目的构建儿童早期预警评分(PEWS)分级反应策略系统,为护士使用儿童早期预警评分进行临床干预及管理提供科学依据。方法回顾国内外文献及前期研究成果初步构建分级反应策略框架,通过Delphi法进行2轮专家函询并对函询结果进行统计分析,同... 目的构建儿童早期预警评分(PEWS)分级反应策略系统,为护士使用儿童早期预警评分进行临床干预及管理提供科学依据。方法回顾国内外文献及前期研究成果初步构建分级反应策略框架,通过Delphi法进行2轮专家函询并对函询结果进行统计分析,同时将函询结果融入电子病历系统形成PEWS评分分级反应策略系统。结果2轮函询的专家积极系数均为15/15,专家权威系数平均值分别为0.87、0.89;专家协调程度Kendall W值分别为0.292、0.301(P<0.05),专家意见趋于一致,最终形成PEWS得分按0~1分、2分、3分和≥4分或单项3分,划分的4个分段分级反应策略系统。结论采用Delphi专家函询所构建的PEWS分级反应策略系统可供临床使用,促进护士临床干预决策参与,提高护理质量。 展开更多

【目的】黑色枝小蠹Xylosandrus compactus是一种重要的钻蛀性害虫,原分布于东南亚,其在全球范围内的扩散蔓延已造成入侵地多种寄主植物受害,导致巨大经济与生态损失。本研究旨在明确该害虫在全球的潜在适生区分布与变化,为其监测、早... 【目的】黑色枝小蠹Xylosandrus compactus是一种重要的钻蛀性害虫,原分布于东南亚,其在全球范围内的扩散蔓延已造成入侵地多种寄主植物受害,导致巨大经济与生态损失。本研究旨在明确该害虫在全球的潜在适生区分布与变化,为其监测、早期预警与防治策略制定提供依据。【方法】利用ArcGIS设置缓冲区筛选黑色枝小蠹分布点数据,结合R计算所得的调控倍频(regularization multiplier)和特征组合对最大熵模型(maximum entropy model,MaxEnt)参数重置;通过刀切法和变量相关性分析对多种环境变量进行筛选;基于关键环境变量重建MaxEnt模型,结合当前气候数据和第六次国际耦合模式比较计划(Coupled Model Intercomparison Project Phase 6,CMIP6)中的4种强迫情境,对黑色枝小蠹全球潜在适生区的分布进行预测。【结果】经筛选,用170个黑色枝小蠹分布点数据构建MaxEnt模型;发现温差月均值、最冷月最低温、最暖季度平均温度、年降水量、降水量季节性变异系数、最湿季度降水量及最干季度降水量为影响该物种分布的7种主导环境变量;模型预测显示,当前气候条件下,黑色枝小蠹在60°N-45°S间均可分布,全球范围内低、中和高度适生区面积占全球陆地面积的比例分别为8.70%,6.32%和2.79%;未来气候条件下,这3类适生区的分布面积均有不同程度的增加,以中等至高等强迫情景(SSP370)下各适生区增幅最大;黑色枝小蠹适生区的分布北界北移,除南极洲外的各大洲沿海区域均有其高度适生区分布,且有逐渐向内陆扩张的趋势。【结论】全球气候变化与人类活动为黑色枝小蠹的存活、生长发育、世代更迭以及种群增长提供了适宜的条件,建议根据黑色枝小蠹的潜在适生区等级,构建“分级应对”的监测预警体系与防控防治模式,以应对害虫为害。 展开更多

当电网云平台在应用系统存在故障时,依托单一触发事件进行故障分级会使得响应结果的拟合优度较低。针对这个问题,提出基于时间序列的电网云平台应用系统故障分级响应方法。该方法利用模糊推理算法划分电网故障严重度模糊级别,并建立模... 当电网云平台在应用系统存在故障时,依托单一触发事件进行故障分级会使得响应结果的拟合优度较低。针对这个问题,提出基于时间序列的电网云平台应用系统故障分级响应方法。该方法利用模糊推理算法划分电网故障严重度模糊级别,并建立模糊评价向量对多源信息数据进行归一化处理,提取故障特征信息。运用“与”“或”“非”等逻辑运算方法描述多个触发事件之间的既定运算规则,结合自回归积分滑动平均模型,建立包含多个触发事件的平稳时间序列进行后续故障分级响应。针对待发送的警报信息进行相似性诊断与覆盖性诊断,建立分级响应优化策略。实验结果表明,所提方法得出的故障分级响应结果的拟合优度提升了21个百分点、28个百分点。以分级预警结果,对电网云平台应用系统进行故障响应。 展开更多

In this study,a coupling model of fluid-conveying pipes made of functionally graded materials(FGMs)with NiTiNOL-steel(NiTi-ST)for vibration absorption is investigated.The vibration responses of the FGM fluid-conveying pipe with NiTi-ST are studied by the Galerkin truncation method(GTM)and harmonic balance method(HBM).The harmonic balance solutions and the numerical results are consistent.Also,the linearized stability of the structure is determined.The effects of the structure parameters on the absorption performance are also studied.The results show that the NiTi-ST is an effective means of vibration absorption.Furthermore,in studying the effect of the NiTi-ST,a closed detached response(CDR)is first observed.It is noteworthy that the CDR may dramatically change the vibration amplitude and that the parameters of the NiTi-ST may determine the emergence or disappearance of the CDR.This vibration absorption device can be extended to offer more general vibration control in engineering applications. 展开更多

Blocking rockfalls directly by reinforced concrete(RC) flat sheds with thick sand cushions is an outdated method. Such conventional sheds typically accumulate rock heavily, and become progressively damaged and are difficult to repair, and are very costly. To address these problems, we propose a new structure called a Graded Dissipating Inclined Steel Rock(GDISR) shed that utilizes the graded energy dissipation method. Here, we study the dynamic response of the GDISR shed with model test and numerical simulation, and give its optimization design combining with a practical engineering case. Our results show that the optimized modular E-block and corrugated steel tube can deform to sufficiently absorb the energy of different impact intensities. This efficiently and economically provides GDISR sheds with two security lines. Compared with conventional RC sheds, GDISR sheds with optimal incline have a more efficient anti-impact function, are faster and easier to repair, and are much simpler and cheaper to build. 展开更多

In extreme heat transfer environments, functionally graded materials(FGMs)have aroused great concern due to the excellent thermal shock resistance. With the development of micro-scale devices, the size-dependent effect has become an important issue. However, the classical continuum mechanical model fails on the micro-scale due to the influence of the size-dependent effect. Meanwhile, for thermoelastic behaviors limited to small-scale problems, Fourier's heat conduction law cannot explain the thermal wave effect. In order to capture the size-dependent effect and the thermal wave effect, the nonlocal generalized thermoelastic theory for the formulation of an FGM microbeam is adopted in the present work. For numerical validation, the transient responses for a simply supported FGM microbeam heated by the ramp-type heating are considered.The governing equations are formulated and solved by employing the Laplace transform techniques. In the numerical results, the effects of the ramp-heating time parameter, the nonlocal parameter, and the power-law index on the considered physical quantities are presented and discussed in detail. 展开更多

This article deals with the investigation of the effects of porosity distributions on nonlinear free vibration and transient analysis of porous functionally graded skew(PFGS)plates.The effective material properties of the PFGS plates are obtained from the modified power-law equations in which gradation varies through the thickness of the PFGS plate.A nonlinear finite element(FE)formulation for the overall PFGS plate is derived by adopting first-order shear deformation theory(FSDT)in conjunction with von Karman’s nonlinear strain displacement relations.The governing equations of the PFGS plate are derived using the principle of virtual work.The direct iterative method and Newmark’s integration technique are espoused to solve nonlinear mathematical relations.The influences of the porosity distributions and porosity parameter indices on the nonlinear frequency responses of the PFGS plate for different skew angles are studied in various parameters.The effects of volume fraction grading index and skew angle on the plate’s nonlinear dynamic responses for various porosity distributions are illustrated in detail. 展开更多

Based on the hybrid numerical method (HNM) combining with a reduced-basis method (RBM), the real-time transient response of a functionally graded material (FGM) plates is obtained. The large eigenvalue problem in wavenumber domain has been solved through real-time off-line/on-line calculation. At off-line stage, a reduced-basis space is constructed in sample wavenumbers according to the solved eigenvalue problems. The matrices independent of parameters are projected onto the reduced-basis spaces. At on-line stage, the reduced eigenvalue problems of the arbitrary wavenumbers are built. Subsequently, the responses in wavenumber domain are obtained by the approximated eigen-pairs. Because of the application of RBM, the computational cost of transient displacement analysis of FGM plate is decreased significantly, while the accuracy of the solution and the physics of the structure are still retained. The efficiency and validity of the proposed method are demonstrated through a numerical example. 展开更多

Suppose the inner cavity and outer space of the structure are filled with air and fluid mediums, the mechanical response of the underwater structure is calculated with Galerkin method while the acoustic response is investigated by means of the Helmholtz integral. Dielectric responses of graded composites having generalized gradation profiles

Under an external uniform electric field, the dielectric response of graded cylindrical composites having generalized dielectric profile inclusions is investigated. The generalized dielectric profile of graded cylindrical inclusion is expressed in the form, εi(r) = c(b + r)^keβr where r is the radial variable of the cylindrical inclusions and c, b, k and β are parameters. The local potential solution of generalized dielectric profile graded composites is derived by means of the power series method and the effective dielectric response is predicted in the dilute limit. Moreover, from the result of generalized profile, the analytical solutions of local potentials and the effective responses of graded composites having three cases of dielectric profiles, i.e., the exponential profile εi(r) = ce^βr, the general power law profile εi(r) = c(b + r)^k and the profile εi(r) = cr^keβr, are sorted out, respectively. In the dilute limit, our exact results are used to test the validity of differential effective dipole approximation (DEDA) for estimating the effective response of graded cylindrical composites, and it is shown that the DEDA is in excellent agreement with the exact result. 展开更多

The treatment of soft soil foundation under nuclear safety grade corridors with graded sand and gravel materials has a good development prospect.It is of great engineering value to explore the influence of construction parameters of graded sand and gravel foundation on the seismic response of gallery structures.Taking the safety grade underground corridor of a nuclear power plant as the engineering background,the equivalent linear method is used to consider the nonlinear dynamic characteristics of graded sand and gravel.The energy transfer boundary is applied at the truncation boundary to simulate the dissipation effect of scattered wave fluctuation energy and the ground motion input.The thicknessless contact element is introduced to consider the contact effect between the corridor structure and the graded sand and gravel foundation,so as to establish the calculation model of the dynamic interaction between the graded sand and gravel foundation and the corridor structure.Furthermore,the influence of the relative compactness and the foundation treatment depth on the seismic response of the corridor structure is studied,and the calculation results of the acceleration response spectrum and relative displacement of the corridor structure are analyzed.The calculation results show that the two construction parameters have different degrees of influence on the seismic response of corridor structure.The research results can provide reference for the engineering design and construction of underground corridors,and provide technical support for the application of graded gravel materials in soft soil foundation treatment. 展开更多
