Genomic DNA was extracted from offspring tails and analyzed by PCR. The result showed that the ratios of the offspring genotypes fit the Mendel's laws. The male and female LP^(-/-)mice( DB / DB mice) were infertile. LP^(-/-)mice could be effectively bred by mating of male and female LP^(+/-)mice. PCR methods could identify LP^(-/-)mice precisely.展开更多
