The Middle-Lower Yangtze River Metallogenic Belt(MLYMB) is an important mineral resource region in China.High-resolution crustal models can provide crucial constraints to understand the ore-forming processes and geodynamic setting in this region. Using ambient seismic noise from 107 permanent and 82 portable stations in the MLYMB and the adjacent area,we present a new high-resolution 3D S-wave velocity model of this region. We first extract 5–50 s Rayleigh wave phase velocity dispersion data by calculating ambient noise cross-correlation functions(CFs) and then use the surface wave direct inversion method to invert the mixed path travel times for the 3D S-wave velocity structure. Checkerboard tests show that the horizontal resolution of the 3D S-wave velocity model is approximately 0.5°–1.0° and that the vertical resolution decreases with increasing noise and depth. Our high-resolution 3D S-wave velocity model reveals:(1) AV-shaped high-velocity zone(HVZ) is located in the lower crust and the uppermost mantle in the study region. The western branch of the HVZ passes through the Jianghan Basin,the Qinling-Dabie orogenic belt and the Nanxiang Basin. The eastern branch, which almost completely covers the main body of the MLYMB, is located near the Tanlu Fault. The low-velocity anomalies between the western and eastern branches are located in the area of the Qinling-Dabie orogenic belt.(2) High-velocity uplifts(HVUs) are common in the crust of the MLYMB,especially in the areas near the Tanlu Fault, the Changjiang Fault and the Yangxin-Changzhou Fault. The intensities of the HVUs gradually weaken from west to east. The V-shaped HVZ in the lower crust and uppermost mantle and the HVUs in the middle and lower crust likely represent cooled mantle intrusive rocks. During the Yanshanian period, fault systems formed in the MLYMB due to the convergence between the South China Plate and the North China Plate, the multiple-direction drifting of the PaleoPacific Plate and its subduction beneath the Eurasian Plate. 目的呼吸运动可能导致胸部放疗过程中正常器官实际剂量与计划剂量不符,本研究基于普通螺旋CT探讨呼吸运动对中下段食管癌放疗中正常器官实际受照剂量的影响。方法回顾性分析2017-02-03-2017-09-28海军第971医院21例中下段食管癌放疗患... 目的呼吸运动可能导致胸部放疗过程中正常器官实际剂量与计划剂量不符,本研究基于普通螺旋CT探讨呼吸运动对中下段食管癌放疗中正常器官实际受照剂量的影响。方法回顾性分析2017-02-03-2017-09-28海军第971医院21例中下段食管癌放疗患者临床资料,在治疗前行平静吸气后屏息和平静呼气后屏息CT定位,分别将两时相的CT图像传输至计划系统并将两时相图像融合。在不同时相上勾画靶区和危及器官,用其中一个时相制CT图像定治疗计划,然后将计划移植到另一个时相图像,分析2个呼吸时相双肺、心脏、脊髓相关参数的变化。结果双肺受照射剂量吸气末较呼气末均有减小趋势。吸气末双肺平均剂量较呼气末小,分别为(12.33±1.66)和(14.30±1.89)Gy,P<0.05;V5、V10、V15、V20吸气末比呼气末小,其中V5分别为(52.44±6.40)%和(59.89±5.97)%,V20分别为(25.34±3.93)%和(28.36±4.15)%,均P<0.05;V25、V30变化不明显,均P>0.05;两时相V5[(14.76±8.53)%]~V30[(10.43±5.93)%]的变化率基本呈递减趋势。吸气末心脏体积为(0.57±0.02)L,较呼气末(0.60±0.02)L小,P<0.05;吸气末心脏平均剂量为(30.60±2.10)Gy,略高于呼气末的(29.39±1.66)Gy,P<0.05;吸气末与呼气末的V30差别较小,P>0.05。脊髓的体积和最大剂量受呼吸运动影响小,均P>0.05。结论中下段食管癌放疗中使用不同呼吸时相制定治疗计划双肺平均剂量及V5、V10、V15、V20变化明显,心脏平均剂量略有改变,脊髓受量变化不明显。 展开更多

目的探讨新辅助同步放化疗联合全直肠系膜切除(TME)加术后辅助化疗三联疗法治疗中低位局部进展期直肠癌的疗效及安全性.方法选择局部进展期中低位直肠癌Ⅱ、Ⅲ期(T2N+M0,T3-4N0-2M0期)65例,术前放疗总剂量50~54Gy,术前采用Xelox... 目的探讨新辅助同步放化疗联合全直肠系膜切除(TME)加术后辅助化疗三联疗法治疗中低位局部进展期直肠癌的疗效及安全性.方法选择局部进展期中低位直肠癌Ⅱ、Ⅲ期(T2N+M0,T3-4N0-2M0期)65例,术前放疗总剂量50~54Gy,术前采用Xelox方案化疗3个疗程,放化疗结束后6~8周根据TME原则行直肠癌根治术.术后采用Forfox4方案辅助化疗6个疗程.结果65例均完成新辅助同步放化疗、手术治疗及术后辅助化疗.其中48例行Dix-on’s手术,17例行mile’s手术,保肛率73.85%,术后并发症发生率23.08%,其中伤口感染延期愈合6例,吻合口瘘4例,吻合口狭窄5例,手术后病理完全缓解(pCR)11例,占16.92%.结论新辅助放化疗+TME手术治疗+术后辅助化疗三联疗法治疗中低位进展期直肠癌安全有效,可以降低肿瘤分期,减少局部复发及远处转移,中远期疗效好. 展开更多

The Tongling area is one of the 7 ore-cluster areas in the Middle-Lower Yangtze metallogenic belt, East China, and has tectonically undergone a long-term geologic history from the late Paleozoic continental rifting, through the Middle Triassic continent-continent collision to the Jurassic-Cretaceous intracontinental tectono-magmatic activation. The Carboniferous sedimentary-exhalative processes in the area produced widespread massive sulfides with ages of 303-321 Ma, which partly formed massive pyrite-Cu deposits, but mostly provided significant sulfur and metals to the skarn Cu mineralization associated with the Yanshanian felsic intrusions.To understand the Carboniferous submarine hydrothermal system, an area of about 1046 km^2 was chosen to carry out the geological fluid mapping. Associated with massive sulfide formation, footwall sequences 948 m to 1146 m thick, composed of the Lower Silurian-Upper Devonian sandstone, siltstone and thin-layered shale, were widely altered. This hydrothermal alteration is interpreted to reflect largescale hydrothermal fluid flow associated with the late Paleozoic crustal rifting and subsidence. Three hydrothermal alteration types, i.e., deep-level semiconformable siliclfication (S1), fracture-controlled quartz-sericite-pyrite alteration (S2-3), and upper-level sub-discordant quartz-sericite-chlorite alteration (D3), were developed to form distinct zones in the mapped area. About 50-m thick semiconformable silicification zones are located at -1-km depth below massive sulfides and developed between an impermeable shale caprock (S1) and the underlying Ordovician unaltered limestone. Comparisons with modern geothermal systems suggest that the alteration zones record a sub-seafioor aquifer with the most productive hydrothermal fluid flow. Fracture-controlled quartz-sericite-pyrite alteration formed transgressive zones, which downward crosscut the semiconformable alteration zones, and upwards grade into sub-discordant alteration zones that enveloped no economic string 展开更多

The extreme floods in the Middle/Lower Yangtze River Valley(MLYRV)during June−July 2020 caused more than 170 billion Chinese Yuan direct economic losses.Here,we examine the key features related to this extreme event and explore relative contributions of SST anomalies in different tropical oceans.Our results reveal that the extreme floods over the MLYRV were tightly related to a strong anomalous anticyclone persisting over the western North Pacific,which brought tropical warm moisture northward that converged over the MLYRV.In addition,despite the absence of a strong El Niño in 2019/2020 winter,the mean SST anomaly in the tropical Indian Ocean during June−July 2020 reached its highest value over the last 40 years,and 43%(57%)of it is attributed to the multi-decadal warming trend(interannual variability).Based on the NUIST CFS1.0 model that successfully predicted the wet conditions over the MLYRV in summer 2020 initiated from 1 March 2020(albeit the magnitude of the predicted precipitation was only about one-seventh of the observed),sensitivity experiment results suggest that the warm SST condition in the Indian Ocean played a dominant role in generating the extreme floods,compared to the contributions of SST anomalies in the Maritime Continent,central and eastern equatorial Pacific,and North Atlantic.Furthermore,both the multi-decadal warming trend and the interannual variability of the Indian Ocean SSTs had positive impacts on the extreme floods.Our results imply that the strong multi-decadal warming trend in the Indian Ocean needs to be taken into consideration for the prediction/projection of summer extreme floods over the MLYRV in the future. 展开更多

目的探讨电视纵隔镜下经胸入路对食管中下段鳞癌的切除和淋巴结清扫效果。方法回顾性分析2016年6月~2018年6月我院确诊并手术治疗的124例食管中下段鳞癌患者的临床资料,TNM分期Ⅰ~Ⅲ期,均在电视纵隔镜下行肿瘤切除和淋巴结清扫,其中69... 目的探讨电视纵隔镜下经胸入路对食管中下段鳞癌的切除和淋巴结清扫效果。方法回顾性分析2016年6月~2018年6月我院确诊并手术治疗的124例食管中下段鳞癌患者的临床资料,TNM分期Ⅰ~Ⅲ期,均在电视纵隔镜下行肿瘤切除和淋巴结清扫,其中69例采用左胸入路(A组),55例采用右胸入路(B组)。比较两组患者手术相关指标、围术期并发症、随访1年肿瘤复发率和总生存率。结果共4例患者中转开胸手术。两组手术完成率、出血量、引流量和肿瘤切除直径比较均无统计学差异(P>0.05),但A组手术时间更短,淋巴结清扫数目更多(P<0.05)。A组围手术期并发症共5例(7.2%),其中吻合口瘘、肺部感染、肝肾损伤、心律失常或心力衰竭、纵隔损伤各1例;B组围手术期并发症共6例(10.9%),其中吻合口瘘、肺部感染、肝肾损伤、心律失常或心力衰竭各1例,纵隔损伤2例;两组患者围术期并发症率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。所有患者均随访1年,两组随访复发率和总生存率比较均无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论电视纵隔镜下经左胸或右胸入路手术视野好,安全性高,对食管中下段鳞癌均有较好的切除和淋巴结清扫效果,短期随访结局相当。远期疗效需扩大样本进一步研究。 展开更多

The Nanling-Xuancheng ore region of Anhui Province is located in the Middle-Lower Yangtze River metallogenic belt.Insufficient exploration and research have been carried out in this newly defined ore district,although the Chating large porphyry Cu-Au deposit and a few middle-sized skarntype Cu polymetallic deposits have been discovered.In this study,we carried out high-resolution seismic reflection,magnetotelluric,gravity,and magnetic investigations,and constructed the 3 D geological structure of the uppermost crust in a depth range of 0-5 km using a comprehensive inversion of the new data constrained by previous deep-drilling data.We hence proposed some new insights to understand the mineralization processes of this district.A system of alternating ridges and valleys is suggested as the major structure pattern,composed of“two-layer structure”of the basins and“three-layer structure”of anticlines.Moreover,a conjugated fault system and its distribution features are revealed in our models,including the Jiangnan fault,Zhouwang fault,and Kunshan thrust nappe.The Jiangnan and Kunshan faults are suggested to have controlled the diagenesis and metallogenesis.Two deep concealed plutons located in Chating and Magushan are found,forming the Mesozoic diorite-felsic intrusions.These intrusions are believed to be the causes of hydrothermal deposits such as the Chating deposit and the Magushan deposit. 展开更多

The Tongshankou Cu-Mo deposit, located in southeast Hubei province, is a typical skarn–porphyry type ore deposit closely related to the Tongshankou granodiorite porphyry, characterized by a high Sr/Y ratio.Detailed in situ analyses of the trace elements and U–Pb and Lu–Hf isotopes in zircons from the Tongshankou granodiorite porphyry were performed.Scarcely any inherited zircons were observed, and the analyzed zircons yielded highly concordant results with a weighted mean 206Pb/238 U age of 143.5 ± 0.45 Ma(n=20, mean square weighted deviation was 0.75), which was interpreted to represent the crystallization age of the Tongshankou granodiorite porphyry.The chondrite-normalized rare-earth element pattern was characterized by a slope that steeply rises from the light-group rare-earth elements(LREE) to the heavy-group rare-earth elements(HREE) with a positive Ce-anomaly and inconspicuous Eu-anomaly, which was coincident with the pattern of the zircons from the Chuquicamata West porphyry, Chile.The analyzed zircons also had relatively low 176Hf/177 Hf ratios of 0.282526–0.282604.Assuming t=143 Ma, the corresponding calculated initial Hf isotope compositions(εHf(t)) ranged from-5.6 to-2.9.The results of the in situ analysis of trace elements and U–Pb and Lu–Hf isotopes in zircons from the Tongshankou granodiorite porphyry suggest that a deep-seated process involving a thickened-crust/enriched-mantle interaction may play an important role in the generation of high Sr/Y-ratio magma and potentially in the generation of porphyry Cu-Mo systems. 展开更多

为探究长江中下游地区一季稻洪涝灾害的变化规律和风险分布,利用该地区1961~2011年气象观测资料和1980~2011年一季稻发育期资料、面积产量数据,以累积湿润指数为基础构建灾害辨识指标,分析了一季稻洪涝灾害的时空变化。综合考虑致灾因... 为探究长江中下游地区一季稻洪涝灾害的变化规律和风险分布,利用该地区1961~2011年气象观测资料和1980~2011年一季稻发育期资料、面积产量数据,以累积湿润指数为基础构建灾害辨识指标,分析了一季稻洪涝灾害的时空变化。综合考虑致灾因子危险性、孕灾环境脆弱性和承灾体暴露性建立风险评估模型,完成了风险度区划。结果表明:1近51年长江中下游一季稻洪涝灾害年际变化显著,除重度洪涝外均呈增加态势;大部分地区灾害发生频次为30~90次,高发区在湘鄂交界西部地区。2一季稻洪涝灾害发生概率高值区在长江沿岸地区和浙江东南沿海地区,达30%以上;灾损率为3.2%~5.2%,大致呈阶梯分布,从东到西逐渐减小;大部分地区种植比率低于10%,江苏省的种植比率明显高于其他省;风险度分布大致以长江为轴,由长江沿岸向外逐渐递减,最高值出现在湖南石门,达0.24。 展开更多

目的比较梗阻型与非梗阻型中下段直肠癌患者接受一期吻合手术的临床效果,评估一期吻合手术应用于梗阻型中下段直肠癌的临床安全性与可行性。方法回顾性分析2007年1月至2008年12月期间就诊于四川大学华西医院肛肠外科专业组,经病理检查... 目的比较梗阻型与非梗阻型中下段直肠癌患者接受一期吻合手术的临床效果,评估一期吻合手术应用于梗阻型中下段直肠癌的临床安全性与可行性。方法回顾性分析2007年1月至2008年12月期间就诊于四川大学华西医院肛肠外科专业组,经病理检查确诊为中下段直肠癌并行一期吻合手术患者的临床资料。将患者分为肠梗阻组与非肠梗阻组,比较其临床疗效。结果共纳入525例符合研究条件的患者,其中男307例,女218例;年龄25~85岁,平均57.21岁;腺癌487例,黏液腺癌29例,其他类型9例;低分化140例,中分化372例,高分化13例;TNM分期:0期4例,Ⅰ期93例,Ⅱ期189例,Ⅲ期202例,Ⅳ期37例。肠梗阻组与非肠梗阻组在性别构成、肿瘤距肛门距离、TNM分期和肿瘤分化程度方面差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),在年龄、病理类型、手术方式及内科合并症方面差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。2组的手术持续时间及术中出血量差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。肠梗阻组患者的术后首次排气时间明显早于非肠梗阻组,其差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);而2组的术后首次进食、排便及下床活动时间,术后住院时间及并发症发生率比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论与非肠梗阻患者相比,没有证据表明一期吻合手术会对梗阻型中下段直肠癌患者的术后康复和术后并发症造成不良影响。可以认为梗阻型中下段直肠癌患者行一期吻合术在术后近期内具有一定的安全性和可行性,但对于长期临床效果的评估还有待进一步研究。 展开更多

In the East Asian monsoon region, eolian deposits widely distributed in the middle-lower reaches of the Yantgze River are among the best materials available for studies on Quaternary climate change in the subtropical zone of Southern China. Typical eolian deposits in this region include upper Xiashu Loess (XL) and underlying Vermiculated Red Soil (VRS) layers. In this paper, chronological and paleoclimatic studies are conducted on an eolian deposit sequence near Jiujiang (J J) city in northern Jiangxi province. A magnetostratigraphic study, combined with optically stimulated luminescence (OSL) dating, is conducted on the JJ section and provides further evidence that eolian deposits in the middle-lower reaches of the Yangtze River have been formed since the late Early Pleistocene, and that the boundary age between the XL and VRS layers is about 300-400 kaBP. In grain-size records of the JJ section, the median grain-size and content of the 〉30μn size fraction increase sharply after 300-400 kaBP, representing an East Asian winter monsoon intensification event. Further pollen analysis reveals differing pollen assemblages before and after 300-400 kaBP: there is an evident increase in plants adapted to grow in a warm humid environment after 300-400 kaBP, implying an increase in precipitation caused by intensification of the East Asian summer monsoon. Global ice volume and uplift of the Tibet Plateau (TP) are regarded as crucial factors influencing variations of the East Asian monsoon on a long-term scale. The deep-sea JlSO record, which reflects variations in global ice volume, shows no obvious change after 300-400 kaBP. Moreover, the influence of global ice volume changes on the East Asian summer and winter monsoons is inverse; the global ice volume increase (decrease) implies a strengthened (weakened) winter monsoon and weakened (strengthened) summer monsoon. The middle-lower Yangtze area underwent a series of complex tectonic evolution, such as Hercynian extensional rifting, Indosinian foreland basining, and Yanshanian transpression-transtension, resulting in a large distinctive Cu-Fe-Au metallogenic belt. In the tectonic evolution, large-scale migration and convergence of fluids toward foreland basins induced during the collisional orogeny of the Yangtze and North China continental blocks were of vital importance for the formation of the metallogenic belt. Through geological surveys of the middle-lower Yangtze area, three lines of evidence of large-scale fluid migration are proposed: (1) The extensive dolomitic and silicic alteration penetrating Cambrian-Triassic strata generally occurs in a region sandwiched between the metallogenic belt along the Yangtze River and the Dabie orogenic belt, and in the alteration domain alternately strong and weak alteration zones extend in a NW direction and are controlled by the fault system of the Dabie orogenic belt; it might record the locus of the activities of long-distance migrating fluids. (2) The textures and structures of very thick Middle-Lower Triassic anhydrock sequences in restricted basins along the river reveal the important contribution of the convergence of regional hot brine in restricted basins and the chemical deposition or their formation. (3) Early-Middle Triassic syndepositional iron carbonate sequences and Fe-Cu-Pb-Zn massive sulfide deposits alternate with anhydrock sequences or are separated from the latter, but all of them occur in the same stratigraphic horizon and are intimately associated with each other, being the product of syndeposition of high-salinity hot brine. According to the geological surveys, combined with previous data, the authors propose a conceptual model of fluid migration-convergence and mineralization during the Dabie collisional orogeny. 展开更多

硒和碲是重要的战略性关键金属,在现代工业和国防建设中有着广泛的应用。硒和碲通常很难形成独立矿床,目前全球大部分硒和碲来自斑岩型铜金矿床。长江中下游成矿带是我国东部重要的斑岩-矽卡岩型铜金矿床成矿带之一,前人虽然对成矿带内... 硒和碲是重要的战略性关键金属,在现代工业和国防建设中有着广泛的应用。硒和碲通常很难形成独立矿床,目前全球大部分硒和碲来自斑岩型铜金矿床。长江中下游成矿带是我国东部重要的斑岩-矽卡岩型铜金矿床成矿带之一,前人虽然对成矿带内矽卡岩型矿床中伴生关键金属已开展了相关研究,但对成矿带内斑岩矿床中关键金属的赋存状态、分布和富集规律尚关注较少。本次工作以成矿带内沙溪斑岩型铜金矿床为研究对象,系统采集了矿床不同深度、不同类型的岩矿石样品,通过扫描电子显微镜、全岩化学分析、TIMA及矿物原位LA-ICP-MS微量成分测试等分析技术方法对矿床中硒和碲等关键金属开展了系统的研究。结果表明,沙溪矿床中硒和碲元素发生显著富集,与主成矿元素铜具有明显的正相关关系。估算矿床中伴生硒资源量约为1196t、碲资源量约为96.6t,其中硒达到大型规模,具有潜在利用价值。与成矿带内其他典型矽卡岩矿床(包括斑岩-矽卡岩矿床)相比,沙溪斑岩型矿床中硒和碲的含量明显偏低,这可能是深部成矿岩浆演化过程的差异导致的。矿床中有91.64%的硒、87.48%的碲是以独立矿物形式存在。沙溪矿床硒、碲与主成矿元素铜和金的富集规律一致,流体混合过程中氧逸度的变化可能是硒和碲的主要的沉淀机制。 展开更多

The salt beds of the Middle-Lower Cambrian are widespread in the middle-west parts of the Central Uplift and adjacent areas, the Tarim Basin. This paper presents the results of seismic interpretation and drilling data analysis, which discovered that the salt beds were formed in an old geologic age, deeply buried, with relatively small scaled flowing and gathering and uneven distribution. As the regional detachment layers, the salt sequences considerably control the structural deformation of the up-salt Paleozoic, forming a series of hydrocarbon traps. In due course, the salt beds of the Middle-Lower Cambrian provide excellent cap rocks and trap conditions; thus the value of exploring hydrocabon reservoir in the target strata of the sub-salt Sinian- Cambrian is greatly increased. Research has shown that the salt-related structures of the Middle-Lower Cambrian in the area mainly exist in the form of salt pillow, salt roller, up-salt anticline, salt diapir, assemblage of the salt arch and up-salt fault-block, assemblage of basement fault and salt anticline, assemblage of the basement fault-block and salt dome, assemblage of salt detachment and fault-related fold, and assemblage of basement fault-block, salt arch and up-salt imbricated thrusts. The evolution and deformation mechanisms of the salt-related structures are controlled largely by basement faulting, compressional shortening, plastic flowing and gathering, superstratum gravitation, and up-salt faulting and detaching. They are distributed in rows or belts along basement faults or fault block belts. 展开更多

The Datuanshan deposit is one of the largest and most representative stratabound copper deposits in the Tongling area,the largest ore district in the Middle-Lower Yangtze River metallogenic belt.The location of the orebodies is controlled by the interlayer-slipping faults between the Triassic and Permian strata,and all the orebodies are distributed in stratiform shape around the Mesozoic quartz monzodiorite dikes.Based on field evidence and petrographic observations,four mineralization stages in the Datuanshan deposit have been identified:the skarn,early quartz-sulfide,late quartzsulfide and carbonate stages.Chalcopytite is the main copper mineral and mainly formed at the late quartz-sulfide stage.Fluid inclusions at different stages were studied for petrography,microthermometry,laser Raman spectrometry and stable isotopes.Four types of fluid inclusions,including three-phase fluid inclusions(type 1),liquid-rich fluid inclusions(type 2),vapour-rich fluid inclusions(type 3) and pure vapour fluid inclusions(type 4),were observed.The minerals from the skarn,early and late quartz-sulfide stages contain all fluid inclusion types,but only type 2 fluid inclusions were observed at the carbonate stage.Petrographic observations suggest that most of the inclusions studied in this paper are likely primary.The coexistence of different types of fluid inclusions with contrasting homogenization characteristics(to the liquid and vapour phase,respectively) and similar homogenization temperatures(the modes are 440-480℃,380-400℃ and 280-320℃ for the skarn,early and late quartz-sulfide stages,respectively) in the first three stages,strongly suggests that three episodes of fluid boiling occurred during these stages,which is supported by the hydrogen isotope data.Laser Raman spectra identified CH_4 at the skarn and early quartz-sulfide stages.Combined with other geological features,the early ore-forming fluids were inferred to be under a relatively reduced environment.The CO_2 component has been identifie 展开更多

In order to examine the impacts of water-sediment regulation on regional carbon cycling,we collected water,particulate and sediment samples from the middle-lower Yellow River in late June and early July,2015 and analyzed their specific amino acids(AA),DOC,POC,and bacteria abundance.Summarized by 14 specific AA,the total hydrolysable AA(THAA),particulate AA(PAA),and sediment AA(SAA)varied in ranges of 2.29-9.05μmol L^-1,5.22-22.96μmol L^-1,and 81.7-137.19μg g^-1 dry weight.After the regulation,dissolved free AA(DFAA)decreased by 29%while DCAA increased by 72%.These variations suggested that DFAA were further degraded,while DCAA molecules were further activated.Meanwhile,PAA increased almost 4 times as many as those before regulation,and SAA increased as well.After regulation,the amounts of bioactive amino acids(Asp,Glu and Gly)increased in THAA but decreased in PAA,with little changes in SAA.The ratios of Asp/Gly in different phases increased after regulation,indicating the AA contributions were promoted by calcareous organisms rather than by siliceous organisms.Multiple correlation analysis showed that PAA was primary representatives of AA and organic carbon,followed by DCAA and POC.Moreover,bacterial reproduction played a key role in shaping the AA compositions and properties,followed by the redox condition and acid-base balance.The results of this study provided a clear evidence for the effects of water-sediment regulation on regional biogeochemistry of organic carbon in the middle-lower Yellow River. 展开更多

Based on the ERA-40 and NCEP/NCAR reanalysis data,the NOAA Climate Prediction Center's merged analysis of precipitation(CMAP),and the fifth-generation PSU/NCAR Mesoscale Model version 3(MM5v3),we defined a monsoon intensity index over the East Asian tropical region and analyzed the impacts of summer(June-July) South China Sea(SCS) monsoon anomaly on monsoon precipitation over the middle-lower reaches of the Yangtze River(MLRYR) using both observational data analysis and numerical simulation methods.The results from the data analysis show that the interannual variations of the tropical monsoon over the SCS are negatively correlated with the southwesterly winds and precipitation over the MLRYR during June-July.Corresponding to stronger(weaker) tropical monsoon and precipitation,the southwesterly winds are weaker(stronger) over the MLRYR,with less(more) local precipitation.The simulation results further exhibit that when changing the SCS monsoon intensity,there are significant variations of monsoon and precipitation over the MLRYR.The simulated anomalies generally consist with the observations,which verifies the impact of the tropical monsoon on the monsoon precipitation over the MLRYR.This impact might be supported by certain physical processes.Moreover,when the tropical summer monsoon is stronger,the tropical anomalous westerly winds and positive precipitation anomalies usually maintain in the tropics and do not move northward into the MLRYR,hence the transport of water vapor toward southern China is weakened and the southwest flow and precipitation over southern China are also attenuated.On the other hand,the strengthened tropical monsoon may result in the weakening and southward shift of the western Pacific subtropical high through self-adjustment of the atmospheric circulation,leading to the weakening of the monsoon flows and precipitation over the MLRYR. 展开更多
