目的:探讨无缝隙护理联合个体化信息支持对母婴分离产妇负性情绪及母乳喂养的影响。方法:选取2021年1月—2022年12月于海军军医大学第一附属医院妇产科分娩且产后母婴分离的产妇84例作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,... 目的:探讨无缝隙护理联合个体化信息支持对母婴分离产妇负性情绪及母乳喂养的影响。方法:选取2021年1月—2022年12月于海军军医大学第一附属医院妇产科分娩且产后母婴分离的产妇84例作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各42例。对照组给予常规围产期护理干预,观察组在对照组基础上实施无缝隙护理联合个体化信息支持。比较两组产妇负性情绪以及新生儿产后7、42 d的纯母乳喂养情况。结果:干预前,两组产妇母婴分离焦虑量表(MSAS)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,观察组产妇MSAS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.001)。观察组新生儿产后7、42 d的纯母乳喂养率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:母婴分离产妇实施无缝隙护理联合个体化信息支持的效果确切,能够有效缓解产妇的母婴分离焦虑,有助于促进母乳喂养的实施。 展开更多

目的探讨个体化信息支持对抑郁障碍患者自杀态度的影响。方法将2016年1月—12月100例住院治疗的抑郁障碍患者分为研究组和对照组。对照组给予常规的精神科护理干预和随访;研究组在此基础上给予个体化信息支持干预。分别于干预前、干预... 目的探讨个体化信息支持对抑郁障碍患者自杀态度的影响。方法将2016年1月—12月100例住院治疗的抑郁障碍患者分为研究组和对照组。对照组给予常规的精神科护理干预和随访;研究组在此基础上给予个体化信息支持干预。分别于干预前、干预后、出院后6个月和出院后12个月共4次运用汉密尔顿抑郁量表(Hamilton depression rating scale for depression,HAMD)、自杀态度问卷(questionnaire of suicide attitude,QSA)对两组患者进行测评。结果经过8周的情感体验和个体化信息支持后,研究组HAMD总分明显低于对照组,研究组对自杀行为性质认识、对自杀者态度、对自杀者家属的态度和对安乐死的态度4个维度均分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01);组内自身对照两组患者HAMD总分明显下降,对自杀行为性质认识、对自杀者态度、对自杀者家属的态度和对安乐死的态度4个维度均分明显提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论个体化信息支持能够明显改善抑郁障碍患者的抑郁情绪和自杀态度,消除自杀意念,减少自杀行为的发生。 展开更多

In this paper,according to the defect of methods which have low identification rate in low SNR,a new individual identification method of radiation source based on information entropy feature and SVM is presented. Firstly,based on the theory of multi-resolution wavelet analysis,the wavelet power spectrum of noncooperative signal can be gotten. Secondly,according to the information entropy theory,the wavelet power spectrum entropy is defined in this paper. Therefore,the database of signal's wavelet power spectrum entropy can be built in different SNR and signal parameters. Finally,the sorting and identification model based on SVM is built for the individual identification of radiation source signal. The simulation result indicates that this method has a high individual's identification rate in low SNR,when the SNR is greater than 4 dB,the identification rate can reach 100%. Under unstable SNR conditions,when the range of SNR is between 0 dB and 24 dB,the average identification rate is more than 92. 67%. Therefore,this method has a great application value in the complex electromagnetic environment. 展开更多

Factors Influencing the Successful Adoption of Human Resource Information System: The Content of Aqaba Special Economic Zone Authority

This study examines the key factors that have impact on the successful adoption of Human Resource Information System (HRIS) within the Aqaba Special Economic Zone Authority (ASEZA)/Jordan. In order to accomplish the purpose of the study four critical factors are inquired. So, four critical factors are inquired: First, TAM Model (Perceived Ease of Use (PEOU) and Perceived Usefulness (PU)). Second, Information Technology Infrastructure (ITI). Third, Top Management Support (TMS). Finally, Individual Experience with Computer (IEC). The research model was applied to collect data from the questionnaires answered by 45 users of HRIS as a source of primary data, based on a convenience sample the response rate was about 91%. In addition, the results were analyzed by utilizing the Statistical Package for Social Software (SPSS). Furthermore, the findings were analyzed;multiple Regression analysis indicated that all research variables have significant relationship on successful adoption of HRIS. The findings indicated IT infrastructures have a positive and significant effect on the successful adoption of HRIS. But there is no significant of PU, PEOU, TMS, and IEC on the successful adoption of HRIS. Finally, the results indicated that no significant statistical differences of demographic characteristics on HRIS adoption. Depending on the research’s findings;the researchers proposed a set of recommendations for better adoption of HRIS in SEZA. 展开更多
