文摘描述采自贵州地区的蝇科棘蝇属下的蛰棘蝇种团(Phaonia latipalpis-group)二新种:平坝棘蝇,新种(P.pingbaensis sp.nov.)和亚毛翅棘蝇,新种(P.subpilosipennis sp.nov.)。前者类似北方地区分布的晋北棘蝇(P.jinbeiensis Xue et Wang,1989),而后者类似广西地区分布的毛翅棘蝇(P.pilosipennis Xue,Zhang et Zhu,2006)。新种的模式标本保存于安顺市疾病预防控制中心魏濂艨劳模创新工作室。
