为解决某型号固体火箭发动机铝合金壳体的热防护功能以及侧面初始通气面积不足等问题,采用等离子热喷涂技术在铝合金壳体内表面喷涂厚度为0.1 mm NiCrAlY与0.3 mm氧化钇稳定的氧化锆(YSZ)涂层作为隔热材料,充分利用YSZ涂层熔点高、热导...为解决某型号固体火箭发动机铝合金壳体的热防护功能以及侧面初始通气面积不足等问题,采用等离子热喷涂技术在铝合金壳体内表面喷涂厚度为0.1 mm NiCrAlY与0.3 mm氧化钇稳定的氧化锆(YSZ)涂层作为隔热材料,充分利用YSZ涂层熔点高、热导率低的特点,实现大幅度减小绝热层厚度(0.4 mm)及增加装填空间的目的,结合仿真计算结果表明采用涂层技术可实现铝合金壳体隔热在安全使用的温度范围内;同时解决了软质绝热层在高温燃气流动过程中存在烧蚀、冲刷、脱落等缺陷引起的壳体烧穿的故障。各项试验考核表明采取喷涂YSZ涂层措施达到对铝合金壳体的良好热防护作用,满足固体火箭发动机燃烧室壳体在2200℃、1.5 s的隔热要求;可将该措施应用于工作时间较短、燃温较高的其它固体火箭发动机的隔热防护措施当中。展开更多

Herein, a uniform, dense, and low-oxidized W coating was prepared by plasma sprayin...The performance of Li||Sb-Sn liquid metal batteries(LMBs) is hindered by the corrosion of the Sb-Sn cathode on its current collector. Herein, a uniform, dense, and low-oxidized W coating was prepared by plasma spraying, which can effectively resist the corrosion of the cathode and improve the cycle stability of the Li||Sb-Sn LMBs. For the first time, micro-CT nondestructive inspection is applied in the field of LMBs. The corrosion micromorphology and composition evolution of the SS304 matrix and Sb-Sn cathode with or without the plasma-sprayed W coating is obtained without disassembling the battery, which proves that the W coating can effectively protect the SS304 matrix. Our autonomous new LMB device for nondestructive inspection is universal and can be applied to different LMBs systems for advancing knowledge of corrosion mechanism and protection. This work guarantees the ability to directly visualize the inner critical positions in three dimensions and fills the knowledge gap in the field of LMB detection technology.展开更多

The models of coating single-layer sprayed-coatings on monolithic configurations ...The distribution and magnitude of surface substrates were investigated by finite element method and subsurface stresses of the (FEM). The models of coating single-layer sprayed-coatings on monolithic configurations with different thicknesses and elastic modulus ratios of coating to substrate were introduced, and the effects of thickness and elastic modulus ratio on the stresses were addressed. The calculation results show that the coating/substrate interface shear stress obviously decreases with increasing coating thickness, due to the location of the maximum shear stress moving away from the coating/substrate interface. At the same time, the magnitude of von Mises stress also declines in the case of thicker coatings. However, the high elastic modulus ratio results in extremely high maximum shear stress and the severe discontinuity of the von Mises stress curves, which leads to the intensive stress concentration on the coating/substrate interface. So the coating configurations with the larger coating thickness and lower difference of elastic modulus between coating and substrate exhibit excellent resistant performance of rolling contact fatigue (RCF).展开更多
An organic-inorganic hybrid sealing agent was fabricated and used in the plasma sprayed Al_(2)O_(3)-13 wt%TiO_(2)coating,and conventional silicone agent was also used for comparison.Protection performance of the coati...An organic-inorganic hybrid sealing agent was fabricated and used in the plasma sprayed Al_(2)O_(3)-13 wt%TiO_(2)coating,and conventional silicone agent was also used for comparison.Protection performance of the coatings was comprehensively evaluated based on both anti-corrosion and anti-biofouling properties.The results reveal that the sealing treatment is remarkably useful to decrease the porosity of the coating,and the porosity of the coating sealed with the hybrid agent is only 0.035%.Immersion corrosion test and Tafel polarization test reveal that the sealed coating with the hybrid agent exhibits a better corrosion resistance by compared with the coating sealed with silicone agent.The corrosion current density i_(corr) of the hybrid agent sealed coating is only 0.7×10^(-6)A·cm^(-2).Moreover,anti-biofouling tests both in the outdoor analogue hydraulic environment and in the natural marine environment prove that the mentioned novel coating presents a better combination of corrosion resistance and anti-biofouling property by compared with the other coatings,and it could be used as a protection of metal components in the marine environment.展开更多
