Most patients develop neurologic challenges in early adulthood and cerebellar ataxia occurs as the disease progresses. In the majority of patients, hypogonadism is hypogonadotropic but rarely hypergonadotropic. We report a case of a 26-year-old female in Nigeria, with hypergonadotropic hypogonadism and cerebellar atrophy from a non-consanguineous marriage and no family history.展开更多

These words of Shakespeare remember us that any small case can be connected with wider situation in the Globe. We would like to understand how changes electrical systems in time and what we will get in future. But what we know today about our home? Prominent scientists - physicists connect the past and future of our world with the formation and changes of black holes. “A black hole is a region of space-time whose gravitational attraction is so strong that even objects moving at the speed of light cannot leave it.” “A super massive black hole is a black hole with a mass of 105 - 1011 solar masses. Super massive black holes have been found at the center of many galaxies, including the Milky Way. Our galaxy revolves around a super massive black hole. This position of stellar bodies should be preserved for hundreds of millions of years.”展开更多

Particles have properties that uniquely characterize them from one another, such as mass, charge and spin. Charged particles have associated Electric and Magnetic fields. Also, every moving particle has a De Broglie wavelength determined by its mass and velocity. This paper shows that all of these properties of a particle can be derived from a single wave function equation for that particle. Wave functions for the Electron and the Positron are presented and principles are provided that can be used to calculate the wave functions of all the fundamental particles in Physics. Fundamental particles such as electrons and positrons are considered to be point particles in the Standard Model of Physics and are not considered to have a structure. This paper demonstrates that they do indeed have structure and that this structure extends into the space around the particle’s center (in fact, they have infinite extent), but with rapidly diminishing energy density with the distance from that center. The particles are formed from Electromagnetic standing waves, which are stable solutions to the Schrödinger and Classical wave equations. This stable structure therefore accounts for both the wave and particle nature of these particles. In fact, all of their properties such as mass, spin and electric charge, can be accounted for from this structure. These particle properties appear to originate from a single point at the center of the wave function structure, in the same sort of way that the Shell theorem of gravity causes the gravity of a body to appear to all originate from a central point. This paper represents the first two fully characterized fundamental particles, with a complete description of their structure and properties, built up from the underlying Electromagnetic waves that comprise these and all fundamental particles.展开更多

Firstly, we obtain the existence of standing waves associated with the ground states by using variational calculus as well as a compactness lemma. Next, we establish some sharp conditions for global existence in terms of the characteristics of the ground state. Then, we show that how small the initial data are for the global solutions to exist. Finally, we prove the instability of the standing wave by combining the former results.展开更多

Calli were induced from immature zygotic embryos of female cones ofL. leptolepis and then subcultured regularly on to a modified Gupta and Durzan (DCR) basal medium for 5 years. Embryogenic tissues showed distinct morphological changes dur- ing somatic embryo development when they were transferred to a maturation medium supplemented with abscisic acid (ABA) com- pared with the morphology in a medium lacking ABA. Histological observations indicated that polyembryony was a characteristic feature during early embryogeny and somatic embryos at later stages showed normal histodifferentiation. In addition, histochemical analysis revealed that abundant starch granules and proteins accumulated in mature embryos, indicating that they played important roles in the development and regeneration of normal plantlets from somatic embryos on hormone-free germination media展开更多

We show the nonclassicaJ symmetries obtained in [J. Math. Anal. Appl. 289 (2004) 55, J. Math. Anal. Appl. 311 (2005) 479] are not all the nonclassical symmetries. Based on a new assume on the form of invariant surface condition, all the nonclassical symmetries for a class of nonlinear partial differential equations can be obtained through the compatibility method. The nonlinear Klein-Gordon equation and the Cahn-Hilliard equations all serve as examples showing the compatibility method leads quickly and easily to the determining equations for their all nonclassical symmetries for two equations.展开更多

On the contrary to the ground state of one-dimensional Schr6dinger equation, this potential fails to admit exact analytical solutions for arbitrary quantum number in both relativistic and nonrelativistic regime. Because of this complexity, there exists only few papers, which discuss this interesting problem. Here, using an elegant ansatz, we have calculated the system spectra as well as the eigenfunctions in the general case of unequal vector and scalar potentials under Klein-Gordon equation.展开更多

By making a comparative study, both the similarities and differences between their literary works are to be figured out. For one thing, despite the different times and cultural background they lived in, there exists similarities between their works in pursuit of freedom and writing techniques, such as the portrait of sublime and the use of mythological imageries. For another, besides these similarities, there still remains subtle differences between their works in political ideal, tone and themes.展开更多

Introducing the trying method, it proves that compact-like discrete breathers exist in this nonlinear system. It also discusses the linear stability of the compact-like discrete breathers, when the coefficient (β) of quartic on-site potential and the coupling constant (K4) of quartic interactive potential satisfy the given conditions, they are linearly stable.展开更多

Our problem applies wave-functionals to a driven sine-Gordon system. We apply the tunneling Hamiltonian to charge density wave (CDW) transport problems where we consider tunneling among states that are wave-functionals of a scalar quantum field, i.e. derived I-E curves that match Zenier curves used to fit data experimentally with wave-functionals congruent with the false vacuum hypothesis. The open question is whether the coefficients picked in both wave-functionals and the magnitude of the coefficients of the driven sine-Gordon physical system are picked by topological charge arguments that appear to assign values consistent with the false vacuum hypothesis. Crucial results by Fred Cooper et al. allow a mature quantum foam interpretation of false vacuum nucleation for further refinement of our wave-functional results. In doing so, we give credence to topological arguments as a first order phase transition in CDW I-E curves.展开更多

This target, developing the value of the foundation, depends on the total profit that could be achieved by the company and counting the profit per share, but undoubtedly, the financial management should consider the other targets such as social responsibility and exchange between risk and revenue and others. This research, with its both theoretical and practical aspects, aims at illuminating the value of some foundations in Saudi Arabia, which are already registered in the stock market, by comparing the value of each foundation using two models namely the model of Modigliani-Miller (M&M) and the model of Gordon. In spite of the difficulties found in the usage of both models, especially Gordon's model, we will use both of them to explain the aspects of imperfection in each model. This research will depend on a sample of Sandi industrial companies by getting financial data of these companies over a past decade and the usage of these data, in other words, to measure the value of Saudi companies against the market.展开更多
