By simulating physiological flow and pressure pulses as well as the input impedance of the human arterial system Pulsatile function testing allows us to study the hydrodynamic performances and the leaflet action of each valve. This inspection enables us to identify and reject those valves exhibiting leaflet prolapse or lazy leaflet or others believed to contribute to Primary tissue failure.
