The thermal effects on the vacuum structure of strongly interacting matter are investigated, and the soliton field equation of the model is solved directly in the whole range of temperature via a numerical method. The phase structure of the system and the features of deconfining phase transition are analysed in detail. In addition, the collective excitations in the vacuum caused by thermal effects are investigated by making use of an order parameter which is given to describe the vacuum condensation at finite temperature. A physical mechanism and an intuitive picture are presented for the formation of QGP from both deconfined hardon matter and the vacuum excitation in relativistic heavy ion collisions.展开更多

It has been found that the average compound multiplicity depends on the mass number of the projectile, Ap, and energy of the projectile. A positive linear dependence of the compound multiplicity on the black, grey, heavy and shower particles has been found. Also the scaling of compound multiplicity distributions produced in these interactions has been studied in order to check the validity of KNO-scaling. A simplified universal function has been used to represent the experimental data. The experimental results have been compared with those obtained by analyzing events generated with the computer code FRITIOF based on Lund Monte Carlo model.展开更多

It is shown to be directly related to the shear viscosity of the formed matter. As an application of this method, the shear viscosity in the samples generated by a multi-phase transport model (AMPT) is estimated. The results are in qualitative agreement with the theoretical calculation from microscopic interactions, i.e., the larger the scattering cross section, the smaller the shear viscosity.展开更多

We would like to probe into this aspect of the problem for production of the main variety of the 'soft' secondaries in two high energy symmetric nuclear collisions with the help of two non-QCD models. Our model-based results are found to be quite consistent with the anticipated behaviours and also with the observations.展开更多
