In order to incorporate airworthiness requirements for flight characteristics into the entire development cycle of electronic flight control system(EFCS) equipped civil aircraft, digital virtual flight testing and e...In order to incorporate airworthiness requirements for flight characteristics into the entire development cycle of electronic flight control system(EFCS) equipped civil aircraft, digital virtual flight testing and evaluation method based on handling qualities rating method(HQRM)is proposed. First, according to HQRM, flight characteristics airworthiness requirements of civil aircraft in EFCS failure states are determined. On this basis, digital virtual flight testing model,comprising flight task digitized model, pilot controlling model, aircraft motion and atmospheric turbulence model, is used to simulate the realistic process of a pilot controlling an airplane to perform assigned flight tasks. According to the simulation results, flight characteristics airworthiness compliance of the airplane can be evaluated relying on the relevant regulations for handling qualities(HQ) rating. Finally, this method is applied to a type of passenger airplane in a typical EFCS failure state, and preliminary conclusions concerning airworthiness compliance are derived quickly. The research results of this manuscript can provide important theoretical reference for EFCS design and actual airworthiness compliance verification of civil aircraft.展开更多
Osteoarthritis(OA)is the most common degenerative joint disease that causes painful swelling and permanent damage to the joints in the body.The molecular mechanisms of OA are currently unknown.OA is a heterogeneous di...Osteoarthritis(OA)is the most common degenerative joint disease that causes painful swelling and permanent damage to the joints in the body.The molecular mechanisms of OA are currently unknown.OA is a heterogeneous disease that affects the entire joint,and multiple tissues are altered during OA development.To better understand the pathological mechanisms of OA,new approaches,methods,and techniques need to be used to understand OA pathogenesis.In this review,we first focus on the epigenetic regulation of OA,with a particular focus on DNA methylation,histone modification,and microRNA regulation,followed by a summary of several key mediators in OA-associated pain.We then introduce several innovative techniques that have been and will continue to be used in the fields of OA and OA-associated pain,such as CRISPR,scRNA sequencing,and lineage tracing.Next,we discuss the timely updates concerning cell death regulation in OA pathology,including pyroptosis,ferroptosis,and autophagy,as well as their individual roles in OA and potential molecular targets in treating OA.Finally,our review highlights new directions on the role of the synovial lymphatic system in OA.An improved understanding of OA pathogenesis will aid in the development of more specific and effective therapeutic interventions for OA.展开更多

Emerging evidence has revealed that a group of B-box proteins (BBXs) function as central players in these light-mediated developmental processes. B-box proteins are a class of zinc-coordinated transcription factors or regulators that not only directly mediate the transcription of target genes but also interact with various other factors to create a complex regulatory network involved in the precise control of plant growth and development. This review summarizes and highlights the recent findings concerning the critical regulatory functions of BBXs in photoperiodic flow-ering, light signal transduction and light-induced pigment accumulation and their molecular modes of action at the transcriptional and post-translational levels in plants.展开更多
The current situation of medical staff's awareness about high alert medication was investigated in order to promote safe medication and standardized management of the high alert medication in China. Twenty questions ...The current situation of medical staff's awareness about high alert medication was investigated in order to promote safe medication and standardized management of the high alert medication in China. Twenty questions were designed concerning elementary knowledge of high alert medications, storage management, medication issues and risks. In order to understand the knowledge level and education status of high alert medication, a convenient survey was conducted among 300 medical staffs in Tianjin. Medical staff's average score of high alert medication knowledge was 12.43±0.27, and the average scores of elementary knowledge of high alert medication, storage management, medication issues and risks were 3.38±0.11, 2.46±0.14, 3.17±0.11 and 3.41±0.12 respectively. Occupation(F=4.86, P=0.003), education background(F=5.57, P=0.019) and professional titles(F=13.44, P≤0.001) contributed to the high alert medications knowledge scores. Currently, the most important channel to obtain high alert medication knowledge was hospital files or administrative rules, and clinical pharmacist seminars were the most popular education form. It was suggested that the high alert medication knowledge level of the medical staff needs to increase, and it might benefit from targeted, systematic and diverse training to the medical staff working in the different circulation nodes of the medications. Further research to develop and validate the instrument is needed.展开更多

Three-dimensional(3D)surface geometry provides elemental information in various sciences and precision engineering.Fringe Projection Profilometry(FPP)is one of the most powerful non-contact(thus non-destructive)and no...Three-dimensional(3D)surface geometry provides elemental information in various sciences and precision engineering.Fringe Projection Profilometry(FPP)is one of the most powerful non-contact(thus non-destructive)and non-interferometric(thus less restrictive)3D measurement techniques,featuring at its high precision.However,the measurement precision of FPP is currently evaluated experimentally,lacking a complete theoretical model for guidance.We propose the first complete FPP precision model chain including four stage models(camera intensity,fringe intensity,phase and 3D geometry)and two transfer models(from fringe intensity to phase and from phase to 3D geometry).The most significant contributions include the adoption of a non-Gaussian camera noise model,which,for the first time,establishes the connection between camera’s electronics parameters(known in advance from the camera manufacturer)and the phase precision,and the formulation of the phase to geometry transfer,which makes the precision of the measured geometry representable in an explicit and concise form.As a result,we not only establish the full precision model of the 3D geometry to characterize the performance of an FPP system that has already been set up,but also explore the expression of the highest possible precision limit to guide the error distribution of an FPP system that is yet to build.Our theoretical models make FPP a more designable technique to meet the challenges from various measurement demands concerning different object sizes from macro to micro and requiring different measurement precisions from a few millimeters to a few micrometers.展开更多
