This paper investigates the rotatability of planar parallel mechanisms by revealing the crank conditions that relate to link parameters.The paper extends the theorem of assemblability and the rotatability criterion and applies these criteria to parallel mechanisms in investigating the crank conditions of a parallel mechanism,leading to classification of three types of crank existing conditions including three-crank’s,six-crank’s and nine-crank’s of 3-RRR planar parallel mechanisms.The results are summarized as constraint conditions in relation with link parameters with a concluding table and case studies. 展开更多

This paper treats the flow instabilities in a mixed flow pump with a vaned diffuser. Test pump has a positive slope of a head-flow performance curve at 65% flow rate of BEP (Best Efficiency Point) because of a rotating stall. Dynamic Particle Image Velocimetry (PIV) and pressure fluctuation measurements are used for investigating the propagation mechanism of a rotating stall. It was found that unstable performance was caused by periodical large scale abrupt backflow generated from the vaned diffuser to the outlet of impeller. Further, the relation between the static pressure at the inlet of diffuser vane and the internal flow condition was clarified. From these experimental results, in order to improve the positive slope of a head-flow performance curve, to suppress the growth of strong vortex toward the inlet of diffuser vane was proved to be a key point. 展开更多

With the gradual deepening of study on the parallel mechanism,the difficulty brought by the existence of coupling to the theoretical analysis and practical application of parallel mechanisms is becoming increasingly apparent.The research on the decoupled parallel mechanism is currently one of the hot fields.Though most of the rotational parallel mechanisms,which has been widely used in spatial orientation fields,are not decoupled.It is comparative difficult for the synthesis of fully decoupled rotational parallel mechanisms,and the number of the existing parallel mechanisms which can realize rotational decoupling is limited.In addition,most of the existing rotational decoupled parallel mechanism are obtained depending on the experience of the researcher,and don't possess the general theoretical significance.Based on the screw theory,this paper presents the rotational conditions of the parallel mechanism through the analysis of the relationship between the degree of freedom of the parallel mechanism and its limbs.The synthesis rule of the limbs for decoupled rotational parallel mechanism is established according to the twist screw system of the limbs,which assures the decoupling of the rotations in each limb.The selection principle of the input pairs for the rotation driven limbs is proposed,then the type synthesis method for rotational decoupled parallel mechanisms is formed.With this type synthesis method,synthesis of the rotational decoupled parallel mechanisms is performed,which can provide a reference for the development of the novel type parallel mechanisms with independent intellectual property rights. 展开更多

The performance of a rotating packed bed (RPter solutioB) with three kinds of packings was investigated using alcohol/wan under continuous distillation conditions at atmospheric pressure. The effects of average high gravity factor (β), reflux ratio (R), and feedstock flux (F) on mass-transfer in distillation were examined separately. Experimental results indicated that the total number of theoretical units (NTU) of RPB increased with β, R, and F.Of the three kinds of packings, the wave thread packing of stainless steel (Packing-Ⅲ)-had the best mass transfer efficiency with the height equivalent of a theoretical plate (HETP) of approximately 7.35 mm- 23.58 ram, whereas the corrugated disk pacing of stainless steel,(Packing Ⅰ) had the worst one with the HETP of about 13.4 mm-48.07 mm.Correlations were cleveloped to describe the mass transfer efficiency for packings Comparing.experimental data with the data calculated by correlation, the average deviate obtained for each packing was 0.72%, 1.98%, and 2.7%, respectively, implying that the accuracy of correlations developed was reasonable. 展开更多

Frequent shifts of output and operating mode require a pump turbine with excellent stability. Current researches show that large partial flow conditions in pump mode experience positive-slope phenomena with a large head drop. The pressure fluctuation at the positive slope is crucial to the pump turbine unit safety. The operating instabilities at large partial flow conditions for a pump turbine are analyzed. The hydraulic performance of a model pump turbine is tested with the pressure fluctuations measured at unstable operating points near a positive slope in the performance curve. The hydraulic performance tests show that there are two separated positive-slope regions for the pump turbine, with the flow discharge for the first positive slope from 0.85 to 0.91 times that at the maximum efficiency point. The amplitudes of the pressure fluctuations at these unstable large partial flow conditions near the first positive slope are much larger than those at stable operating condtions. A dominant frequency is measured at 0.2 times the impeller rotational frequency in the flow passage near the impeller exit, which is believed to be induced by the rotating stall in the flow passage of the wicket gates. The test results also show hysteresis with pressure fluctuations when the pump turbine is operated near the first positive slope. The hysteresis creates different pressure fluctuations for those operation points even though their flow rates and heads are similar respectively. The pressure fluctuation characteristics at large partial flow conditions obtained by the present study will be helpful for the safe operation of pumped storage units. 展开更多

Using the latest daily observational rainfall datasets for the period 1961–2008, the present study investigates the interannual variability of June–September (JJAS) mean rainfall in northern China. The regional characteristics of JJAS mean rainfall are revealed by a rotated empirical orthogonal function (REOF) analysis. The analysis identifies three regions of large interannual variability of JJAS rainfall: North China (NC), Northeast China (NEC), and the Taklimakan Desert in Northwest China (TDNWC). Summer rainfall over NC is shown to have displayed a remarkable dry period from the late 1990s; while over NEC, decadal-scale variation with a significant decreasing trend in the last two decades is found, and over TDNWC, evidence of large interannual variability is revealed. Results also show that the interannual variability of JJAS rainfall in northern China is closely associated with the Northern Hemisphere circumglobal teleconnection (CGT). Correlation coefficients between the CGT index and regional-averaged JJAS mean rainfall over NC and NEC were calculated, revealing values of up to 0.50 and 0.53, respectively, both of which exceeded the 99% confidence level. 展开更多

Experiments on thirteen specimens were carried out. Failure modes, hysteresis curves, skeleton curves and rotational stiffness were studied. We investigate the consistency, approximation, superclose property, discrete Green's function and superconvergence of this element. This paper mainly revolves the time-frequency image of low probability of intercept(LPI) radar signals and carries out research work on image features selection and extraction and recognition. Since Choi-Williams distribution(CWD) uses the exponential kernel of bilinear generalized class of time-frequency distribution, it has an excellent time-frequency aggregation. And it is suitable for detecting LPI radar signals in a low signal-to-noise ratio(SNR) condition. A radial integration method based on the integral rotating factor is proposed to detect LPI radar signals when the signals' time-frequency image is obtained. First, the digital image processing method is used to preprocess the LPI radar signals' time-frequency images after CWD transformation; then, the radial integration method based on the integral rotating factor is used to detect LPI radar signals in the binary images. The analytic results of real data show that the method has a good performance on detecting LPI radar signals in a low SNR condition. Additionally,the method is simple and takes less logic resources and has the potential of real-time detection of LPI radar signals. 展开更多

目的调查天津市三级甲等医院倒班护士的昼夜节律类型、睡眠质量与职业倦怠现状,分析昼夜节律类型、睡眠质量对职业倦怠的影响,为降低倒班护士职业倦怠水平提供理论依据。方法采用一般资料调查表、昼夜节律类型量表中文版(CTI-11)、匹兹... 目的调查天津市三级甲等医院倒班护士的昼夜节律类型、睡眠质量与职业倦怠现状,分析昼夜节律类型、睡眠质量对职业倦怠的影响,为降低倒班护士职业倦怠水平提供理论依据。方法采用一般资料调查表、昼夜节律类型量表中文版(CTI-11)、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)、工作倦怠量表(MBI-GS)对天津市22家三级甲等医院491名倒班护士进行调查。结果CTI-11量表中,491名护士的灵活性/刚性分量表得分为(10.64±4.14)分,困倦/活力分量表得分为(17.67±4.80)分;PSQI量表得分为(7.47±3.66)分;MBI-GS量表总得分为(51.14±15.11)分。多元回归分析结果显示,灵活性/刚性、困倦/活力、睡眠质量是倒班护士情绪耗竭的影响因素(t值为7.415、-5.281、7.153,P<0.01);灵活性/刚性、困倦/活力、睡眠质量是倒班护士人格解体的影响因素(t值为4.828、-4.079、4.959,P<0.01);灵活性/刚性是倒班护士成就感低的影响因素(t值为-3.887,P<0.01)。结论天津市三级甲等医院倒班护士职业倦怠处于较高水平,昼夜节律类型、睡眠质量是影响护士职业倦怠的重要因素,护理管理者可根据不同护士昼夜节律特点合理调整班次安排,使人员配置更加合理,通过指导护士根据自身睡眠特点采取多种技巧改善自身睡眠质量,减少倒班对个体造成的负面影响,降低其职业倦怠水平。 展开更多

The primary focus of this study was to investigate a series of novel motors and pumps,based on a new type of structure called double-stator.The double-stator structure can be used as pump or motor just based on the application requirements.A certain amount of pumps or motors can be formed in one shell,and these sub-pumps or sub-motors can work alone or be combined without influence on each other.So this kind of double-stator pump(motor) is called a multi-pump(multi-motor).Through the analysis of multifarious connection modes of the double-acting double-stator multi-pumps and multi-motors,the mathematical expressions of the output flow rate and the rotational speed are acquired.The results indicate that a quantity of different flow rates can be provided by one fixed-displacement multi-pump under the condition of unalterable driven speed by electromotor.Likewise,when supplied by settled input flow,without complex variable mechanism,the functions of double-speed,multiple-speed,and even differential connection can be obtained by employing the use of a double-stator multi-motor.The novel hydraulic transmission is made of such a double-stator multi-pump and multi-motor,and has broad application prospects. 展开更多
