DATA RETRIEVAL: We retr...OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the effectiveness and safety of filiform needle acupuncture for poststroke depression, and to compare acupuncture with the therapeutic efficacy of antidepressant drugs. DATA RETRIEVAL: We retrieved data from the Chinese National Knowledge Infrastructure (1979-2012), Wanfang (1980-2012), VIP (1989-2012), Chinese Biomedical Literature (1975- 2012), PubMed (1966-2012), Ovid Lww (-2012), and Cochrane Library (-2012) Database using the internet. SELECTION CRITERIA: Randomized controlled trials on filiform needle acupuncture versus antidepressant drugs for treatment of poststroke depression were included. Moreover, the in- cluded articles scored at least 4 points on the Jadad scale. Exclusion criteria: other acupuncture therapies as treatment group, not stroke-induced depression patients, score 〈 4 points, non-ran- domized controlled trials, or animal trials. MAIN OUTCOME MEASURES: These were the Hamilton Depression Scale scores, clinical ef- fective rate, Self-Rating Depression Scale scores, Side Effect Rating Scale scores, and incidence of adverse reaction and events. RESULTS: A total of 17 randomized controlled clinical trials were included. Meta-analysis results displayed that after 4 weeks of treatment, clinical effective rate was better in patients treated with fill- form needle acupuncture than those treated with simple antidepressant drugs [relative risk = 1.11, 95% confidence interval (C/): 1.03-1.21, P = 0.01]. At 6 weeks, clinical effective rate was similar between filiform needle acupuncture and antidepressant drug groups. At 2 weeks after filiform needle acupuncture, Hamilton Depression Scale (17 items) scores were lower than in the antide- pressant drug group (mean difference = -2.34, 95%CI: -3.46 to -1.22, P 〈 0.000,1). At 4 weeks, Hamilton Depression Scale (24 items) scores were similar between filiform needle acupuncture and antidepressant drug groups. We report seven interesting...Filiform polyposis is a rare condition of uncertain patho-genesis that is usually found in association with Crohn’s disease, ulcerative colitis, intestinal tuberculosis or histiocytosis X. We report seven interesting cases of polyposis with various pathologic components, mainly located in the left side of the colon with no associated inflammatory bowel disease, intestinal tuberculosis or histiocytosis X. Multiple finger-like polypoid lesions with the appearance of stalactites were noted on the left side of the colon, especially in the sigmoid area, at the time of colonoscopy. The polyps had a variety of sizes and shapes and were shown to have various histopathologic components among the different patients. Although filiform polyposis localized in the sigmoid colon appears not to have high oncogenic potential, periodic follow-up seems to be needed.展开更多

Objective To explore the effects of different acupuncture-moxibustion methods on the plasma substance P(SP) content,and the expression of colonic SP m RNA of the rats with functional constipation.Methods Sixty healt...Objective To explore the effects of different acupuncture-moxibustion methods on the plasma substance P(SP) content,and the expression of colonic SP m RNA of the rats with functional constipation.Methods Sixty healthy male SD rats were divided into six groups according to the random number table,including blank control group(group B,n=8),model group(group M,n=11),drug control group(group D,n=8),filiform needle group(group F,n=11),electroacupuncture group(group E,n=11) and moxibustion group(group MB,n=11).The rats in group B and group M accepted no intervention,gavage with cisapride suspension was conducted in group D,and electroacupuncture,filiform needling and moxibustion therapies were carried out in group E,group F and group MB for 6 days.After treatment,the stool quantity and fecal moisture content during 24 h of the rats were observed in each group,colon tissue structure and the acidic mucus in mucosa layer were observed,plasma SP content was detected and the expression of colonic SP m RNA was detected.Results compared with group B,the stool quantity and fecal moisture content during 24 h of the rats in group M decreased significantly(P0.01);compared with group M,the stool quantity during 24 h of the rats in each group increased(P0.05 or 0.01),and the fecal moisture content during 24 h of the rats in each group also increased significantly except group MB(P0.01);compared with group D,the fecal moisture content during 24 h of the rats in group MB decreased(P0.01);according to the comparison among the groups with different acupuncture-moxibustion methods,there was no difference in the stool quantity during 24 h of the rats in each group(P0.05),the fecal moisture contents during 24 h of the rats in group F and group E were higher than that of group MB(P0.01),and there was no difference between group F and group E(P0.05).HE staining of colon tissue of rats showed that the structure was normal and complete,and there was no difference among each group.PAS sta展开更多

In...The direct industrial importance of the corrosion resistance in WE43 is best emphasized by its extensive use in the automotive, aerospace and electronic industries where weight reduction is a necessary requirement. In this work, the corrosion especially the filiform corrosion in a 3.5 wt.% Na Cl solution and their dependence on the Zr distribution for WE43 were studied by weight loss tests, hydrogen evolution tests, electrochemical measurements and microscopic analyses. The Zr distribution significantly influenced the initiation and propagation of the filiform corrosion, and accordingly significantly influenced the corrosion rate. WE43 with a cluster Zr distribution displayed filiform corrosion throughout the entire surface with an irregular network distribution of filaments. WE43 with a uniform line Zr distribution exhibited only a few examples of linear filiform corrosion. WE43 with a dispersive Zr distribution exhibited no filiform corrosion. The stability of the corrosion film was responsible for the filiform corrosion. Anodic polarisation promoted the initiation and progression of the filiform corrosion,while cathodic polarisation had an inhibiting effect on the filiform corrosion. The serrated interface of the filiform corrosion increased the contact area between the substrate and the corrosive medium, and hence increased the corrosion rate.展开更多

However, the structure of the air-formed film and its effect on corrosion resistance of Mg-Li alloys has not been fully understood. Firstly, the air-formed films formed on α and β phases in a dual-phase LZ91 Mg-Li alloy after exposure to laboratory air for up to 48 h have been examined by SEM under the assistance of ultramicrotomy. Then, the effect of the air-formed film on surface potential and, consequently, corrosion/oxidation behavior of the alloy has been investigated. Finally, in order to exclude the influence from α phase, the structure of the air-formed film on β phase and its effect on corrosion/oxidation behavior of Mg-Li alloys have been studied based on a single-phase LA141 Mg-Li alloy. The results show that the air-formed film is thin and negligible on α phase but thick on β phase after prolonged exposure to laboratory air. The thick air-formed film on β phase has a multilayer structure with an inner layer consisting of Mg O/Mg(OH)_(2) and outer layer consisting of Li_(2)CO_(3), which greatly elevates the surface potential of β phase in air. Both LZ91 and LA141 Mg-Li alloys firstly undergo uniform corrosion and then filiform corrosion when immersed in Na Cl solution and the pre-existed air-formed film on β-Li phase can retard the occurrence of filiform corrosion in the alloys.展开更多

From these Lie superalgebras, all the other filiform Lie superalgebras can be obtained by deformations. We have decompositions of Der0(Ln,m) and Dery(Ln,m). By computing a maximal torus on each Ln,m, we show that Ln,m are completable nilpotent Lie superalgebras. We also view Ln,m as Lie algebras, prove that Ln,m are of maximal rank, and show that Ln,m are completable nilpotent Lie algebras. As an application of the results, we show a Heisenberg superalgebra is a completable nilpotent Lie superalgebra.展开更多

It is believed that the differential insertion depth reflects the basic idea of expelling the evil Qi from the body in the application of traditional acupuncture. Since the site of evil invasion has different shades, the position of evil Qi and correct differentiation has become the operation key points of needle insertion. Apart from this, the Yellow Emperor’s Canon of Medicine has further associated the clinical application of filiform needle insertion depth with the seasonal change of Yin and Yang, the body built of the patients, the nature of the diseases, the heat or cold pathogenic factors of the illness, the excess and deficiency of the patient, and the reinforcing and reducing function of acupuncture. These elaborations have greatly enriched the basic content of acupuncture and laid a systematic theoretical foundation of filiform needle operation. The differential insertion depth in acupuncture has its specific meaning, the emphasis of insertion depth of filiform needle with its differentiated clinical implication exemplifies the perceptual thinking features of traditional acupuncture and typical reveals the uniqueness of Chinese civilization.展开更多
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of fire needle combined with filiform needle for different clinical stage frozen shoulders,and to choose the best treatment opportunity for clinical treatment of frozen shoul...Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of fire needle combined with filiform needle for different clinical stage frozen shoulders,and to choose the best treatment opportunity for clinical treatment of frozen shoulder.Methods:120 patients with frozen shoulders who met the inclusion criteria were numbered according to the visiting order.They were randomized into control group(60 cases)and treatment group(60 cases)according to the random number table.Both groups were treated with filiform needles once every other day and 3 times a week,and a course of treatment included 6 times and 2 courses were taken.The treatment group was treated by applying a fire needling point bloodletting on the local tender points once a week.Jiānyú(肩髃 LI 15),Jiānliáo(肩髎 TE 14),Jiānzhēn(肩贞 SI 9),Tiáokǒu(条口 ST 38),and local tender points were taken according to different meridian pains.The clinical efficacy of the frozen shoulder patients in the two groups in different clinical stages was compared.The evaluation indicators were scores of pain,joint activity range and activities of daily living,as well as clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine.Results:After treatment,the total scores of hundred-mark five-grade in both groups were significantly higher than those before treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(Treatment group82.02 ± 14.23 vs 43.37 ± 22.10,Control group 66.80 ± 18.98 vs 42.67 ± 23.03,both P<0.01),and the total score of the treatment group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.01).The hundred-mark five-grade assessment scores after treatment in the treatment group during the frozen stage were significantly higher than the control group(77.2± 14.40 vs 68.43 ± 16.94,P<0.01);as to the clinical efficacy,the total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(91.67% vs 76.67%,P<0.01);The total effective rate of the control group in the acute stage and functional recovery stage was co展开更多

Background:Filiform needle acupuncture(FNA),the most classical and widely applied acupuncture method based on traditional Chinese medicine theory,has shown a promising effect in the treatment of allergic rhinitis(AR)....Background:Filiform needle acupuncture(FNA),the most classical and widely applied acupuncture method based on traditional Chinese medicine theory,has shown a promising effect in the treatment of allergic rhinitis(AR).Objective:To evaluate the efficacy,safety,cost-effectiveness,and patient preference of FNA in the treatment of AR by comparing FNA with sham acupuncture,no treatment,and conventional medication.Search strategy:Eight electronic databases were systematically searched from inception to October 14,2021.Additional studies were acquired from clinical trial registration platforms and reference lists.Inclusion criteria:Randomized controlled trials were included if they compared FNA with either sham acupuncture,no treatment or conventional medication for AR.Data extraction and analysis:Two researchers extracted data independently of each other using a predesigned data acquisition form,and results were cross-checked after completion.The primary outcome was symptom score(Total Nasal Symptom Score or Visual Analogue Scale),and the secondary outcomes were the AR control questionnaire,quality of life(QoL)score(Different versions of Rhinoconjunctivitis Quality of Life Questionnaire),medication score(use of rescue medication),mental health score,total IgE,adverse event rate,clinical economic indicators,and patient satisfaction score.Standardized mean difference(SMD)or mean difference(MD)with 95% confidence interval was used to calculate the effect size for continuous data,while risk ratio with 95%CI was used for dichotomous data.Results:Thirty studies were included in this review.Compared with sham acupuncture,FNA significantly reduced the symptom score(SMD:-0.29[-0.43,-0.15]),AR’s impact on QoL(SMD:-0.23[-0.37,-0.08])and medication score(SMD:-0.3[-0.49,-0.11]).Compared with no treatment,FNA dramatically reduced the symptom score(SMD:-0.8[-1.2,-0.39])and AR’s impact on QoL(SMD:-0.82[-1.13,-0.52]).There were no increased rates of adverse events with FNA compared to sham acupuncture and no treatment.FNA increased 展开更多

To compare the mechanisms of analgesia induced by four kinds of acupunture therapies at the trypothalamic level in adjuvant arthritic rats. Methods: Forty-eight SD rats were randomized into normal, model, electroacupuncture (EA), filiform needle (FN), pricking blood-letting (BL) and point injection (PI) groups, with 8 cases in each. EA (20-100 Hz, 2-4 V and duration of 20 min), FN, BL PI were respectively applied to “Kunlun” (昆仑 BL 60). Arthritis model was established by injecting complete Freund's adjuvant (0.1 mL) into the rat's right foot pad. Behavioral reactions, pain threshold (latancy of tail flick to heat stimulation) and local swelling severity (foot volurne) were detected; the cordents of β-endorphin (β-EP) and α- drenocortiootropin (ACTH) were assayed with radioimmunoassay; and the expression of pro-opi-omelanocortin (POMC) mRNA in hypot were determined with hybridization method. Results: The pain threshold was significantly enhanced by all the four kinds of acupuncture therapies, and the effects of EA and PI were more obvious (P〈0.05, P〈0.01). The severity of local swelling was markedly alleviated by all the four kinds of acupuncture therapies ( P〈 0.01 ) without significant differences among them (P 〉 0.05). The content of β-EP in the hypothalamus was obviously elevated by EA and FN (P〈 0.05, P 〈 0.01 ), and the effect of EA was more obvious, but no marked effect of BL or PI on β-EP was found ( P 〉0.05). The content of ACTH in hypothalamus was considerably elevated by PI (P〈0.05), but not by the other three therapies. The expression of PCMCmRNA in hypothalamus was significantly strengthened by EA and FN (P〈0. 01), but not by the other two therapies. Conclusion:EA, flliform needle, blood-letting and point-injection all can produce analgesic effect in adjuvant arthritis rats, the effect of EA and filiform needie may be related to their resultant increase of hypothalamic β-EP展开更多
The microstructure and the filiform corrosion behaviour of machined AA7150 aluminium alloy were investigated using scanning and transmission electron microscopies combined with potentiodynamic polarization and filifor...The microstructure and the filiform corrosion behaviour of machined AA7150 aluminium alloy were investigated using scanning and transmission electron microscopies combined with potentiodynamic polarization and filiform corrosion testing,respectively.It is found that the grain refinement,redistribution of alloying elements,and elements segregation at grain boundaries are evident within the near-surface region on the machined AA7150 aluminium alloy.The corrosion susceptibility of machining introduced near-surface deformed layer is significantly improved caused by the modified microstructure associated with severe deformation.Filiform corrosion resistance on the machined surface is obviously decreased,due to the surface roughness associated with machining tracks and the presence of the electrochemically more active near-surface deformed layer introduced by machining.展开更多

文摘Objective To explore the effects of different acupuncture-moxibustion methods on the plasma substance P(SP) content,and the expression of colonic SP m RNA of the rats with functional constipation.Methods Sixty healthy male SD rats were divided into six groups according to the random number table,including blank control group(group B,n=8),model group(group M,n=11),drug control group(group D,n=8),filiform needle group(group F,n=11),electroacupuncture group(group E,n=11) and moxibustion group(group MB,n=11).The rats in group B and group M accepted no intervention,gavage with cisapride suspension was conducted in group D,and electroacupuncture,filiform needling and moxibustion therapies were carried out in group E,group F and group MB for 6 days.After treatment,the stool quantity and fecal moisture content during 24 h of the rats were observed in each group,colon tissue structure and the acidic mucus in mucosa layer were observed,plasma SP content was detected and the expression of colonic SP m RNA was detected.Results compared with group B,the stool quantity and fecal moisture content during 24 h of the rats in group M decreased significantly(P0.01);compared with group M,the stool quantity during 24 h of the rats in each group increased(P0.05 or 0.01),and the fecal moisture content during 24 h of the rats in each group also increased significantly except group MB(P0.01);compared with group D,the fecal moisture content during 24 h of the rats in group MB decreased(P0.01);according to the comparison among the groups with different acupuncture-moxibustion methods,there was no difference in the stool quantity during 24 h of the rats in each group(P0.05),the fecal moisture contents during 24 h of the rats in group F and group E were higher than that of group MB(P0.01),and there was no difference between group F and group E(P0.05).HE staining of colon tissue of rats showed that the structure was normal and complete,and there was no difference among each group.PAS sta

文摘The direct industrial importance of the corrosion resistance in WE43 is best emphasized by its extensive use in the automotive, aerospace and electronic industries where weight reduction is a necessary requirement. In this work, the corrosion especially the filiform corrosion in a 3.5 wt.% Na Cl solution and their dependence on the Zr distribution for WE43 were studied by weight loss tests, hydrogen evolution tests, electrochemical measurements and microscopic analyses. The Zr distribution significantly influenced the initiation and propagation of the filiform corrosion, and accordingly significantly influenced the corrosion rate. WE43 with a cluster Zr distribution displayed filiform corrosion throughout the entire surface with an irregular network distribution of filaments. WE43 with a uniform line Zr distribution exhibited only a few examples of linear filiform corrosion. WE43 with a dispersive Zr distribution exhibited no filiform corrosion. The stability of the corrosion film was responsible for the filiform corrosion. Anodic polarisation promoted the initiation and progression of the filiform corrosion,while cathodic polarisation had an inhibiting effect on the filiform corrosion. The serrated interface of the filiform corrosion increased the contact area between the substrate and the corrosive medium, and hence increased the corrosion rate.

文摘It is recently suggested that air-formed film plays an important role in controlling corrosion resistance of Mg-Li alloys. However, the structure of the air-formed film and its effect on corrosion resistance of Mg-Li alloys has not been fully understood. Firstly, the air-formed films formed on α and β phases in a dual-phase LZ91 Mg-Li alloy after exposure to laboratory air for up to 48 h have been examined by SEM under the assistance of ultramicrotomy. Then, the effect of the air-formed film on surface potential and, consequently, corrosion/oxidation behavior of the alloy has been investigated. Finally, in order to exclude the influence from α phase, the structure of the air-formed film on β phase and its effect on corrosion/oxidation behavior of Mg-Li alloys have been studied based on a single-phase LA141 Mg-Li alloy. The results show that the air-formed film is thin and negligible on α phase but thick on β phase after prolonged exposure to laboratory air. The thick air-formed film on β phase has a multilayer structure with an inner layer consisting of Mg O/Mg(OH)_(2) and outer layer consisting of Li_(2)CO_(3), which greatly elevates the surface potential of β phase in air. Both LZ91 and LA141 Mg-Li alloys firstly undergo uniform corrosion and then filiform corrosion when immersed in Na Cl solution and the pre-existed air-formed film on β-Li phase can retard the occurrence of filiform corrosion in the alloys.
文摘We discuss a class of filiform Lie superalgebras Ln,m. From these Lie superalgebras, all the other filiform Lie superalgebras can be obtained by deformations. We have decompositions of Der0(Ln,m) and Dery(Ln,m). By computing a maximal torus on each Ln,m, we show that Ln,m are completable nilpotent Lie superalgebras. We also view Ln,m as Lie algebras, prove that Ln,m are of maximal rank, and show that Ln,m are completable nilpotent Lie algebras. As an application of the results, we show a Heisenberg superalgebra is a completable nilpotent Lie superalgebra.
文摘In the present paper,46 cases of periarthritis of shoulder were treated by needlingthe Jiansanzhen with magnetic pole needle and massage. Among them,43 cases were cured, ac-counting for 93. 48% and 46 were effective. The total effective rate was 100%. In control groupI there were 23 cases, who received treatment of acupuncture with traditional stainless-steel fili-form needle and massage, the total effective rate was 91. 3%. Comparison of the therapeutic ef-fects between the two groups showed X^2=4. 12, P【0.05. In control group II there were 23 cas-es, who received needling Tiaokou point (ST 38)-through-Chengshan (BL 57) with the abovementioned stainless-steel filiform, one of ancient and modern experimental methods, the total ef-fecive rate was 82. 6%, which was compared with that in the treatment group, indicating X^2=8.492, P【0. 01. It is suggested that the therapeutic effect in the treatment group was superior tothat in the control group I and significantly superior to that in the control group II.
文摘In 198 patients with sciatica, 108 cases were randomly chosen as treatment group with point penetration and deep puncture therapies by elongated needle and a group of 9O cases was received filiform needle therapy as control group. In the control group, the way of purgation by twirling the needle was used. The results showed that the total effective rate of the treatment group was 93. 52 %,while in the control group, it was 68. 89 %, X2 = 20. 46, P< 0. 01. It proved that point penetration and deep puncture therapies had better analgesic effect than that of the filifom needle.

文摘In this paper, the background, evolution, basic meaning, clinical application and the detail operating procedures of the differential insertion depth in filiform needle acupuncture were discussed based on the classical expositions of the Yellow Emperor’s Canon of Medicine. It is believed that the differential insertion depth reflects the basic idea of expelling the evil Qi from the body in the application of traditional acupuncture. Since the site of evil invasion has different shades, the position of evil Qi and correct differentiation has become the operation key points of needle insertion. Apart from this, the Yellow Emperor’s Canon of Medicine has further associated the clinical application of filiform needle insertion depth with the seasonal change of Yin and Yang, the body built of the patients, the nature of the diseases, the heat or cold pathogenic factors of the illness, the excess and deficiency of the patient, and the reinforcing and reducing function of acupuncture. These elaborations have greatly enriched the basic content of acupuncture and laid a systematic theoretical foundation of filiform needle operation. The differential insertion depth in acupuncture has its specific meaning, the emphasis of insertion depth of filiform needle with its differentiated clinical implication exemplifies the perceptual thinking features of traditional acupuncture and typical reveals the uniqueness of Chinese civilization.
文摘Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of fire needle combined with filiform needle for different clinical stage frozen shoulders,and to choose the best treatment opportunity for clinical treatment of frozen shoulder.Methods:120 patients with frozen shoulders who met the inclusion criteria were numbered according to the visiting order.They were randomized into control group(60 cases)and treatment group(60 cases)according to the random number table.Both groups were treated with filiform needles once every other day and 3 times a week,and a course of treatment included 6 times and 2 courses were taken.The treatment group was treated by applying a fire needling point bloodletting on the local tender points once a week.Jiānyú(肩髃 LI 15),Jiānliáo(肩髎 TE 14),Jiānzhēn(肩贞 SI 9),Tiáokǒu(条口 ST 38),and local tender points were taken according to different meridian pains.The clinical efficacy of the frozen shoulder patients in the two groups in different clinical stages was compared.The evaluation indicators were scores of pain,joint activity range and activities of daily living,as well as clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine.Results:After treatment,the total scores of hundred-mark five-grade in both groups were significantly higher than those before treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(Treatment group82.02 ± 14.23 vs 43.37 ± 22.10,Control group 66.80 ± 18.98 vs 42.67 ± 23.03,both P<0.01),and the total score of the treatment group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.01).The hundred-mark five-grade assessment scores after treatment in the treatment group during the frozen stage were significantly higher than the control group(77.2± 14.40 vs 68.43 ± 16.94,P<0.01);as to the clinical efficacy,the total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(91.67% vs 76.67%,P<0.01);The total effective rate of the control group in the acute stage and functional recovery stage was co

文摘Suppose the ground field F is an algebraically closed field characteristic of p>2.In this paper,we investigate the restricted cohomology theory of restricted Lie superalgebras.Algebraic interpretations of low dimensional restricted cohomology of restricted Lie superalgebra are given.We show that there is a family of restricted model filiform Lie superalgebra Lλp,p structures parameterized by elementsλ∈Fp.We explicitly describe both the 1-dimensional ordinary and restricted cohomology superspaces of Lλp,p with coefficients in the 1-dimensional trivial module and show that these superspaces are equal.We also describe the 2-dimensional ordinary and restricted cohomology superspaces of Lλp,p with coefficients in the 1-dimensional trivial module and show that these superspaces are unequal.

文摘Background:Filiform needle acupuncture(FNA),the most classical and widely applied acupuncture method based on traditional Chinese medicine theory,has shown a promising effect in the treatment of allergic rhinitis(AR).Objective:To evaluate the efficacy,safety,cost-effectiveness,and patient preference of FNA in the treatment of AR by comparing FNA with sham acupuncture,no treatment,and conventional medication.Search strategy:Eight electronic databases were systematically searched from inception to October 14,2021.Additional studies were acquired from clinical trial registration platforms and reference lists.Inclusion criteria:Randomized controlled trials were included if they compared FNA with either sham acupuncture,no treatment or conventional medication for AR.Data extraction and analysis:Two researchers extracted data independently of each other using a predesigned data acquisition form,and results were cross-checked after completion.The primary outcome was symptom score(Total Nasal Symptom Score or Visual Analogue Scale),and the secondary outcomes were the AR control questionnaire,quality of life(QoL)score(Different versions of Rhinoconjunctivitis Quality of Life Questionnaire),medication score(use of rescue medication),mental health score,total IgE,adverse event rate,clinical economic indicators,and patient satisfaction score.Standardized mean difference(SMD)or mean difference(MD)with 95% confidence interval was used to calculate the effect size for continuous data,while risk ratio with 95%CI was used for dichotomous data.Results:Thirty studies were included in this review.Compared with sham acupuncture,FNA significantly reduced the symptom score(SMD:-0.29[-0.43,-0.15]),AR’s impact on QoL(SMD:-0.23[-0.37,-0.08])and medication score(SMD:-0.3[-0.49,-0.11]).Compared with no treatment,FNA dramatically reduced the symptom score(SMD:-0.8[-1.2,-0.39])and AR’s impact on QoL(SMD:-0.82[-1.13,-0.52]).There were no increased rates of adverse events with FNA compared to sham acupuncture and no treatment.FNA increased
文摘Objective.. To compare the mechanisms of analgesia induced by four kinds of acupunture therapies at the trypothalamic level in adjuvant arthritic rats. Methods: Forty-eight SD rats were randomized into normal, model, electroacupuncture (EA), filiform needle (FN), pricking blood-letting (BL) and point injection (PI) groups, with 8 cases in each. EA (20-100 Hz, 2-4 V and duration of 20 min), FN, BL PI were respectively applied to “Kunlun” (昆仑 BL 60). Arthritis model was established by injecting complete Freund's adjuvant (0.1 mL) into the rat's right foot pad. Behavioral reactions, pain threshold (latancy of tail flick to heat stimulation) and local swelling severity (foot volurne) were detected; the cordents of β-endorphin (β-EP) and α- drenocortiootropin (ACTH) were assayed with radioimmunoassay; and the expression of pro-opi-omelanocortin (POMC) mRNA in hypot were determined with hybridization method. Results: The pain threshold was significantly enhanced by all the four kinds of acupuncture therapies, and the effects of EA and PI were more obvious (P〈0.05, P〈0.01). The severity of local swelling was markedly alleviated by all the four kinds of acupuncture therapies ( P〈 0.01 ) without significant differences among them (P 〉 0.05). The content of β-EP in the hypothalamus was obviously elevated by EA and FN (P〈 0.05, P 〈 0.01 ), and the effect of EA was more obvious, but no marked effect of BL or PI on β-EP was found ( P 〉0.05). The content of ACTH in hypothalamus was considerably elevated by PI (P〈0.05), but not by the other three therapies. The expression of PCMCmRNA in hypothalamus was significantly strengthened by EA and FN (P〈0. 01), but not by the other two therapies. Conclusion:EA, flliform needle, blood-letting and point-injection all can produce analgesic effect in adjuvant arthritis rats, the effect of EA and filiform needie may be related to their resultant increase of hypothalamic β-EP

文摘The microstructure and the filiform corrosion behaviour of machined AA7150 aluminium alloy were investigated using scanning and transmission electron microscopies combined with potentiodynamic polarization and filiform corrosion testing,respectively.It is found that the grain refinement,redistribution of alloying elements,and elements segregation at grain boundaries are evident within the near-surface region on the machined AA7150 aluminium alloy.The corrosion susceptibility of machining introduced near-surface deformed layer is significantly improved caused by the modified microstructure associated with severe deformation.Filiform corrosion resistance on the machined surface is obviously decreased,due to the surface roughness associated with machining tracks and the presence of the electrochemically more active near-surface deformed layer introduced by machining.

文摘Objective:To observe the clinical effects of"hand and foot 12 needle acupuncture"on stroke in convalescent period of phlegm-dampness constitution.Methods:The 90 patients were divided into the treatment group(n=45)and the control group(n=45)according to the random number table method.The control group received basic Western medicine treatment+rehabilitation treatment of Western medicine,and the treatment group was additively treated with"hand and foot 12 needle acupuncture"on the basis of the control group.NIHSS score,MRS score and Barthel index(BI)before and after treatment were observed in the two groups,and the clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared.Results:The clinical efficacy of stroke patients in the convalescent period of phlegm-dampness constitution after treatment:the total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.33%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 66.67%.After statistical processing,the clinical efficacy of the treatment group was significantly better than the control group;NIHSS score,MRS score and Barthel index(BI)were better than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:"Hand and foot 12 needle acupuncture"treatment of phlegm-dampness constitution convalescent stroke clinical effect is remarkable.
