We provide a description of how an elementary physical particle absorbs electromagnetic waves within its structure and, after absorption, how this particle keeps it in memory and emits it. This absorption is like the eating of cosmological food by physical entities. This paper proposes that the universe is comprised of cosmological, physical, biological, psychological, and intellectual worlds that all follow parallel laws within their referred science. The paper creates a model of the elementary physical particle (EPP) using the parallel logic of the biological DNA model. This model is capable of explaining the emission, absorption, and memorization of physical signals. Several cosmological mysteries, like the interconvertibility of electric and magnetic fields, attraction, repulsion, space fabric, etc., unfold while disclosing the absorption and emission processes. The philosophical correctness of this paper is validated through the unification of multidisciplinary aspects, and its scientific correctness is validated by its logical consistency with the results of well-known experiments. The theory clarifies the “cause” within nature, and by analyzing the “effects”, we can reach new realities of the cosmological world.展开更多

A general framework is proposed to realize the first order generalization. Within this generalized framework, (1) atmospheric particle shapes are unified into self-similar fractals; (2) a self-similar particle is characterized by various power-law relationships; (3) by combining these power-law relationships for a single particle with Shannon's maximum entropy principle and some concepts in statistical mechanics, unified maximum likelihoood number size distributions are of the Weibull form for atmospheric particle systems. Frontier disciplines (e. g., scaling, fractal, chaos and hierarchy) are argued to provide potential 'tools' for such unification. Several new topics are raised for future research.展开更多

Since the founding of the People Republic of China, China has carried out the codification of civil code for four times, and since the part^s eighteen plenary session officially proposed the 'codification of civil code', the issue of the civil and conmaercial relation draws the attention again, either unification or division of civil and commercial law directly affects the system and content of the civil code, and affects how to process the relationship between the civil law and commercial law during the codification of the civil code as well. The codification of the civil code should not only consider the legislative tradition of the civil and commercial legislation and the current legal system, but also pursue characteristics of the commercial law, in a system of combining civil and commercial law, through adding commercial law into the general principle of civil law; the existing commercial law should be separately retained.展开更多
