由于接近光学衍射极限,微米尺度线条纹在经过高倍显微镜放大成像后边缘通常都很模糊,加上同轴光源产生的光照不均匀现象,成像质量通常很差。为了有效测量微米尺度线条纹间距,本文提出了一种针对光学显微线条纹图像的中心线提取算法。首... 由于接近光学衍射极限,微米尺度线条纹在经过高倍显微镜放大成像后边缘通常都很模糊,加上同轴光源产生的光照不均匀现象,成像质量通常很差。为了有效测量微米尺度线条纹间距,本文提出了一种针对光学显微线条纹图像的中心线提取算法。首先,采用Retinex方法对原图像进行增强,以克服由光照不均匀所造成的无法准确分割的问题。接着,使用Ostu最佳阈值对图像进行二值分割。然后,针对分割后条纹边缘含有大量毛刺和凹陷的现象,使用基于快速步进算法的边缘塌陷法对中心线进行准确提取。最后,对提取中心线进行了最小二乘拟合。实验结果表明:本文提出的方法可以有效实现微米尺度线条纹光学显微图像中心线的准确提取。使用本方法对标准宽度线条纹间距进行实测的最大测量偏差小于2%。 展开更多

目的了解邯郸市无偿献血者HIV感染的情况,便于保障血液安全,降低输血传播HIV的风险。方法献血者抗-HIV初复检采用ELISA方法,有反应性的样本送本市CDC实验室采用WB法进行确证。初筛阳性率统计分析方法采用χ2趋势检验。结果年度间抗-HIV... 目的了解邯郸市无偿献血者HIV感染的情况,便于保障血液安全,降低输血传播HIV的风险。方法献血者抗-HIV初复检采用ELISA方法,有反应性的样本送本市CDC实验室采用WB法进行确证。初筛阳性率统计分析方法采用χ2趋势检验。结果年度间抗-HIV初筛阳性率有降低的趋势(χ2=21.770,P〈0.01)。其中HIV确证感染者24例,年平均感染率为0.36/万,有增加的趋势;感染者大多数为男性(95.8%);18~40岁占多数(79.2%);文化程度初、高中者居多;多数是本地户籍(62.5%);职业以其他(自由职业)和农民居多;感染者主要经性传播,MSM传播多于异性传播;多数为初次献血(75.0%)。WB法确证阳性者均为HIV-1型感染,WB带型全带的占41.7%,gp160、gp120、p41、p24出现率为100%,具有8条以上带型的样本占66.7%;不确定者出现最多的带型为p24(81.7%)。结论检测技术的提高有利于降低假阳性率。HIV感染有增加趋势,具有男性多、年轻化、学历低、职业流动性大的特点。血液安全面临形势严峻,应加强固定献血队伍建设,注重多方面采取措施降低经血传播HIV的风险。 展开更多

The Van Allen radiation belts are an extraordinary science discovery in the Earth magnetosphere and consist of two electron belts.The inner Van Allen belt contains electrons of 10s to 100s keV;the outer belt consists mainly of 0.1-10 MeV electrons.Their dynamics have been analyzed for decades.The newly-launched Van Allen Probes provide unprecedented opportunities to investigate the inner belt more thoroughly.Data from this advanced mission have allowed scientists to demonstrate that the inner belt was formed not only through inward transport of outer belt electrons but Cosmic Ray Albedo Neutron Decay(CRAND)has also played an important role.In addition,the inner belt electrons show energy-dependent variations and present“zebra stripe”structures in the energy spectrum.At the same time,scientists have further confirmed that the electrons in the inner radiation belt get lost through coulomb collision and wave-particle interaction.Despite these advances,important questions remain unanswered and require further investigation.The launch of Macao Science Satellite-1 mission,with its low inclination angle and low altitude orbit,will provide advanced radiation belt data for better understanding of the structure and dynamics of the inner electron radiation belt. 展开更多

Since the light intensity of the diffraction fringe, mainly distributed in the central bright stripes, and that will lead to a relatively low SNR for the signal of the senior stripes. The traditional dark stripes extraction algorithm affected greatly by the noise. So this paper presents an algorithm that could effectively eliminate the gross errorcaused by the noise. Than by curve fitting the local signal of the diffraction pattern with the least square principle, the system could achieve a high measurement precision. 展开更多

This paper focuses on the simulation analysis of stripe formation and dynamic features of intersecting pedestrian flows.The intersecting flows consist of two streams of pedestrians and each pedestrian stream has a desired walking direction.The model adopted in the simulations is the social force model, which can reproduce the self-organization phenomena successfully. Three scenarios of different cross angles are established. The simulations confirm the empirical observations that there is a stripe formation when two streams of pedestrians intersect and the direction of the stripes is perpendicular to the sum of the directional vectors of the two streams. It can be concluded from the numerical simulation results that smaller cross angle results in higher mean speed and lower level of speed fluctuation. Moreover, the detailed pictures of pedestrians' moving behavior at intersections are given as well. 展开更多

Pigmentation patterns are ubiquitous in nature.Visually striking pigmentation patterns are not only aesthetically appealing,but also crucial to pollinator interaction and plant fitness.The formation of complex floral pigmentation patterns mainly relies on the spatiotemporal expression of R2R3-MYB transcription factors and is often associated with certain floral development programs,such as floral organ identity,symmetry,which likely provide key information to initiate the patterning.For a complex pigmentation pattern to form,at least a pair of activator and inhibitor is required,despite their interaction might vary depending on the system being investigated.The regulation of pigmentation pattern involves multiple molecular mechanisms,such as transcriptional regulation,small RNA,transposon-mediated gene silencing,and methylation of gene body.Identifying these regulators can be facilitated by using single-cell and spatial transcriptomics as well as innovative plant transformation technologies.Moreover,plant organ development and pigmentation patterns are often interdependent,but current methods of describing patterns are static.Therefore,more precise and quantitative measurements are needed to elucidate the developmental mechanisms underlying complex pigmentation patterns in flowers. 展开更多

As to the horizontal stripes defect which exist on the surface of the high-grade automotive panels in continuous annealing process, an effective comprehensive control method is proposed on the basis of full consideration of the equipment and technological features of continuous annealing line. With five field tests as basis, the generation mechanism of the defect was analysised in detail and the comprehensive control measures were put forward. According to actual situation, a detailed technical plan was worked out .Then the relevant technologies were applied to a 1850 continuous annealing line. The statistics shows that this program acquired good effects. The incidence of horizontal stripes defect decreased from 100% to 2.78%. Meanwhile, the surface quality of strip also improved effectively, which created a larger economic benefit. 展开更多

The relationship between the shape (including the range and the number of stripes) and some parameters is discussed. Particular interest has focused on the diverse skin patterns surrounding animals’ eyes (Peri-Ocular Eye Patterning-POEP). These patterns have been suggested to aid in high brightness conditions, help camouflage an organism’s eyes or ornament and emphasize bright head colorations. In this work I demonstrate the apparent widespread use of POEP among various marine and terrestrial organisms (both vertebrates and invertebrates) and discuss the trait’s abundance, variations, and possible roles. 展开更多

During February 15–16, 2014, the energetic electron spectrogram for four successive inner radiation belt crossing show clearly the electron zebra structures and their time evolution which last for about 17 h. Unfortunately, the time of flight(TOF) in RBSPICE measurement is turned off below 3 RE, and the ion measurement is contaminated by electrons. Thus in this study we studied the differences between the ion and electron zebra stripe structures and their time evolution using simple theory and test particle simulation, combining the electron measurement from RBSIPICE onboard Van Allen Probes. Theoretical analysis predicts that the ion zebra stripe structures should lie at a higher energy range than the corresponding electron zebra stripe structures due to that the directions of gradient B drift and corotation E×B drift are the same for electrons while opposite for ions. Test particle simulation with the dipole magnetic field and Volland-Stern electric field model have shown that the ion and electron zebra stripe structures could be produced by the convection electric field penetrating into the inner magnetosphere in this event, with their time evolution determined by total drift velocity that are different for ions and electrons. The predicted differences between the ion and electron zebra stripe structures are partially verified through observation. The ion zebra stripe structures could have potential influence to the ring current. 展开更多

目的了解邯郸市无偿献血者HIV感染的情况,保障血液安全,降低输血传播HIV的风险。方法对邯郸市2002-2013年672 866人次献血者样本采用2种不同厂家的ELISA试剂检测抗-HIV,对于1种或2种试剂有反应性的样本判为HIV初筛阳性,送邯郸市CDC实验... 目的了解邯郸市无偿献血者HIV感染的情况,保障血液安全,降低输血传播HIV的风险。方法对邯郸市2002-2013年672 866人次献血者样本采用2种不同厂家的ELISA试剂检测抗-HIV,对于1种或2种试剂有反应性的样本判为HIV初筛阳性,送邯郸市CDC实验室采用WB法进行确证实验。对初筛和确证结果进行统计分析。结果邯郸市无偿献血人群抗-HIV初筛阳性率年度间差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01);HIV确证感染者24例,不确定者21例,年均感染率为0.36/万,年度感染率有增加的趋势;HIV感染者男性明显多于女性;18~40岁占多数(79.2%);文化程度以初中和高中居多;外地户籍与本地户籍比例为9:15;职业中以其他和农民居多。大部分经性传播,MSM感染者占半数以上;感染者多数为初次献血。WB法确证阳性者均为HIV-1型感染,未发现HIV-2型感染。WB带型全带的占41.7%,gp160、gp120、p41、p24出现率为100.0%,其次分别是p66(87.5%)、p51(79.2%),单带p55和p39出现率分别为54.2%、50.0%。HIV不确定者WB带型出现最多的是p24(81.7%),其次分别是gp160(25.6%)、p17(9.5%)、gp41(4.8%)。结论邯郸市献血人群HIV感染率有逐年增加的趋势,感染者具有男性多、年轻化、学历低、职业流动性大的特点,血液安全面临形势严峻,应加强固定献血队伍的建设,注重多方面采取措施降低经血传播HIV的风险。 展开更多

InGaN/GaN multiple quantum-well(MQW) structures with a wavelength range of green were successfully grown on a c-plane GaN template with SiO_2 stripe patterns along the [11-20] and [1-100] directions as a mask. The surface morphologies of both samples were investigated using scanning electron microscopy and demonstrated anisotropic growth characteristics of GaN. The optical characteristics were investigated using Raman spectra and photoluminescence(PL). The InGaN/GaN MQW structure grown on the GaN template with SiO_2 stripes along the [1-100] orientation exhibited less stress and higher PL intensity.Transmission electron microscopy results indicated that portions of MQWs were grown on an inclined semipolar plane, and air voids occurred only when the direction of the mask stripe was along the [1-100] orientation. The enhancement of the optical characteristic was due to the air-void structure and inclined semipolar quantum-well sidewalls. 展开更多
