随着计算机技术的快速发展,云计算技术成为了解决用户存储、算力需求的最佳方法之一。其中,基于NUMA架构的动态虚拟机调度成为了学术界和工业界关注的热点方向。但是,目前的研究中,基于启发式的算法难以对虚拟机进行实时调度,并且大多... 随着计算机技术的快速发展,云计算技术成为了解决用户存储、算力需求的最佳方法之一。其中,基于NUMA架构的动态虚拟机调度成为了学术界和工业界关注的热点方向。但是,目前的研究中,基于启发式的算法难以对虚拟机进行实时调度,并且大多数文献没有考虑NUMA架构下虚拟机调度产生的能耗等问题。对此,提出了一种基于深度强化学习的大型移动云中心虚拟机服务迁移框架,构建了NUMA架构下的能耗模型;提出了自适应奖励的分层自适应柔性演员评论家算法(Hie-rarchical Adaptive Sampling Soft Actor Critic,HASAC);在云计算场景下,将所提算法与3种经典的深度强化学习方法进行实验对比。实验结果表明,所提改进算法在不同场景下可以处理更多的用户请求,且消耗的能源较少。此外,对算法中各种策略进行消融实验,证明了所提策略的有效性。 展开更多

利用氨水-氯化铵体系在pH 9~10时具有缓冲能力的特点,以其作为沉淀剂成功合成了镁铝水滑石(Mg3Al-Cl-LDHs),采用XRD、FT-IR、TG-DTA等手段对材料结构进行表征,并测试了合成Mg3Al-Cl-LDHs样品对溶液中Cr(Ⅵ)的吸附性能。研究结果表明,... 利用氨水-氯化铵体系在pH 9~10时具有缓冲能力的特点,以其作为沉淀剂成功合成了镁铝水滑石(Mg3Al-Cl-LDHs),采用XRD、FT-IR、TG-DTA等手段对材料结构进行表征,并测试了合成Mg3Al-Cl-LDHs样品对溶液中Cr(Ⅵ)的吸附性能。研究结果表明,缓冲溶液法制备的Mg3Al-Cl-LDHs材料晶相单一,晶面生长的有序程度较高,结晶度较好。晶胞参数a=0.3106 nm,c=2.367 nm,粒子尺寸约为36.44 nm。其热分解过程包括水滑石层间结构水脱除和层板羟基脱水、氯离子分解两个步骤。Mg3Al-Cl-LDHs对Cr(Ⅵ)的吸附主要发生在0~1 h内,随着时间的增长吸附量先增加后趋于平缓;温度对Cr(Ⅵ)吸附量影响不大,在常温下即可进行;随着pH值的减小,饱和吸附量先增大后减小,在pH 6时吸附效果较好;2价与3价竞争阴离子比1价阴离子对吸附性能的影响更大。在最佳吸附条件下,Mg3Al-Cl-LDHs对Cr(Ⅵ)的饱和吸附量可达58.73 mg/g,有望应用于实际Cr(Ⅵ)废水处理。 展开更多

为了改善尖山磷矿边坡削坡卸载爆破时因边坡自然裂隙、地质分层等非常复杂而无法取得理想效果的问题,根据磷矿边坡分层特点,结合预裂爆破和光面爆破2种技术的优点,将岩层间自然裂隙作为预裂缝实施边坡控制爆破,提出了临近边坡缓冲减振... 为了改善尖山磷矿边坡削坡卸载爆破时因边坡自然裂隙、地质分层等非常复杂而无法取得理想效果的问题,根据磷矿边坡分层特点,结合预裂爆破和光面爆破2种技术的优点,将岩层间自然裂隙作为预裂缝实施边坡控制爆破,提出了临近边坡缓冲减振爆破技术。在临近开采平台临近永久边坡处布置2排缓冲孔和1排主爆孔,以自然裂隙为预裂缝,缓冲孔按照1/3的比例分段装药,中间填充1.5 m惰性充填料;主爆孔采用连续装药,逐孔起爆技术。该技术实施半年多,削坡后的边坡坡面光滑平整,有效保证了边坡安全,比常规预裂爆破节约了穿孔爆破费用和后期破碎费用近200万元,在加快边坡削坡卸载速度的同时,减小了对边坡的扰动和延缓了边坡的变化速率,有力保障了东采区边坡下方矿岩铲运持续进行,可为类似工程施工提供参考。 展开更多

We perform an experiment to investigate the directional motion of a droplet in an open conical tube. Our theoretical analysis and experimental observations both demonstrate that surface tension can drive the droplet to move in the conical tube. The critical condition of the liquid moving in the conical tube is presented. We also analyse a droplet on a conical hydrophilic fibre, which can move from the thinner to the thicker end. 展开更多

The results show that the ion/electron mass ratio (mi/me) almost has no impact on the reconnection rate, however it can significantly affect electron behaviour in the diffusion region. For the case with larger mass ratio, the width of electron current sheet becomes smaller and the outflow region along the separatrix is smaller, hence the peak of the electron outflow speed is essentially larger. Density cavities and the parallel electric field E// along the separatrix can be found in the case with larger mass ratio, which may have significant influences on the acceleration and heating of the electrons near the X point. 展开更多

Experimental results have shown that the graded dispersion with ZnO nanowhiskers contributes to broadband microwave absorption. We report a femtosecond optical parametric oscillator based on MgO-doped PPLN synchronously pumped by a mode-locked Ti:sapphire laser. The wavelengths of the signal and idler are continuously tuned from 1100 to 1300hm and from 2080 to 2930nm, respectively, by changing the pump wavelength and the OPO cavity length. The maximum signal output power of 130mW at the wavelength of 1225nm is obtained, pumped by 900roW of 800hm laser radiation. This corresponds to a total conversion efficiency of 22.1%. The signal pulse duration is measured to be 167fs by intensity autocorrelation with chirped mirrors for intracavity dispersion compensation. 展开更多

This study explored the performances of CZTS-based thin-film solar cell with three novel buffer layer materials ZnS, CdS, and CdZnS, as well as with variation in thickness of buffer and absorber-layer, doping concentrations of absorber-layer material and operating temperature. Our aims focused to identify the most optimal thin-film solar cell structure that offers high efficiency and lower toxicity which are desirable for sustainable and eco-friendly energy sources globally. SCAPS-1D, widely used software for modeling and simulating solar cells, has been used and solar cell fundamental performance parameters such as open-circuited voltage (), short-circuited current density (), fill-factor() and efficiency() have been optimized in this study. Based on our simulation results, it was found that CZTS solar cell with Cd<sub>0.4</sub>Zn<sub>0.6</sub>S as buffer-layer offers the most optimal combination of high efficiency and lower toxicity in comparison to other structure investigated in our study. Although the efficiency of Cd<sub>0.4</sub>Zn<sub>0.6</sub>S, ZnS and CdS are comparable, Cd<sub>0.4</sub>Zn<sub>0.6</sub>S is preferable to use as buffer-layer for its non-toxic property. In addition, evaluation of performance as a function of buffer-layer thickness for Cd<sub>0.4</sub>Zn<sub>0.6</sub>S, ZnS and CdS showed that optimum buffer-layer thickness for Cd<sub>0.4</sub>Zn<sub>0.6</sub>S was in the range from 50 to 150nm while ZnS offered only 50 – 75 nm. Furthermore, the temperature dependence performance parameters evaluation revealed that it is better to operate solar cell at temperature 290K for stable operation with optimum performances. This study would provide valuable insights into design and optimization of nanotechnology-based solar energy technology for minimizing global energy crisis and developing eco-friendly energy sources sustainable and simultaneously. 展开更多

The ground-state energy and effective mass of an acoustic polaron in one dimension are calculated by using an electron-longitudinal-acoustic-phonon interaction Hamiltonian derived here. The self-trapping of the acoustic polaron is discussed. It is found that the critical coupling constant shifts toward weaker electron-phonon interaction with the increasing cutoff wave vector and the products of the critical coupling constant by the cutoff wave vector tend to a certain value. The self-trapping of acoustic polarons in one dimension is easier to be realized than that in three- and two-dimensional systems. The self-trapping transition of acoustic polarons is expected to be observed in the one dimensional systems of alkali halides and wide-band-gap semiconductors. 展开更多

Details of the devices and the detection system are described. In the system, the laser is driven by low frequency pulses with long duration to form a wavelength scan around 4741 cm^-1; the absorption information is obtained from the detected signal of the photodiode. By using a gas cell with 15cm path length, a detection limit is estimated to be smaller than 0.2 Torr. 展开更多

We investigate the influence of vacuum organic contaminations on laser-induced damage threshold (LIDT) of optical coatings. Anti-reflective (AIR) coatings at 1064 nm made by Ta2 O5/SiO2 are deposited by the ion beam sputtering method. The LIDTs of AR coatings are measured in vacuum and in atmosphere, respectively. It is exhibited that contaminations in vacuum are easily to be absorbed onto optical surface because of lower pressure, and they become origins of damage, resulting in the decrease of LIDT from 24.5J/cm^2 in air to 15.TJ/cm^2 in vacuum. The LIDT of coatings in vacuum has is slightly changed compared with the value in atmosphere after the organic contaminations are wiped off. These results indicate that organic contaminations are the main reason of the LIDT decrease in vacuum. Additionally, damage morphologies have distinct changes from vacuum to atmosphere because of the differences between the residual stress and thermal decomposability of filmy materials. 展开更多
