Focusing the need of the IWSBO, this paper brings forward the WODOS (WebOriented Distributed Ontology System), which is a model of the Distributed Ontology System in Web environment.The characteristic of the WODOS is that it can store, refer and process the ontology distributively and ensure the con-sistency and uniformity of the ontology in Web environment.展开更多

The development of Semantic Web is making itself be an impor-tant method to facilitate the knowledge-based information integration. This paper presents a new semantic Web lan-guage, DAML+OIL, and tries to use it to describe product information. It is proved that using DAML+OIL to de-scribe product information is quite a feasible way.展开更多
