采用傅里叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)、紫外-可见光谱(UV-visible)、傅里叶变换拉曼光谱(FT-Raman)以及核磁共振(1H NMR)分析技术对云杉木质素被二氧化氯氧化前后的结构变化进行了研究。当木质素被二氧化氯氧化时,其骨架结构中的芳香环基团被... 采用傅里叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)、紫外-可见光谱(UV-visible)、傅里叶变换拉曼光谱(FT-Raman)以及核磁共振(1H NMR)分析技术对云杉木质素被二氧化氯氧化前后的结构变化进行了研究。当木质素被二氧化氯氧化时,其骨架结构中的芳香环基团被有效地氧化开环。红外光谱显示木质素中的愈疮木基特征峰强度显著降低,紫丁香基苯基以及对羟基苯基特征吸收峰完全消失,在被氧化后的木质素中出现C O共轭羰基伸缩振动特征峰。紫外光谱显示木质素在被氧化后位于280 nm处的紫外吸收显著降低。1H核磁共振波谱显示,木质素中连接在芳香环侧链的甲氧基数量被氧化后出现显著的降低,同时与苯环相连的脂肪族侧链在后也相应地减少。研究结果说明二氧化氯能有效地氧化木质素中的芳香环,并将其氧化为带有C O基因的粘康酸及其酯类物质或带有醌型基团的物质。 展开更多

为了考察高光谱技术对海洋溢油种类的鉴别能力,进行了模拟溢油实验。利用紫外三种波长光源(254nm、302nm、365nm)和可见光两种光源(日光灯和阳光)照射海水上的油墨,使用AvaSpec-2048地物光谱仪采集5个油种(汽油、柴油、煤油、机油... 为了考察高光谱技术对海洋溢油种类的鉴别能力,进行了模拟溢油实验。利用紫外三种波长光源(254nm、302nm、365nm)和可见光两种光源(日光灯和阳光)照射海水上的油墨,使用AvaSpec-2048地物光谱仪采集5个油种(汽油、柴油、煤油、机油、花生油)的高光谱数据(200~1160nm),基于这些数据,通过PCA进行特征优化,使用前10个主分量构建了支持向量机的油种识别模型,使用网格法对支持向量机参数C和gamma进行参数寻优,通过5折交叉验证法进行了结果测试。结果表明,阳光下的光谱识别率最高,日光灯下的识别效果最差,三种紫外灯在波长302nm透射下识别率较高,在254nm和365nm下的识别效果相当。由此可见,在油种鉴别过程中光源的类型、照射方式、光强都会影响到油种的识别效果。 展开更多

In the present work,we have synthesized samarium doped zinc oxide nanostructures(Zn1-xSmxO;x=0.00,0.02,0.04 and 0.06) via chemical precipitation method and studied their structural,morphological,optical and photocatalytic properties.X-ray diffraction(XRD) patterns,PL and Raman spectra results indicate that the undoped and Sm-doped ZnO nanostructures are crystallized in a hexagonal wurtzite structure.FESEM images show that the morphology of the sample changes from cubical to hexagonal nanostructures with increase in Sm3+doping concentration.The EDX spectra confirm the incorporation of Sm3+ion in ZnO.The influence of Sm3+doping on the structure,morphology,absorption,emission and photocatalytic activity of ZnO nanostructures were investigated systematically.The addition of Sm3+ion leads to a red shift in the optical energy band gap from 3.19 to 2.67 eV and hence,increases the visible light absorption ability.The presence of E2(H) and E1(LO) modes in microRaman spectra confirms the crystallinity and defects in the samples.The detailed photocatalytic experiments reveal that Sm-doped ZnO nanostructures show the maximum photodegradation efficiency for Methylene blue(MB) dye for x=0.04,i,e.,94.94%,under visible light irradiation.The photocatalytic efficiency improves by 6.98 times when ZnO is doped with rare earth metal ion(Sm3+) and is a potential candidate for practical applications.The investigation demonstrates that as-synthesized nano-sized photocatalysts act as an efficient photocatalyst for the degradation of MB dye. 展开更多

为建立参附注射液的紫外—可见、红外、物理指纹图谱测定方法,采用紫外—可见分光光度计对样品进行全波长扫描,得到紫外—可见指纹图谱,运用物理方法构建参附注射液8个参数组成的对照物理指纹谱,以雷达图直观展现,并规定其参数范围,用3... 为建立参附注射液的紫外—可见、红外、物理指纹图谱测定方法,采用紫外—可见分光光度计对样品进行全波长扫描,得到紫外—可见指纹图谱,运用物理方法构建参附注射液8个参数组成的对照物理指纹谱,以雷达图直观展现,并规定其参数范围,用3批效期外样品进行验证;红外指纹图谱分别以各参附注射液样品红外指纹图谱为标准,计算其他样品相对于该标准样品的共有峰率和变异峰率,并按照共有峰率的大小建立不同的序列.实验结果显示,效期内8批参附注射液紫外—可见指纹图谱吸光度值应分别同时满足297nm(0.330~0.460)、269nm(0.587~0.734)、243nm(0.520~0.630);红外指纹图谱双指标序列中的共有峰率为54.83%~91.67%,变异峰率为0.00%~52.94%;8批效期内参附注射液的物理指纹图用雷达图规定其参数范围后,3批效期外样品8个参数基本不在其参数范围内.验证得出,3批效期外参附注射液紫外—可见、红外和物理指纹图谱都不符合要求.实验结果表明,建立的参附注射液指纹图谱方法可用于评价参附注射液药品的质量及稳定性. 展开更多

[Objectives]To study content of total saponins from cultivated and wild Paris herbs in Southwest China,evaluate its in vitro antioxidation activity,and explore the correlation between quality of Paris herbs and production place,variety,cultivated and wild varieties.[Methods]Colorimetric method of perchloric acid reaction was used,and content of total saponins from Paris herbs was determined by ultraviolet spectrophotometer at 406 nm. [Results]The lowest content of total saponins from cultivated and wild Paris herbs in Southwest China was0. 55%,while the maximum was 12. 24%,with obvious difference. Total saponins from Paris herbs had stronger clearance ability on free radical DPPH and stronger reduction ability on Fe^(3+),and the results showed good dose-effect relationship with concentration. Among them,S6 had the highest clearance ability on DPPH,which reached 89. 66%. In the determination of reduction ability,the absorbance of S16 reached3. 643 and was the highest,with very good reducing property. Content and anti-oxidation capacity of total saponins from Paris herbs in Southwest China did not have obvious correlation with production place,altitude and cultivation but was related to variety. [Conclusions]The quality of Paris herbs in Southwest China was unstable,and their anti-oxidation abilities were also different,and cultivation could not guarantee high quality. It should normalize cultivation,and develop planting industry of Paris herbs,which could guarantee stable supply of Paris herbs and stability and controllability of quality. 展开更多

The exfoliation degree of graphite oxide into graphene oxide plays an important role in the massive production method of reduced graphene oxide. It is significant to find a simple and feasible method to analyze the exfoliation degree of graphite oxide. In the present work, graphite oxide was synthesized by a modified Hummers method, and then graphene oxide colloids were obtained by exfoliation of graphite oxide dispersed in de-ionized water. UV-visible spectroscopy was used to characterize the absorption of the graphene oxide colloids, and the concentration of graphene oxide colloids indicated by absorption area of UV-visible spectra was studied. Results show that there is a relatively stable relationship between them, indicating that UV- visible spectroscopy is a potential method for analyzing the exfoliation degree of graphite oxide into graphene oxide. 展开更多

Asymmetric reversible structural switching of a diene coordination polymer promoted by UV-visible light

In natural and artificial systems,reversible reactions are commonly asymmetric with respect to the time scale and nature of the stimuli which drive the forward and backward processes.In applications for which switching behavior is required,it is desirable that the reversible reaction goes as close to symmetric as possible;however,such systems are uncommon.Herein,we report an example of ultraviolet(UV)-visible light-regulated asymmetric reversible structural switching involving a diene-based coordination polymer,CP1 and its monocyclobutane product,CP1a.It is possible to cycle at least ten times through a forward [2+2] photocycloaddition reaction and the reverse,photocleavage reaction.A single cycle can be completed within a few minutes.The transformation is accompanied by fast and distinct fluorescence changes,arising from optimisation of the reaction conditions.Density functional theory calculations allow rationalisation of the asymmetric reversible transformation between CP1 and CP1a rather than between CP1 and its dicyclobutane product CP1b.This work provides a clear illustration of reversible structural switching which approaches symmetric behaviour with respect to reaction rate and stimuli.The insights gained from this work also assist in the design of fast,reversible switching materials. 展开更多

The photocatalytic degradation of methylene blue(MB) over Fe-doped CaTiO3 under UV-visible light was investigated. The as-prepared samples were characterized using X-ray diffraction(XRD), scanning electron microscope(SEM) equipped with an energy dispersive spectrometer(EDS) system, Fourier transform infrared spectra(FT-IR), and UV-visible diffuse reflectance spectroscopy(DRS). The results show that the doping with Fe significantly promoted the light absorption ability of CaTiO3 in the visible light region. The Fe-doped CaTiO3 exhibited higher photocatalytic activity than CaTiO3 for the degradation of MB.However, the photocatalytic activity of the Fe-doped CaTiO3 was greatly influenced by the calcination temperature during the preparation process. The Fe-doped CaTiO3 prepared at500°C exhibited the best photocatalytic activity, with degradation of almost 100% MB(10 ppm)under UV-visible light for 180 min. 展开更多

It crystallizes in monoclinic, space group P21/c with a = 14.769(5), b = 8.279(5), c = 17.166(5) , β = 114.391(5)°, V = 1911.6(14) 3, Z = 4, F(000) = 784, Dc = 1.287 g/m3, Mr = 370.47, μ = 0.190 mm-1, the final R = 0.0390 and wR = 0.1358 for 1446 observed reflections with Ⅰ 〉 2σ(Ⅰ). The UV-vis absorption spectra of CMT were explained based on quantum chemical calculations, using time dependent density functional theory (TD-DFT) at the B3LYP/6-31G (d) level. 展开更多

The degradation behavior of ethyl xanthate(EX) salt was the most widely used collector in sulfide mineral flotation and emission of flotation tailings with residual EX was harmful to environment. In this work, hydrogen peroxide(H2O2) was investigated by UV-visible spectroscopy(UV/Vis) at different p H values from 3 to 12. For p H value from 5 to 12, EX was oxidized into ethyl per xanthate(EPX) by H2O2. Then EPX was further oxidized into thiosulfate(TS) salt rather than ethyl thiocarbonate(ETC) and this step was the reaction-limited step. Then depending on p H values, TS was degraded into sulphate and carbonate salts(p H>7) or elemental sulfur(p H<7). The kinetics data show that the degradation rate of EX increases with increasing the H2O2 concentration and is independent on the p H values. Without H2O2, EX is hydrolyzed to carbon disulfide fast at p H value <3.0, but the reaction of hydrolysis is undetectable at p H value >3.0 during test time. 展开更多

The probe exhibited high selectivity and sensitivity for Hg2+ detection using UV/Vis and fluorescence spectroscopy. Addition of Hg2+ caused a visual color change from colorless to coloured and a fluorescence change from colorless to bright green. Other metal ions did not interfere with the detection of Hg2+. 展开更多

The optical properties of hexagonal boron nitride (h-BN) thin films were studied in this paper. The films were characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, UV-visible transmittance and reflection spectra, h-BN thin films with a wide optical band gap Eg (5.86 eV for the as-deposited film and 5.97 eV for the annealed film) approaching h-BN single crystal were successfully prepared by radio frequency (RF) bias magnetron sputtering and post-deposition annealing at 970 K. The optical absorption behaviour of h-BN films accords with the typical optical absorption characteristics of amorphous materials when fitting is made by the Urbach tail model. The annealed film shows satisfactory structure stability. However, high temperature still has a significant effect on the optical absorption properties, refractive index n, and optical conductivity σ of h-BN thin films. The blue-shift of the optical absorption edge and the increase of Eg probably result from stress relaxation in the film under high temperatures. In addition, it is found that the refractive index clearly exhibits different trends in the visible and ultraviolet regions. Previous calculational results of optical conductivity of h-BN films are confirmed in our experimental results. 展开更多
