Effect of ultrasonic power and casting speed on solidification structure of 7050 aluminum alloy ingot in ultrasonic field 被引量:20

With the experiment and finite element simulation, the influences of power ultrasonic on the solidification structure of 7050 aluminum alloy ingot in semi-continuous casting were researched, and the effects of casting speed on solidification structure in ultrasonic field were also analyzed. The experiment and simulation results show that the solidification structure of the ingot is homogeneously distributed, and its grain size is obviously refined at ultrasonic power of 240 W. The average grain sizes, which can be seen from the Leica microscope, are less than 100 μm. When the casting speed is 45-50 mm/min, the best grain refinement is obtained. 展开更多

The influences of throttle bore diameter of embedded nozzle and temperature of internal melt on composition distribution, macrostructure, hardness are analyzed, and the stability of gradient distribution of composition, macrostructure and hardness along the axial direction of the ingot is also studied. The results show that diffe rent composition profiles can be achieved by adjusting the processing parameters; the volume fraction of inner alloy in the ingot can be increased by enlarging the throttle bore diameter and elevating the temperature of inner melt; quasi steady solidification can be realized within 20 s during cast processing, and consistent quality ingot is obtained by controlling the casting speed and liquid height of inner melt. 展开更多

The semi-solid billet of 6061 aluminum alloy was prepared by the near-liquidus semi-continuous casting(LSC) with rosette or near-spheroide grains.The pre-deformation processing was applied before partial remelting to further improve the microstructure and properties of the semi-solid alloy.The effects of different processing parameters,such as holding temperature and holding time,on the semisolid microstructures during partial remelting have been investigated.It was found that the optimal partial remelting parameters should be 630℃ and 10-15 min for 6061 alloy cold rolled with 60% reduction in height of pre-deformation.The coarsening rates were anasysed by Lifshitz-Slyozov-Wagner(LSW) theory.The pre-deformed 6061 alloy exhibits lower coarsening rate constants than that of the as-cast one,and also lower than other alloys processed by different method found in previous literature.It is because the coarsening rate is associated with the initial microstructure and composition of the alloy.The secondary phases in the alloy inhibit the migration of the liquid film grain boundaries.The microstructure obtained by using the combination of near-liquidus semicontinuous casting and pre-deformation treatment is better than that without pre-deformation processing,which demonstrates that the used method is promising for fabricating high quality semi-solid alloys. 展开更多

制浆系统是整个充填系统的核心。为使超高水材料充填开采技术适应于工业化应用,以陶一矿超高水材料充填开采试验为背景,结合该材料特性,对制浆系统进行了较为深入的研究。确定了制浆系统的形式和生产能力;对半连续制浆系统各组成部分进... 制浆系统是整个充填系统的核心。为使超高水材料充填开采技术适应于工业化应用,以陶一矿超高水材料充填开采试验为背景,结合该材料特性,对制浆系统进行了较为深入的研究。确定了制浆系统的形式和生产能力;对半连续制浆系统各组成部分进行了详细设计,并评价了其应用效果。研究表明:超高水材料浆液制备宜选用半连续制浆系统,该系统运行稳定可靠、制浆能力大、浆液配比准确、操作简便(完全由PLC自动控制),能够满足超高水材料充填开采的制浆要求;该系统占用体积较大,运行环节较多,布置在井下时硐室通风条件较差,生产时易产生较大粉尘和噪声,应进行进一步改进;系统更适宜布置在地面上,若布置在井下,应加强硐室的通风管理。 展开更多

通过一款自行设计的两相厌氧发酵装置,以半连续进料的方式对蔬菜垃圾产沼气情况进行研究。结果表明:在酸化相阶段,温度的升高有利于产酸反应的进行,35℃下,总挥发酸(乙酸、丙酸、异丁酸、丁酸)在酸化时间第3天时获得最大产量689... 通过一款自行设计的两相厌氧发酵装置,以半连续进料的方式对蔬菜垃圾产沼气情况进行研究。结果表明:在酸化相阶段,温度的升高有利于产酸反应的进行,35℃下,总挥发酸(乙酸、丙酸、异丁酸、丁酸)在酸化时间第3天时获得最大产量6892mg/L,其中乙酸含量为4589mg/L,达到66.58%,主要为乙酸型发酵,pH值在酸化开始后不断下降至3.42,于第9天逐渐回升并保持在7.0以下。氧化还原电位(ORP)随酸化时间的延长总体趋势逐渐降低。35℃的产酸效果和停留时间均优于25℃时。甲烷相的最佳有机负荷率为3.0~3.5kgVS/(m^3·d),平均SCOD去除能力在92%以上,平均沼气产量为O.59m^3/kgVS,甲烷产量为0.36m^3/kgVS,日容积产气率最高为2.6m^3/(m^3·d)。 展开更多

To well-understand the mechanism and effect of the action of IPM, the geometric theory of the involved semi-continuous dynamic systems is becoming more and more important. In this work, a geometric approach is applied to analyze the stability of the positive order-one periodic solution in semi-continuous dynamic systems. A stability criterion to test the stability of the order-one periodic solution is established. As an application, a stage-structure model involved chemical control is presented to show the efficiency of the proposed method. The sufficient conditions to insure the existence of the periodic solution are provided. In addition, the number and the stability of the periodic solutions are discussed accordingly. The resultant latex and its film were characterized with dynamic light scattering detector and contact angle meter. Influences of amount of DMDAAC on the properties of resultant latex and its film were investigated in detail. Results show that the particle size of the latex has the minimum value knd the zeta potential of the latex is increased when the amount of DMDAAC is increased. In addition, the particle size of the latex is unimodal distribution when the amount of DMDAAC is not more than 2.5%. However, the particle size of the latex is bimodal distribution when the amount of DMDAAC is more than 2.5%. The contact angle is varied slightly with the increase of amount of DMDAAC when it is not more than 2.5%. Nevertheless, the contact angle is decreased with the increase of the amount of DMDAAC when it is more than 2.5%. 展开更多

稠密气体抗溶剂沉淀在微粒制备中得到广泛应用 ,主要用于药物、食品、化妆品和一系列精细化学品中 .介绍了GAS(SAS) ,ASES ,SEDS和PGSS等过程的流程和特征 .上述工艺不仅可以制备单组分微粒 ,还可以制备复合微粒 ,为活性物质的成功缓慢... 稠密气体抗溶剂沉淀在微粒制备中得到广泛应用 ,主要用于药物、食品、化妆品和一系列精细化学品中 .介绍了GAS(SAS) ,ASES ,SEDS和PGSS等过程的流程和特征 .上述工艺不仅可以制备单组分微粒 ,还可以制备复合微粒 ,为活性物质的成功缓慢释放创造了条件 .相对而言 ,稠密气体抗溶剂沉淀的实验室规模制备微粒已较成熟 ,但对有些实验现象尚难给出满意的解释 ,操作条件与产物粒径和形态间的比较准确的关系也尚未建立 ,距放大到工业规模形成生产力尚有相当大的差距 ,主要表现在缺乏定量描述过程的模型 ,即使是关联模型也鲜见报道 ,更不要说预测模型 .因此难以建立在装置尺寸和结构与过程参数以及产品尺寸和形态间的有效联系 .究其原因还是应用基础研究不足 ,对过程实质理解不深之故 .在分析过程特征的基础上 ,讨论了过程放大的途径以及目前存在的问题和今后开发研究中应着重关注的各个层面 . 展开更多

采用逐渐提高有机负荷的半连续进料方式,研究中温(35℃)条件下餐厨垃圾与猪粪混合厌氧消化规律和性能,并利用一级和准二级动力学模型对其试验结果进行动力学分析。研究表明,在0.5和0.75 gVS/(L.d)有机负荷条件下,厌氧消化系统产酸到产... 采用逐渐提高有机负荷的半连续进料方式,研究中温(35℃)条件下餐厨垃圾与猪粪混合厌氧消化规律和性能,并利用一级和准二级动力学模型对其试验结果进行动力学分析。研究表明,在0.5和0.75 gVS/(L.d)有机负荷条件下,厌氧消化系统产酸到产甲烷阶段微生物的消长与生化反应均能达到动态平衡。当有机负荷为0.75 gVS/(L.d)时,厌氧消化性能达到最佳,系统出现最大单位原料产气率和最大平均甲烷含量,分别为0.78 L/gVS和51%。对试验进行动力学分析,发现一级动力学模型标准偏差值r2=0.970 0,大于准二级动力学模型的标准偏差值0.935 5。这说明一级反应动力学模型能较好地反映0.75 gVS/(L.d)负荷下的产气动力学过程。 展开更多

Detail, we shall study regularization methods to approximate solutions of following variational inequalities: and with operator A being monotone hemi-continuous form real Banach reflexive X into its dual space X*, but instead of knowing the exact data (y<sub>0</sub>, A), we only know its approximate data  satisfying certain specified conditions and D is a nonempty convex closed subset of X;the real function f defined on X is assumed to be lower semi-continuous, convex and is not identical to infinity. 以羟基硅油、苯乙烯为主要原料,采用半连续乳液聚合方法制得具有核壳结构的有机硅-聚苯乙烯聚合物乳液,将其进行喷雾干燥制得聚合物粉末,考察了3种不同引发体系对聚合物乳液稳定性和单体转化率的影响,并对其进行了红外光谱、透射电子显... 以羟基硅油、苯乙烯为主要原料,采用半连续乳液聚合方法制得具有核壳结构的有机硅-聚苯乙烯聚合物乳液,将其进行喷雾干燥制得聚合物粉末,考察了3种不同引发体系对聚合物乳液稳定性和单体转化率的影响,并对其进行了红外光谱、透射电子显微镜分析。结果表明,3种引发体系均成功合成了有机硅-聚苯乙烯共聚物,且制得的聚合物乳液有较明显的核壳结构和较好的稳定性;采用过硫酸铵、亚硫酸氢钠和过氧化二苯甲酰组成的复合引发体系(APS+NaHSO3+BPO)制备的聚合物乳液单体转化率最高,可达93.24%。对由APS+NaHSO3+BPO复合引发体系制备的聚合物粉末进行了扫描电镜和热失重表征,结果显示,在-50~180℃内有机硅-聚苯乙烯粉末没有明显的失重峰,在500~580℃区间内,粉末热失重达61.91%,表明该聚合物具有良好的耐高低温性能,可在较宽温度范围内使用并仍旧保持良好的性能。 展开更多

Large-scale Mg-8Gd-4Y-1Zn-Mn(wt.%)alloy ingot with a diameter of 315 mm and a length of 2410 mm was prepared through semi-continuous casting.Chemical composition,microstructure and mechanical properties at different locations of the samples with as-cast,T4 and T6 heat-treated states,respectively,were investigated.No obvious macro segregation has been detected in the high-quality alloy ingot.The main eutectic structures at all different locations are composed ofα-Mg,Mg3RE-type,Mg5RE-type and LPSO phases.At the edge of ingot,the unusual casting twins including 10-12 extension twins and 10-11 compression twins were observed due to the intensive internal stress.In T4 heat-treated alloy,the micro segregation was eliminated.The remained phases wereα-Mg and LPSO phase.Combined with the remarkable age-hardening response,T6 samples exhibits improved mechanical properties at ambient temperature,which derives from the dense prismaticβ'precipitates and profuse basalγ'precipitates. 展开更多
