DEM数据源及分辨率会影响流域特征参数的提取,进而影响水文模拟结果。将ASTER 30 m DEM、SRTM 90 m DEM及基于ASTER 30 m DEM的40 m、50 m、60 m、70 m、80 m、90 m重采样DEM作为HEC-geo HMS模型输入,提取流域特征,采用HEC-HMS模型,以...DEM数据源及分辨率会影响流域特征参数的提取,进而影响水文模拟结果。将ASTER 30 m DEM、SRTM 90 m DEM及基于ASTER 30 m DEM的40 m、50 m、60 m、70 m、80 m、90 m重采样DEM作为HEC-geo HMS模型输入,提取流域特征,采用HEC-HMS模型,以西笤溪流域为研究区域,分析2011年6月和2011年8—9月的两场降雨径流过程中,DEM数据源和分辨率对水文模拟输出的影响。研究结果表明,两次径流模拟结果与实测数据拟合都较好,模型确定性系数都大于0.82,但是单峰的洪水模拟效果总体更好,基于SRTM 90 m的模型确定性系数比基于ASTER 30 m DEM、重采样90 m DEM的模型确定性系数都大。基于重采样DEM的模型确定性系数变化较大,而且与分辨率的变化呈非线性关系。在HEC-HMS的模拟中,基于ASTER 30 m DEM和基于SRTM 90 m DEM的模拟输出结果相对误差相差3%~5%,基于SRTM 90 m DEM和基于重采样90 m DEM的模拟输出结果相对误差相差2%~4%,基于重采样DEM的模拟输出结果相对误差相差最大达到了11%。展开更多
Land water, one of the important components of land cover, is the indispensable and important basic information for climate change studies, ecological environment assessment, macro-control analysis, etc. This article ...Land water, one of the important components of land cover, is the indispensable and important basic information for climate change studies, ecological environment assessment, macro-control analysis, etc. This article describes the overall study on land water in the program of global land cover remote sensing mapping. Through collection and processing of Landsat TM/ETM+, China's HJ-1 satellite image, etc., the program achieves an effective overlay of global multi-spectral image of 30 m resolution for two base years, namely, 2000 and 2010, with the image rectification accuracy meeting the requirements of 1:200000 mapping and the error in registration of images for the two periods being controlled within 1 pixel. The indexes were designed and selected reasonably based on spectral features and geometric shapes of water on the scale of 30 m resolution, the water information was extracted in an elaborate way by combining a simple and easy operation through pixel-based classification method with a comprehensive utilization of various rules and knowledge through the object-oriented classification method, and finally the classification results were further optimized and improved by the human-computer interaction, thus realizing high-resolution remote sensing mapping of global water. The completed global land water data results, including Global Land 30-water 2000 and Global Land 30-water 2010, are the classification results featuring the highest resolution on a global scale, and the overall accuracy of self-assessment is 96%. These data are the important basic data for developing relevant studies, such as analyzing spatial distribution pattern of global land water, revealing regional difference, studying space-time fluctuation law, and diagnosing health of ecological environment.展开更多
Background The effectiveness and safety of initiating biphasic insulin aspart 30 in patients who were poorly controlled on oral glucose-lowering drugs were studied in randomized controlled trials,while results from cl...Background The effectiveness and safety of initiating biphasic insulin aspart 30 in patients who were poorly controlled on oral glucose-lowering drugs were studied in randomized controlled trials,while results from clinical practice remain limited.This subgroup analysis was to provide such findings from a large-scale non-interventional study.Methods A1chieve was a multinational,prospective,open-label,non-interventional,24-week study in patients with type 2 diabetes initiating insulin analogues in 28 countries across Asia,Africa,Europe,and Latin America.After physician had taken the decision to use this insulin,any patient with type 2 diabetes who was not treated with or who had started the study insulin within 4 weeks before inclusion was eligible.Patients were treated with study insulin alone or in combination with oral glucose-lowering drugs.Data on adverse drug reactions,hypoglycemia and glycemic control were collected at baseline,week 12 and 24.This is a report of a Chinese subgroup analysis from the A1chieve study.Results Totally,4 100 patients constituted this subgroup.No serious adverse drug reactions were reported.Rates of total,major,nocturnal hypoglycemic events (events/patient per year) were 1.47,0.10,0.31 at baseline and 1.35,0.00,0.22 at week 24,respectively.Glycemic control was improved as measured by hemoglobin A1c (mean 9.3% to 7.0%,reduction -2.3%),fasting plasma glucose (mean 10.2 to 6.8 mmol/L,reduction-3.5 mmol/L) and postprandial plasma glucose (mean 14.4 to 8.8 mmol/L,reduction-5.6 mmol/L),all P <0.001.Change in mean body weight was +0.3 kg (P <0.001).Conclusion In this subgroup analysis of the A1chieve study,biphasic insulin aspart 30 improved glycemic control with low risk of hypoglycemia.展开更多

The composite results show that, the amplitude of MJO convection over the tropical western Pacific tends to intensify (reduce) in the WARM (COLD) case. The negative correlations between MJO convection in the WARM and in the COLD cases are examined to be significant over most of the Asian-Pacific region. The evolutions of MJO convection and lower circulation, on the one hand, exhibit larger differences between the WARM and COLD cases, but on the other hand, display a unique feature in that a well-developed MJO cyclone (anticyclone) is anchored over the Asian-Western Pacific domain at the peak enhanced (suppressed) MJO convection phase over the western Pacific warm pool, either in the WARM or in the COLD case. This unique feature of MJO shows a Gill-type response of lower circulation to the convection and is inferred to be an inherent appearance of MJO. The context in the paper suggests there may exist interactions between MJO and the interannual variability of the thermal state in the western Pacific warm pool.展开更多
AIM: To determine the prognostic value of circulating indicators of cell death in acute-on-chronic liver failure (ACLF) patients with chronic hepatitis B virus (HBV) infection as the single etiology. METHODS: Full len...AIM: To determine the prognostic value of circulating indicators of cell death in acute-on-chronic liver failure (ACLF) patients with chronic hepatitis B virus (HBV) infection as the single etiology. METHODS: Full length and caspase cleaved cytokeratin 18 (detected as M65 and M30 antigens) represent circulating indicators of necrosis and apoptosis. M65 and M30 were identified by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay in 169 subjects including healthy controls (n = 33), patients with chronic hepatitis B (CHB, n = 55) and patients with ACLF (n = 81). According to the 3-mo survival period, ACLF patients were defined as having spontaneous recovery (n = 33) and non-spontaneous recovery which included deceased patients and those who required liver transplantation (n = 48). RESULTS: Both biomarker levels significantly increased gradually as liver disease progressed (for M65: P < 0.001 for all; for M30: control vs CHB, P = 0.072; others: P < 0.001 for all). In contrast, the M30/M65 ratio was significantly higher in controls compared with CHB patients (P = 0.010) or ACLF patients (P < 0.001). In addition, the area under receiver operating characteristic curve (AUC) analysis demonstrated that both biomarkers had diagnostic value (AUC >= 0.80) in identifying ACLF from CHB patients. Interestingly, it is worth noting that the M30/M65 ratio was significantly different between spontaneous and non-spontaneous recovery in ACLF patients (P = 0.032). The prognostic value of the M30/M65 ratio was compared with the Model for End-Stage Liver Disease (MELD) and Child-Pugh scores at the 3-mo survival period, the AUC of the M30/M65 ratio was 0.66 with a sensitivity of 52.9% and the highest specificity of 92.6% (MELD:AUC = 0.71; sensitivity, 79.4%; specificity, 63.0%; Child-Pugh: AUC = 0.77; sensitivity, 61.8%; specificity, 88.9%). CONCLUSION: M65 and M30 are strongly associated with liver disease severity. The M30/M65 ratio may be a potential prognostic marker for spontaneous recovery in patients with HBV-related ACLF. At night, plants remobilize sucrose to sustain metabolism and growth. Based on homology to other sucrose transporter (SUT) proteins, we hypothesized the maize (Zea mays) SUCROSE TRANSPORTER2 (ZmSUT2) protein functions as a sucrose/H^+ symporter on the vacuolar membrane to export transiently stored sucrose. To understand the biological role of ZmSut2, we examined its spatial and temporal gene expression, determined the protein subcellular localization, and characterized loss-of- function mutations. ZmSut2 mRNA was ubiquitously expressed and exhibited diurnal cycling in transcript abundance. Expressing a translational fusion of ZmSUT2 fused to a red fluorescent protein in maize mesophyll cell protoplasts revealed that the protein localized to the tonoplast. Under field conditions, zmsut2 mutant plants grew slower, possessed smaller tassels and ears, and produced fewer kernels when compared to wild-type siblings, zmsut2 mutants also accumulated two-fold more sucrose, glucose, and fructose as well as starch in source leaves compared to wild type. These findings suggest (i) ZmSUT2 functions to remobilize sucrose out of the vacuole for subsequent use in growing tissues; and (ii) its function provides an important contribution to maize development and agronomic yield.展开更多

文摘近来研究发现,细胞因子白介素-6(interleukin-6,IL-6)不仪是重要的免疫调节因子,而且也是重要的神经调节因子。中枢神经系统中IL-6的作用是复杂的,尤其是对脑损伤时IL-6所发挥的作用及其作用机制尚不十分清楚。为此,我们利用N-甲基-D-天门冬氨酸(N-methyl-D-aspartate,NMDA)处理小脑颗粒神经元引起急性损伤的细胞模型,探讨IL-6对神经元损伤的保护及其作用机制。取出生后8 d幼鼠的小脑,进行小脑颗粒神经元培养。将IL-6(5或10 ng/mL)加入到小脑颗粒神经元的培养液中孵育8 d,然后用NMDA(100μmol/L)刺激小脑颗粒神经元30 min以造成神经元损伤。用噻唑兰(methyl-thiazole tetrazolium,MTT)比色法检测神经元的活性;用末端脱氧核苷酸转移酶介导的原位缺口末端标记(terminal deoxynucleotidyl transferase-mediated dUTP nick end labeling,TUNEL)法检测神经元的凋亡;用激光扫描共聚焦显微镜(confocal laser scanning microscope,CLSM)观察神经元内游离Ca2+浓度的动态变化。用抗gp130单克隆抗体(75 ng/mL)抑制IL-6的活性,然后观察IL-6抗NMDA神经毒性作用的变化;并利用Western blot法检测IL-6对小脑颗粒神经元表达IL-6的细胞内信号转导蛋白——信号转导子和转录激活子3(signal transducer and activator of transcription 3,STAT3)和细胞外信号调节激酶(extracellular signal regulated kinase 1/2,ERK1/2)磷酸化水平的影响。NMDA刺激未经IL-6处理的小脑颗粒神经元,导致神经元活性降低、神经元凋亡增加和神经元内Ca2+超载。NMDA刺激经IL-6慢性预处理的小脑颗粒神经元,其损伤程度与未经IL-6处理的神经元相比明显减轻,包括神经元活性明显增强、神经元凋亡显著减少和神经元内Ca2+超载减轻。抗gp130抗体可阻断IL-6减轻NMDA激发的神经元内Ca2+超载的作用;经IL-6慢性处理的小脑颗粒神经元,其细胞内STAT3和ERK1/2的磷酸化水平显著增加。结果表明,IL-6能保护神�
