Characterization was done by X-ray diffraction(XRD), transmission electron micrographs(TEM), nitrogen adsorption, FTIR spectroscopic analysis, thermogravimetric analysis, and the total amount of acidity of catalyst was estimated by TPD of NH3. The results indicate that lanthanum has been incorporated into SBA-15 molecular sieve. The prepared materials(La-SO42-/SBA-15) keep the highly ordered mesoporous two-dimensional hexagonal structure and do not change the mesoporous channel structure of the support SBA-15. The catalyst showed best catalytic activity in the synthesis of n-butyl acetate. The optimum conditions of the esterification by orthogonal experiments were studied: the molar ratio of n-butanol to acetic acid 1:1.2, the amount of catalyst 7.5%, reaction time 80 min. The yield of n-butyl acetate could reach 93.2% under the optimum conditions. The catalyst was recyclable, cost effective and environmental friendly.展开更多

The TS-1 samples were characterized using X-ray diffraction, N2 adsorption-desorption, Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy, inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectroscopy, scanning electron microscopy, and ultraviolet-visible spectroscopy. The use of the colloidal seed reduced the crystal size, and an appropriate amount of silicalite-1 seed assisted Ti incorporation into the TS-1 framework. This method reduces the cost of TS- 1 synthesis because a significantly smaller amount of tetrapropylammonium hydroxide is used. The catalytic performance of the synthesized small-crystal TS-1 samples in cyclohexanone ammoximation was better than that of bulk TS-1 as a result of improved diffusion and a larger number of active tetrahedral Ti centers.展开更多

Pollutant treatment by natural minerals is based on the natural law and reflects natural self-purification functions in the inorganic world, similar to that of the organic world - a biological treatment. A series of case studies related to natural self-purification, which were mostly completed by our group, are discussed in this paper. In natural cryptomelane there is a larger pseudotetragonal tunnel than that formed by [MnO6] octahedral double chains, with an aperture of 0.462-0.466 nm2, filled with K cations. Cryptomelane might be a real naturally-occurring mineral of the active octahedral molecular sieve (OMS-2). CrⅥ-bearing wastewater can be treated by natural pyrrhotite, which is used as a reductant to reduce CrⅥ and as a precipitant to precipitate CrⅢ simultaneously. Batch experiments were conducted using the CTMAB-Montmorillonite as an adsorbent for aromatic contaminants (phenol, aniline, benzene, toluene and xylenes), which are detected frequently in the leaching water from municipal waste deposits around China. The CTMAB modification has proved very effective to enhance the adsorption capacity of the sorbent. Expansion of vermiculite develops loose interior structures, such as pores or cracks, inside briquettes, and thus brings enough oxygen for combustion and the sulfation reaction. Effective combustion of the original carbon reduces the amount of dust in the fly ash.展开更多

The results show that in the development of the sieve elements, the nuclei undergo typical characteristics of the programmed cell death (PCD): the nuclear envelopes form emboli, the chromatin condenses and aggregates towards the nuclear envelope, which degrades and fully disappears later. Before the nucleus degradation, neither the nuclear envelope undulation, nucleus lobe nor marked dilation (or bleb) of perinuclear space could be observed. In the cytoplasm of the mature sieve element, there are starch-like granules separately sheathed with a layer of membrane and usually with mitochondria around. These gnanules seem to provide substrates to mitochondria in their function. Small vacuoles originate from endoplasmic reticulum (ER), and no bigger vacuole was found.展开更多

文摘Micro-mesoporous composite molecular sieves H-ZSM-5/MCM-41 were prepared by the hydrothermal technique with alkali-treated H-ZSM-5zeolite as the source and characterized by scanning electron microscopy, transmission electron microscopy, energy dispersive spectroscopy,X-ray diffraction,N2 adsorption-desorption measurement and NH3 temperature-programmed desorption. The catalytic performances for the methanol dehydration to dimethyl ether over H-ZSM-5/MCM-41 were evaluated.Among these catalysts,H-ZSM-5/MCM-41 prepared with NaOH dosage (nNa/nSi) varying from 0.4 to 0.47 presented excellent catalytic activity with more than 80%methanol conversion and 100%dimethyl ether selectivity in a wide temperature range of 170—300℃,and H-ZSM-5/MCM-41 prepared with nNa/nSi=0.47 showed constant methanol conversion of about 88.7%,100% dimethyl ether selectivity and excellent lifetime at 220℃.The excellent catalytic performances were due to the highly active and uniform acidic sites and the hierarchical porosity in the micro-mesoporous composite molecular sieves. The catalytic mechanism of H-ZSM-5/MCM-41 for the methanol dehydration to dimethyl ether process was also discussed.
文摘The ultrastructures of the root protophleom sieve element at different developmental stages of Arabidopsis thaliana L. were investigated using the technique of high pressure freezing and freeze substitution fixing specimen. Small vacuoles originate from endoplasmic reticulum (ER), and no bigger vacuole was found.

文摘Silicoaluminophosphate(SAPO) molecular sieves doped with cobalt(Co-SAPO-5) were synthesized hydrothermally with different concentrations of Co.Each sample was characterized by X-ray diffraction,N2 adsorption-desorption,scanning electron microscopy,ultraviolet-visible spectroscopy,temperature-programmed desorption of NH3(NH3-TPD),and infrared spectrascopy of adsorbed pyridine(Py-IR).The results showed that Co was highly dispersed in the Co-SAPO-5 samples. In addition,a part of the Co content had been incorporated into the SAPO-5 framework, while the remainder existed on the surface as extra-framework Co.The surface areas of the Co-SAOP-5 samples were similar to the SAPO-5 sample. However, the pore volumes of the Co-SAOP-5 samples were lower than that of the SAOP-5 sample. As the concentration of Co increased, the pore volume gradually decreased because extra-framework cobalt oxide was present on the catalyst surface.NH3-TPD and Py-IR results revealed that the amount of Br(?)nsted acid and the total amount of acid for the Co-SAPO-5 samples were higher than that for the SAPO-5 sample. These values were also higher for samples with higher Co content. The catalytic activity of the Co-SAPO-5 samples was evaluated for the oxidation of cyclohexane with molecular oxygen. When Co was added to the SAPO-5 catalyst, the catalytic activity of the Co-SAPO-5 catalysts improved. In addition, the conversion of cyclohexane increased as the Co content in the Co-SAPO-5 catalysts increased. However, with a high conversion of cyclohexane(6.30%),the total selectivity of cyclohexanone(K) and cyclohexanol(A) decreased sharply. The K/A ratio ranged from 1.15 to 2.47.The effects of reaction conditions(i.e.,reaction temperature, reaction time, initial oxygen pressure, and the catalyst amount) on the performance of the Co-SAPO-5 catalysts have also been measured.Furthermore, the stability of the Co-SAPO-5 catalyst was explored and found to be good for the selective oxidation of cyclohexane by molecular oxygen.
