目的探讨Flow-through嵌合股前外侧穿支皮瓣(ALTP)急诊一期修复四肢Gustillo III C型损伤的临床疗效。方法2010年1月至2017年12月,采用Flow-through嵌合ALTP急诊修复四肢Gustillo III C型损伤患者17例。其中男16例,女1例;年龄19~55岁,平...目的探讨Flow-through嵌合股前外侧穿支皮瓣(ALTP)急诊一期修复四肢Gustillo III C型损伤的临床疗效。方法2010年1月至2017年12月,采用Flow-through嵌合ALTP急诊修复四肢Gustillo III C型损伤患者17例。其中男16例,女1例;年龄19~55岁,平均32.4岁。创面范围16 cm×8 cm^45 cm×30 cm。旋股外侧动脉降支Flow-through吻合受区动脉以重建肢体血供,股外侧肌瓣填塞深部死腔,皮瓣和筋膜瓣覆盖浅表创面。供区皮肤直接闭合6例,腹部取皮植皮11例。结果术后采用门诊结合微信、电话随访,时间5~60个月,平均21.8个月。皮瓣成活15例,2例失败并截肢。6例采用皮瓣和筋膜瓣修复,11例采用皮瓣、筋膜瓣和肌瓣修复。术后4例皮瓣一期愈合;11例患者皮瓣边缘出现坏死,其中1例换药后瘢痕愈合,其余10例患者二期植皮愈合。所有患者供区未出现并发症。结论急诊Flow-through嵌合ALTP在重建肢体血供的同时实现创面三维立体修复,是修复四肢Gustillo III C型损伤的有效方法之一。展开更多
This paper proposes a longitudinal protection scheme utilizing empirical wavelet transform(EWT)for a through-type cophase traction direct power supply system,where both sides of a traction network line exhibit a disti...This paper proposes a longitudinal protection scheme utilizing empirical wavelet transform(EWT)for a through-type cophase traction direct power supply system,where both sides of a traction network line exhibit a distinctive boundary structure.This approach capitalizes on the boundary’s capacity to attenuate the high-frequency component of fault signals,resulting in a variation in the high-frequency transient energy ratio when faults occur inside or outside the line.During internal line faults,the high-frequency transient energy at the checkpoints located at both ends surpasses that of its neighboring lines.Conversely,for faults external to the line,the energy is lower compared to adjacent lines.EWT is employed to decompose the collected fault current signals,allowing access to the high-frequency transient energy.The longitudinal protection for the traction network line is established based on disparities between both ends of the traction network line and the high-frequency transient energy on either side of the boundary.Moreover,simulation verification through experimental results demonstrates the effectiveness of the proposed protection scheme across various initial fault angles,distances to faults,and fault transition resistances.展开更多

The PA1b is a single chain peptide consisting of 37 amino acid residues with 6 cysteines which constitut...Using alginic acid to adsorb polypeptides at pH 2.7, we isolated a peptide pea albumin 1b (PA1b) from pea seeds. The PA1b is a single chain peptide consisting of 37 amino acid residues with 6 cysteines which constitutes the cystine-knot structure. Using microfluorometry and patch clamp techniques, we found that PA1b significantly elevated the intracellular calcium level ([Ca2+ ]i) and elicited membrane capacitance increase in the primary rat pancreatic β cells. The PA1b effect on [Ca2+]i elevation was abolished in the absence of extracellular Ca2+ or in the presence of L-type Ca2+ channel blocker, ni- modipine. Interestingly, we found that PA1b significantly depolarized membrane potential, which could lead to the opening of voltage-dependent L-type Ca2+ channels and influx of extracellular Ca2+, and then evoke robust secretion. In this study we identified the plant peptide PA1b which is capable of affecting the excitability and function of mammalian pancreatic β cell.展开更多
In order to solve the problems of rotor overvoltage,overcurrent and DC side voltage rise caused by grid voltage drops,a coordinated control strategy based on symmetrical and asymmetrical low voltage ride through of ro...In order to solve the problems of rotor overvoltage,overcurrent and DC side voltage rise caused by grid voltage drops,a coordinated control strategy based on symmetrical and asymmetrical low voltage ride through of rotor side converter of the doubly-fed generator is proposed.When the power grid voltage drops symmetrically,the generator approximate equation under steady-state conditions is no longer applicable.Considering the dynamic process of stator current excitation,according to the change of stator flux and the depth of voltage drop,the system can dynamically provide reactive power support for parallel nodes and suppress the rise of DC side voltage and rotor over-current.When the grid voltage drops asymmetrically,the positive and negative sequence components are separated in the rotating coordinate system.The doubly fed generator model is established to suppress the rotor positive sequence current and negative sequence current respectively.At the same time,the output voltage limit of the converter is discussed,and the reference value is adjusted within the allowable output voltage range.In order to adapt to the occurrence of different types of power grid faults and complex operating conditions,a fast switching module of fault type detection and rotor control mode is designed to detect the type of power grid faults and voltage drop depth in real time and switch the rotor side control mode dynamically.Finally,the simulation model of the doubly fed wind turbine is constructed in Matlab/Simulink.The simulation results verify that the proposed control strategy can improve the low-voltage ride through performance of the system when dealing with the symmetrical and asymmetric voltage drop of the power grid and identify the power grid fault type and provide the correct control strategy.展开更多
