Optical and electrical properties of BaSnO_(3) and In_2O_(3) mixed transparent conductive films deposited by filtered cathodic vacuum arc technique at room temperature

For the crystalline temperature of BaSnO_(3)(BTO)was above 650℃,the transparent conductive BTO-based films were always deposited above this temperature on epitaxy substrates by pulsed laser deposition or molecular beam epitaxy till now which limited there application in low temperature device process.In the article,the microstructure,optical and electrical of BTO and In_(2)O_(3) mixed transparent conductive BaInSnO_(x)(BITO)film deposited by filtered cathodic vacuum arc technique(FCVA)on glass substrate at room temperature were firstly reported.The BITO film with thickness of 300 nm had mainly In_(2)O_(3) polycrystalline phase,and minor polycrystalline BTO phase with(001),(011),(111),(002),(222)crystal faces which were first deposited at room temperature on amorphous glass.The transmittance was 70%–80%in the visible light region with linear refractive index of 1.94 and extinction coefficient of 0.004 at 550-nm wavelength.The basic optical properties included the real and imaginary parts,high frequency dielectric constants,the absorption coefficient,the Urbach energy,the indirect and direct band gaps,the oscillator and dispersion energies,the static refractive index and dielectric constant,the average oscillator wavelength,oscillator length strength,the linear and the third-order nonlinear optical susceptibilities,and the nonlinear refractive index were all calculated.The film was the n-type conductor with sheet resistance of 704.7Ω/□,resistivity of 0.02Ω⋅cm,mobility of 18.9 cm2/V⋅s,and carrier electron concentration of 1.6×10^(19) cm^(−3) at room temperature.The results suggested that the BITO film deposited by FCVA had potential application in transparent conductive films-based low temperature device process. 展开更多

A series of TiO_(2)-Al_(2)O_(3) composites with Al/Ti molar ratios of 0.1,0.2,and 0.4 were synthesized by a coprecipitation method and used as supports to prepare supported MnCeO_(x) catalysts by an impregnation method.The physico-chemical properties of the samples were extensively characterized by N_(2) physisorption,X-ray diffraction,Raman spectroscopy,scanning electron micro scopy and energy-dispersive Xray spectroscopy element mapping,X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy,H_(2)-temperature programmed reduction,ammonia temperature programmed desorption,and in-situ diffuse reflectance infrared Fourier transform spectroscopy.The catalytic activity and resistance to water vapor and SO_(2) of the asprepared catalysts for the SCR of NO_(x) with NH_(3) were evaluated at 50-250℃ and GHSV of 80000 mL/(gcat·h).The results reveal that MnCeO_(x)/TiO_(2)-Al_(2)O_(3) exhibits higher activity and better SO_(2) tolerance than MnCeO_(x)/TiO_(2).Combining with the characterization results,the enhanced activity and SO_(2) tolerance of MnCeO_(x)/TiO_(2)-Al_(2)O_(3) can be mainly attributed to higher relative concentrations of Mn4+and chemisorbed oxygen species,stronger reducibility,and larger adsorption capacity for NH_(3) and NO,which originate from the larger specific surface area and pore volume,higher dispersion of Mn and Ce species compared with MnCeO_(x)/TiO_(2).Moreover,in situ DRIFTS was used to investigate the reaction mechanism,and the results indicate that the NH_(3)-SCR reaction over MnCeO_(x)/TiO_(2) and MnCeO_(x)/TiO_(2)-Al_(2)O_(3) takes place by both the E-R and L-H mechanisms. 展开更多

以汇聚阳光为光源,研究了催化剂的组成与用量,反应溶液的酸度、浓度、体积,阳光的汇聚方式与入射角度以及Fe^(3+)对Cr_2O_7^(2-)光还原速度的影响。WO_3含量为60%的WO_3-α-Fe_2O_3混合半导体催化剂的催化活性最大,当催化剂用量为0.3%... 以汇聚阳光为光源,研究了催化剂的组成与用量,反应溶液的酸度、浓度、体积,阳光的汇聚方式与入射角度以及Fe^(3+)对Cr_2O_7^(2-)光还原速度的影响。WO_3含量为60%的WO_3-α-Fe_2O_3混合半导体催化剂的催化活性最大,当催化剂用量为0.3%时,效果最佳。H_2SO_4的浓度为0.5mol 1^(-1)时,光还原速度最快。用0.3%的混合催化剂,在0.5moll^(-1) H_2SO_4介质中,光照11min,采光面积为1m^2时,旋转抛物面聚光器、抛物柱面聚光器及点聚焦菲涅耳透镜,可分别将4.20mg、5.46mg、24.06mg Cr^(6+)还原为Cr^(3+)。这种反应速度已可满足工业废水处理的需要。向反应体系中加入Fe^(3+)可以增加Cr_2O_7^(2-)的光还原速度。 展开更多
