Thestructure, micrograph and chemical component of this sediment were studied withX-ray diffractometry, infra-red spectrometer, scanning electron microscope(SEM) and ana-lytical transmission electron microscope(AEM). It is determined to be a weakly-crystallinicamakinite.Discovering this tubular amakinite has a new significance in investigatinghypergene ferrogeochemistry, biomineralogy as well as safty and reliablity of rock-soil pro-ject.展开更多

Highly asymmetric electrolyte hollow fibers composed of a thin dense skin layer and a thick porous substrate are first prepared by a modified phase inversion/sintering technique. The porous substrate is then formed into the anode by deposition of a Ni catalyst via an electroless plating method inside the pores while the thin dense skin layer serves directly as the electrolyte film of the fuel cells. A porous cathode layer is produced on the outer surface of the Ni-deposited hollow fibers by slurry coating and subsequent sintering to form a complete micro tubular fuel cell. The process has been employed to fabricate yttrium stabilized zirconia (YSZ) supported Ni-YSZ-YSZ-La0.6Sr0.4Co0.2Fe0.8O3-(LSCF) microtubular fuel cells. The maximum output of the resulting cells is 159.6 mW cm-2 at 800 °C when using H2 as the fuel feed and air as the oxidant.展开更多

It showed that the cortical cytoskeleton was composed of non-ciliature structure, ciliature structure including adoral zone of membranelles (AZM), undulating membranes (UM), frontal-ventral-transverse cirri (FVTC), caudal cirri (CC), dorsal kineties, as well as base-associated microtubules. The silverline system is composed of longitudinal and transverse microtubules, concave structure appeared on the cell dorsal side, the base of DK containing rosette-like skeleton structure. All these suggested that the non-ciliature structure, ciliature structure of Euplotes be quite different from that of other species of ciliate, the silverline-system be true pare of cortical microtubute cytoskeleton in Euplotes, rosette structure be part of the basecytoskeleton.展开更多

The inner of the tube with cross-walls and chamber shows that these fossils are basal or stem- group cnidarians, similar to extinct tabulates. The multi-branching microtubular fossils are real meta- zoan found from Weng’an biota, which is very im- portant for studying the origin and evolvement of metazoan.展开更多
