A new prenylated flavonol, maackiaflavonol, was isolated from the ethanol extract of the roots of Maackia tenuifolia. Its structure was elucidated as 7-hydrox-8-prenylflavonol by means of spectroscopic analysis (UV, IR, MS, NMR and 1H-1H COSY) and confirmed by total synthesis.展开更多

The RP-HPLC methods were used as follows: Hypersil ODS C18 column; The mobil phase is MeOH-1% acetic acid solution(gradient), genistein and formononetin were determined by UV detector at 261nm and 249nm respectively. The results showed that average recovery and precision (RSD) for genistein and formononetinwere 100.4%,\ 101.8%and2.65%, 2.16% respectively. The method is appropriate for determinaton of genistein and formononetin in M. amurensis.展开更多
