the risk of Met S.Quantile regression analysis was used to study the relationship between red meat consumption and serum ferritin levels.Results After adjusting for potential confounders,red meat,and fresh red meat were positively associated with the risk of Met S(RR=1.41,95%CI:1.05–1.90 and RR=1.37,95%CI:1.02–1.85,respectively).These relationships showed increasing trend(P<0.05).The level of serum ferritin increased significantly with the number of Met S components(P<0.05).The quantile regression analysis showed that red meat and fresh red meat usual intake had a significant positive association with serum ferritin levels across the entire conditional serum ferritin distribution(P<0.05).Processed red meat did not exhibit a similar association.Conclusion Higher red meat usual intake was associated with an increased risk of Met S and elevated serum ferritin levels. 展开更多

目的了解2015年中国15省(自治区、直辖市)18~75岁居民蛋类的消费状况。方法利用2015年“中国居民营养状况变迁的队列研究”数据资料,选取18~75岁居民作为研究对象,采用美国国家癌症研究所(National Cancer Insititution,NCI)建立的食物... 目的了解2015年中国15省(自治区、直辖市)18~75岁居民蛋类的消费状况。方法利用2015年“中国居民营养状况变迁的队列研究”数据资料,选取18~75岁居民作为研究对象,采用美国国家癌症研究所(National Cancer Insititution,NCI)建立的食物及营养素日常摄入量评估方法(简称NCI法),建立我国居民蛋类日常消费概率模型和消费量模型,评估蛋类日常摄入量;并分析3d 24h膳食回顾法和NCI法评估的蛋类消费在不同特征人群的差异及与高胆固醇血症的关系。结果3d 24h膳食回顾法评估的蛋类总体消费率52.2%,全人群蛋类摄入量中位数8.80(P250.00,P7533.33)g/d;通过NCI法评估后,蛋类总体消费率76.4%,全人群蛋类摄入量中位数15.32(P257.71,P7527.70)g/d;调整混杂因素后,两种方法评估的蛋类摄入量对高胆固醇血症患病均无显著性差异。结论以NCI法评估的我们居民蛋类消费率有很大提升,摄入量的分布状况得到校正,但两种方法评估的蛋类摄入量均远未达到推荐摄入量,另外我国居民蛋类的摄入与患高胆固醇血症无显著相关。因此,应采取相应的措施提高我国成人居民蛋类的消费率和消费量。 展开更多

When assessing food intake patterns in groups of individuals, a major problem is finding usual intake distribution. This study aimed at searching for a probability distribution to estimate the usual intake of nutrients using data from a cross-sectional investigation on nutrition students from a public university in Sao Paulo state, Brazil. Data on 119 women aged 19 to 30 years old were used. All women answered a questionnaire about their lifestyle, diet and demographics. Food intake was evaluated from a non-consecutive three-day 24-hour food record. Different probability distributions were tested for vitamins C and E, panthotenic acid, folate, zinc, copper and calcium where data normalization was not possible. Empirical comparisons were performed, and inadequacy prevalence was calculated by comparing with the NRC method. It was concluded that if a more realistic distribution for usual intake is found, results can be more accurate as compared to those achieved by other methods. 展开更多

Then, the aim of this wo... A purpose of dietary assessment is to evaluate the dietary intake of a group or a population. In Brazil few studies have been carried out to identify dietary intake of older people population. Then, the aim of this work is to estimate the distribution as well as estimate the prevalence of inadequacy of the usual intake in a representative sample of older population from Botucatu city, S?o Paulo, applying the NCI method. A sample of 365 older was used and some instruments to evaluate quality of life, activities of daily living and instrumental of daily living were applied as well as three 24-hour recalls. Data from the recalls were transformed in consumption of macro and micronutrients using NDSR software and were analyzed using NCI method in order to estimate the inadequacy prevalence. The energy and macronutrients intake of the studied population agree with their needs, however, the consumption of minerals and vitamins were below the recommendation even after including the covariates. This can reflects a monotone intake that is characteristic of this age and this inadequateness can be a serious public health problem that can carry on development of chronic diseases. Also, it is important to highlight that NCI method provides a good estimate of the usual intake. 展开更多
