The results showed th...In order to maintain higher emergence rate with direct seeding in Shandong rocky mountain, effects of different covering ways on emergence rate of Sophora japonica L. direct seeding were studied. The results showed that both mulching film and grass cover could effectively increase the moisture content of the soil at the depth of 0-30 cm, contributing to soil moisture conservation and the inhibition of soil evaporation, which created favorable moisture environment for the growth of S. japonica seeds. Both the emergence rate and the seedling height under mulching film had greater improvement and partly enhanced by 26.65% and 6.85 cm respectively, and mulching film also helped S. japonica seeds emerge and ensured the seedling growth. The emergence rate and the seedling height under grass cover had been also raised in some degree, but they were much worse than those under mulching film. The emergence rate and the seedling height under block cover were not significantly increased. So when sowing S. japonica seeds in the spring, mulching film is the best covering way.展开更多

A series of random and block poly( L-lactide-co-e-caprolactone ) ( PCLA ) copolymers whh different composition are prepared using stannous octaoate as catalyst.The effects of the amount of initiator on the intrins...A series of random and block poly( L-lactide-co-e-caprolactone ) ( PCLA ) copolymers whh different composition are prepared using stannous octaoate as catalyst.The effects of the amount of initiator on the intrinsic viscosity have been investigated. The structure of the PCLA copolymers is characterized by means of nuclear magnetic resonance( NMR ), Fourier transform infrared spectrum ( FTIR ), differential scanning calorimetry ( DSC ) and X- ray diffraction ( XRD ) methods. It is shown that the synthesis condition and the composition of copolymers obrious influence on the structure of PCLA copolymers. Hydrolytic degradation of the copolymers in a PBS solution of pH 7.4 at 37.0℃ shows that the copolymers of different composhions degrade at different rates.展开更多

[Method] With the gum block and dissecting mic...[Objective] The aim of this study was to manually isolate the microstructures such as ovule and embryo of Capsella bursa-pastoris (L.) Medic. by the non-enzymatic method. [Method] With the gum block and dissecting microscope, its floral characteristics, ovule and embryo were manually isolated and observed by the non-enzymatic method. [Result] C. bursa-pastoris had four calyces, four petals, tetradynamous stamen and silicle, while its embryogenesis contained globular embryo, heart-shaped embryo and torpedo-shaped embryo. [Conclusion] The microstructures such as ovule and embryo of plants become easier to be isolated manually with the viscosity of gum block, which has small damage on embryo or disadvantages of keeping original shapes, and also can used in multi fields studies. This test can also be accomplished in labs with poor experiment facilities.展开更多
