应用ROC曲线评价TR6、P53及增殖指数对膀胱癌的诊断价值 被引量:1

目的探讨TR6、P53和肿瘤细胞增殖指数(PI)及其联合检测对膀胱癌的诊断价值。方法免疫组织化学法检测224例膀胱癌组织标本(膀胱癌组)和56例正常膀胱组织标本(正常膀胱组)的TR6、P53和Ki-67 PI表达,并应用受试者工作特征曲线(ROC)分析3项... 目的探讨TR6、P53和肿瘤细胞增殖指数(PI)及其联合检测对膀胱癌的诊断价值。方法免疫组织化学法检测224例膀胱癌组织标本(膀胱癌组)和56例正常膀胱组织标本(正常膀胱组)的TR6、P53和Ki-67 PI表达,并应用受试者工作特征曲线(ROC)分析3项指标及联合对膀胱癌诊断的临床价值。结果 TR6(36.2%比10.7%)、P53(41.5%比1.8%)及PI(49.1%比5.4%)在膀胱癌组中的表达均明显高于正常膀胱组(均P<0.01)。TR6、P53及PI单独检测对膀胱癌诊断的ROC曲线下面积(AUC)分别为0.627、0.699、0.719,TR6+P53、P53+PI及TR6+P53+PI的AUC均高于单独检测值,分别为0.725、0.766、0.730。三项指标单独诊断膀胱癌的灵敏度分别为0.362、0.415、0.491,联合TR6+P53、P53+PI及TR6+P53+PI的灵敏度均优于单独检测值,其中最高者为三者联合组,灵敏度为0.638。结论 TR6、P53、肿瘤细胞PI三者联合检测可显著提高膀胱癌诊断的AUC和灵敏度,优于单项检测效果。 展开更多

A Transmitted Reference (TR) Ultra WideBand (UWB) signal with double hybrid Direct Sequence and Time Hopping (DS-TH) spreading is proposed and its symbol-level synchronization scheme is designed and analyzed. The proposed signaling format can significantly reduce the search space while reducing the spectral lines and eliminating inter-frame interference and multi-user inter- ference. Detailed analysis of the proposed scheme is carried out. Synchronization performance of the proposed signaling format in multipath channel is derived and supported by computer simulation. The search step which is closely associated with the delay of data modulated pulses is analyzed. Using the TH code, the proposed signaling format and synchronization scheme especially works well in moderate and low data rate systems. 展开更多

Soil Fertility Comparison between Rotations of Tobacco-Rice (TR) and Rape-Rice (RR) 被引量:1

Tobacco-planting plays an important role in ensuring the high-quality tobacco raw materials supply and the local social and economic development in Chenzhou City. In recent years whether tobacco-planting is better for the maintenance and improvement of soil fertility than other crop-planting has been highly concerned. In this study, 16 soil fertility indicators and soil integrated index (<em>IFI</em>) were compared by 21 pairs of fields in Chenzhou city under the rotations of tobacco-rice (TF) and rice-rice (RR), and results showed that, comparing the mean values of soil fertility indicators, the contents of OM, TN, AN, AK, S and <em>IFI</em> were extremely significantly higher in TR than those in RR (p < 0.01), the contents of Cu, Ca, Mg and Fe were significantly higher in TR than those in RR (p < 0.05), but Mn content was significantly lower in TR than those in RR (p < 0.05). Meanwhile the contents of TP, TK and AP were insignificantly higher in TR than those in RR, and the contents of B, Mo and Zn were insignificantly lower in TR than those in RR. The above significant differences in soil fertility indicators were mainly due to relatively higher fertilizer inputs and less nutrient removal during tobacco-growing season than during rape-growing season, the net increase of N, P<sub>2</sub>O<sub>5</sub> and K<sub>2</sub>O are 8.61, 5.25 and 24.89 kg per 667 m<sup>2</sup> respectively in tobacco-growing season, while the net decrease of N, P<sub>2</sub>O<sub>5 </sub>and K<sub>2</sub>O are 8.88, 4.70 and 4.62 kg per 667 m<sup>2</sup> respectively in rape-growing season. C.V. of soil fertility indicators and <em>IFI</em> were meanly lower in TR (52.25% and 15.95%, respectively) than those in RR (63.07% and 22.12%, respectively). Comparatively, tobacco-planting can improve soil fertility better than rape-planting when rotated with late rice in Chenzhou city. For tobacco-planting, Mg fertilizer should be applied for 23.8% TR fields, while more N, K, Ca, Mg, S and B fertilizers should be applied for 42.86%, 23.81%, 14.2 展开更多

Left ventricular assist device (LVAD) is being used increasingly in recent years for end stage heart failure as a bridge to transplant (BTT) and also as a destination therapy (DT). Patients with end stage heart failure have some degree of elevated pulmonary capillary wedge pressure, causing right ventricular hypertrophy which in due course leads to decreased dilatation of the RV and fall in cardiac output & severe tricuspid regurgitation (TR) presenting with features of RV failure (RVF). Implantation of LVAD improves left heart function at the cost of right ventricular output with an incidence of 25%-30%. RVF may lead to impaired LVAD flow, difficulty in weaning from cardio-pulmonary bypass (CPB), decreased tissue perfusion and multi-organ failure. In this article we comprehended the pathophysiology leading to RVF post LVAD implantation and its preoperative predictors and the various treatment modalities for managing RVF post LVAD implantation. 展开更多
