为实现日光温室夜间环境下采摘机器人正常工作以及番茄快速识别,提出一种基于改进YOLO v5的夜间番茄果实的识别方法。采集夜间环境下番茄图像2000幅作为训练样本,通过建立一种基于交并比的CIOU目标位置损失函数,对原损失函数进行改进,... 为实现日光温室夜间环境下采摘机器人正常工作以及番茄快速识别,提出一种基于改进YOLO v5的夜间番茄果实的识别方法。采集夜间环境下番茄图像2000幅作为训练样本,通过建立一种基于交并比的CIOU目标位置损失函数,对原损失函数进行改进,根据计算函数anchor生成自适应锚定框,确定最佳锚定框尺寸,构建改进型YOLO v5网络模型。试验结果表明,改进YOLO v5网络模型对夜间环境下番茄绿色果实识别精度、红色果实识别精度、综合平均识别精度分别为96.2%、97.6%和96.8%,对比CNN卷积网络模型及YOLO v5模型,提高了被遮挡特征物与暗光下特征物的识别精度,改善了模型鲁棒性。将改进YOLO v5网络模型通过编译将训练结果写入安卓系统制作快速检测应用软件,验证了模型对夜间环境下番茄果实识别的可靠性与准确性,可为番茄实时检测系统的相关研究提供参考。 展开更多

The trends of daily maximum and minimum temperature in global warming indicated that the daily minimum temperature (Tmin) has risen more than twice as fast as the daily maximum temperature (Tmax) during the 20th century. Most researchers have focused on how the crops respond to daily mean temperature, whereas few controlled experiments were carried out to in- vestigate how the crops respond to the Train rise. In particular, no experiment research has reported on how crops respond to the higher night temperature, which was the main trend in the climate warming. Taking winter wheat as the test crop, we investi- gated how the winter wheat growth and yields responded to the higher night temperature. In the field experiments, infrared heaters were used to increase higher night temperature (HNT) by about 2.5℃ in contrast to the normal night temperature (CK) in two whole growth durations of winter wheat in 2008-2009 and 2009-2010 in North China. The results indicated that, com- pared to the CK treatment, winter wheat yield did not decline in HNT treatment, which increased temperatures by 2.0-2.5℃ in both Wanner year (WY) and Colder year (CY). Furthermore, winter wheat yield in CY increased significantly in HNT treatment. HNT treatment in CY could significantly promote tillering and increase the effective panicles, which increased grain yield significantly (by more than 30% compared with CK). HNT treatment in CY contributed to an increase in the effective panicles and Kernels significantly, although making a significant reduction in 1000-grain weight, but did not lead to the yield decline. Under the HNT treatment, the whole growth duration of the winter wheat was shortened and the phenological dates were earlier except for the beginning of overwintering; the beginnings of the overwintering phase were postponed substantially and the ends of the overwintering phase were ahead of date compared to CK, which shortened the duration of overwintering considerably. 目的探讨采用三种不同保湿预处理方法清洗夜间腹腔镜器械的效果。方法将我院2017年7月至2018年1月夜间急诊手术术后污染的300件腹腔镜器械随机分为A,B,C三组。A组器械使用自来水冲洗作保湿处理,B组器械喷洒1∶270的多酶清洗稀释液作保... 目的探讨采用三种不同保湿预处理方法清洗夜间腹腔镜器械的效果。方法将我院2017年7月至2018年1月夜间急诊手术术后污染的300件腹腔镜器械随机分为A,B,C三组。A组器械使用自来水冲洗作保湿处理,B组器械喷洒1∶270的多酶清洗稀释液作保湿处理,C组器械喷洒自配肝素保湿液(12 500 U/500 ml)进行保湿预处理。分别采用目测法、杰力测血污蛋白试纸法检测内镜表面、管腔内壁的清洗效果。结果 B组器械目测法检测内镜表面、管腔内壁清洗效果的合格率与C组比较无明显差异(P>0.05),与A组比较存在明显差异(P<0.05)。B组器械杰力测血污蛋白试纸法检测内镜表面、管腔内壁清洗效果的合格率与C组比较无明显差异(P>0.05),与A组比较存在明显差异(P<0.05)。结论多酶清洗稀释液和我院自配肝素保湿液喷洒保湿,均可获得优于自来水的清洗效果。 展开更多

The effects of different levels of CaCl 2 on photosynthesis under low night temperature(8°C) stress in peanuts were studied in order to find out the appropriate concentration of Ca2+through the artificial climate chamber potted culture test.The results indicated that Ca2+,by means of improving the stomatal conductivity of peanut leaves under low night temperature stress,may mitigate the decline of photosynthetic rate in the peanut leaves.The regulation with 15 mmol L-1CaCl 2(Ca15) was the most effective,compared with other treatments.Subsequently,the improvement of Ca2+on peanut photosynthesis under low night temperature stress was validated further through spraying with Ca15,Ca2+chelator(ethylene glycol bis(2-aminoethyl) tetraacetic acid; EGTA) and calmodulin antagonists(trifluonerazine; TFP).And CaM(Ca2+-modulin) played an important role in the nutritional signal transduction for Ca2+mitigating photosynthesis limitations in peanuts under low night temperature stress. 展开更多

AIM:To compare if there is an improvement in visual functions with age-related cataracts between patients receiving a aspherical intraocular lens(IOL) based on corneal wavefront aberration and patients randomly assigned lenses.METHODS:A total of 124 eyes of 124 patients with age-related cataracts were placed in experimental group and a group receiving randomly assigned(RA) lenses.The experimental group was undergone Pentacam corneal spherical aberration measurement before surgery; the targeted range for residual total spherical aberration after surgery was set to 0-0.3 μm. Patients with a corneal spherical aberration 【0.3 μm were implanted with a zero-spherical aberration advanced optics(AO) aspherical IOL and patients with an aberration ≥0.3 μm received a Tecnis Z9003 aspherical lens in experimental group. RA patients were randomly implanted with an AO lens or a Tecnis Z9003 lens. Three months after surgery total spherical aberration, photopic/mesopic contrast sensitivities, photopic/mesopic with glare contrast sensitivities, and logMAR vision were measured.RESULTS:Statistical analysis on logMAR vision showed no significant difference between two groups(P =0.413). The post-surgical total spherical aberration was 0.126 ±0.097 μm and 0.152 ±0.151 μm in the experimental and RA groups, respectively(P =0.12). The mesopic contrast sensitivities at spatial frequencies of 6,12 and 18 c/d in the experimental group were significantly higher than of the RA group(P =0.00; P =0.04;P =0.02). The mesopic with glare contrast sensitivity in the experimental group at a spatial frequency of 18 c/d was also significantly higher vs the RA group(P =0.01).CONCLUSION:Pre-surgical corneal spherical aberration measurement in cataract patients followed bycustomized selection of aspherical IOL implants improved mesopic contrast sensitivities at high spatial frequencies, and thus is a superior strategy compared to the random selection of aspherical intraocular lens implants. 展开更多

Urban population during the daytime and at night and their spatial distribution are important bases for planning urban infrastructure, public services and disaster relief. As current population statistics cannot distinguish urban population during the daytime from that at night, existed research in this field are quite limited. This paper tries to advance studies at this aspect by establishing a relationship model for the three components of 'population, land use and time (daytime or night)' to explore the temporal and spatial characteristics of different types of population, which is aimed to estimate urban population during the daytime and at night and to analyze their spatial characteristics at grid scale. Furthermore, an empirical case study has been carried out at the Haidian District in Beijing, China to test the model. The results are as follows: (1) The spatial structure of urban population during the daytime is significantly different from that at night. The spatial distribution of urban population during the daytime is more extensive and more agglomerated that that at night. (2) Several types of spatial coupling relationship between population during the daytime and that at night have been identified, such as sandwich mode, symmetry mode, convergence mode and single mode, etc. (3) The spatial distribution of daytime and nighttime population also reflects certain factors during the development of China, such as the distribution of old residential areas, the construction of new industrial districts, and the differences between urban and rural areas, which can provide reference points for studies in this field and other regional research. 展开更多

针对光照不均、噪声大、拍摄质量不高的夜晚水下环境,为实现夜晚水下图像中鱼类目标的快速检测,利用计算机视觉技术,提出了一种基于改进Cascade R-CNN算法和具有色彩保护的MSRCP(Multi-scale Retinex with color restoration)图像增强... 针对光照不均、噪声大、拍摄质量不高的夜晚水下环境,为实现夜晚水下图像中鱼类目标的快速检测,利用计算机视觉技术,提出了一种基于改进Cascade R-CNN算法和具有色彩保护的MSRCP(Multi-scale Retinex with color restoration)图像增强算法的夜晚水下鱼类目标检测方法。首先针对夜晚水下环境的视频数据,根据时间间隔,截取出相应的夜晚水下鱼类图像,对截取的原始图像进行MSRCP图像增强。然后采用DetNASNet主干网络进行网络训练和水下鱼类特征信息的提取,将提取出的特征信息输入到Cascade R-CNN模型中,并使用Soft-NMS候选框优化算法对其中的RPN网络进行优化,最后对夜晚水下鱼类目标进行检测。实验结果表明,该方法解决了夜晚水下环境中的图像降质、鱼类目标重叠检测问题,实现了对夜晚水下鱼类目标的快速检测,对夜晚水下鱼类图像目标检测的查准率达到95.81%,比Cascade R-CNN方法提高了11.57个百分点。 展开更多

目的:研究穴位敷贴-天灸夜间治疗对变应性鼻炎临床疗效的相关性。方法:将2017年2月~2018年2月某院耳鼻喉科门诊及针灸科门诊的70例患者随机分为敷贴治疗组(35例)和空白对照组(35例),两组均在夜间(19∶00~21∶00)进行穴位敷贴治疗。治疗... 目的:研究穴位敷贴-天灸夜间治疗对变应性鼻炎临床疗效的相关性。方法:将2017年2月~2018年2月某院耳鼻喉科门诊及针灸科门诊的70例患者随机分为敷贴治疗组(35例)和空白对照组(35例),两组均在夜间(19∶00~21∶00)进行穴位敷贴治疗。治疗组以白芥子组方(生白芥子、白芷、细辛、延胡索),姜蜜汁调配;空白对照组以玉米粉姜蜜汁混合调配,两组取穴相同,为大椎、定喘(双侧)、风门(双侧)、肺俞(双侧)、脾俞(双侧)、命门、肾俞(双侧),每周治疗1次,连续治疗5周。观察两组患者治疗前、治疗后变应性鼻炎主要症状总积分(TNSS)、鼻镜评分、外周血嗜酸性粒细胞(EOS)计数以及生活质量量表(RQLQ)评分,并评价两组患者临床疗效。结果:两组TNSS评分差值(治疗前-治疗后)比较,结果具有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组下降幅度大于对照组,治疗组效果优于对照组;治疗后两组鼻镜评分、外周血嗜酸性粒细胞以及生活质量量表评分比较,治疗组效果优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组总有效率为91.18%,而空白组有效率为3.03%。结论:穴位敷贴-天灸在夜间进行可以有效治疗变应性鼻炎。 展开更多

In this paper, a novel fusion framework is proposed for night-vision applications such as pedestrian recognition,vehicle navigation and surveillance. The underlying concept is to combine low-light visible and infrared imagery into a single output to enhance visual perception. The proposed framework is computationally simple since it is only realized in the spatial domain. The core idea is to obtain an initial fused image by averaging all the source images. The initial fused image is then enhanced by selecting the most salient features guided from the root mean square error(RMSE) and fractal dimension of the visual and infrared images to obtain the final fused image.Extensive experiments on different scene imaginary demonstrate that it is consistently superior to the conventional image fusion methods in terms of visual and quantitative evaluations. 展开更多

Objective Although sleep is one of the most important health-related behavioral factors, the association between night sleep duration and cognitive impairment has not been fully understood. A cross-sectional study was conducted with a random sample of 2,514 participants (≥ 40 years of age; 46.6% women) in China to examine the association between night sleep duration and cognitive impairment. Methods Night sleep duration was categorized as ≤ 5, 6, 7, 8, or ≥ 9 h per night. Cognitive function was measured using the Mini-Mental State Examination. A multivariate regression analysis was used to analyze the association of night sleep duration with cognitive impairment. A total of 122 participants were diagnosed with cognitive impairment. Results A U-shaped association between night sleep duration and cognitive impairment was found. The odds ratios (95% confidence intervals) of cognitive impairment (with 7 h of daily sleep being considered as the reference) for individuals reporting ≤ 5, 6, 8, and ≥ 9 h were 2.14 (1.20-3.83), 1.13 (0.67-1.89), 1.51 (0.82-2.79), and 5.37 (1.62-17.80), respectively (P ≤ 0.01). Conclusion Short or long night sleep duration was an important sleep-related factor independently associated with cognitive impairment and may be a useful marker for increased risk of cognitive impairment. 展开更多
