The results indicated that the reaction conditions such as enzyme concentration, temperature and reaction time exerted a considerable influence on the molecular weight and yield of the polyphosphates and in the case of using immobilized PPL as catalyst, relatively higher molecular weight( M n) could be obtained. Recycle use of the immobilized PPL was also preliminarily investigated.展开更多
