The traditional modification has poor robustness, while the modification based on laser tracker costs too much. To improve the relative position accuracy of aircraft assembly drilling, and ensure the hole-edge distance requirement, a method was presented to modify the coordinates of drilling holes. Based on online inspecting two positions of pre-assembly holes and their theoretical coordinates, the spatial coordinate transformation matrix of modification could be calculated. Thus the straight drilling holes could be modified. The method improves relative position accuracy of drilling on simple structure effectively. And it reduces the requirement of absolute position accuracy and the cost of position modification. And the process technician also can use this method to decide the position accuracy of different pre-assembly holes based on the accuracy requirement of assembly holes.展开更多

Local tool interference phenomenon which often occurs in five-axis milling should be urgently solved. In this paper, a simplified method to detect the occurrence of local tool interference and modify tool position is proposed. First, the detection matrix is established to detect local tool interference at all the cutter location points on tool path simultaneously in five-axis ball-end milling of complex surfaces. The algorithm of detection matrix based on point arithmetic is simple. Secondly, the new coordinates of the modified interfering-free points are obtained precisely by using the genetic algorithm. The feasibility of the method is validated by simulation in Matlab. This research is benefit to simplify the calculation of local tool interference detection and tool position modification.展开更多

DCA may influence the procedure of diagnosis and intervention of ischemic heart disease (IHD). To cope with different subtypes of DCA, catheters like Amplatz, EBU, Leya, etc. were born at that moment, but these stan- dard catheters are used just in special cases and have so many sequences that a local hospital may not be able to keep all of them available routinely at any time. To overcome this problem, some centers perform angiography and intervention using modified catheters based on their own condition and have obtained some experiences. Catheter modification techniques used in these years are reviewed, and are stated respectively based on dealing with different subtypes of DCA to provide practical guidance for clinical diagnosis and intervention for IHD patients having DCA.展开更多
