目的对正颌外科计算机模拟系统在牵张成骨技术应用中的预测准确性及其临床意义和价值进行评价和分析。方法对临床30例行牵张成骨术的牙颌面畸形患者应用正颌外科计算机辅助模拟系统(computer-assisted simulation system for orthognath...目的对正颌外科计算机模拟系统在牵张成骨技术应用中的预测准确性及其临床意义和价值进行评价和分析。方法对临床30例行牵张成骨术的牙颌面畸形患者应用正颌外科计算机辅助模拟系统(computer-assisted simulation system for orthognathic surgery,CASSOS)进行术前诊断,模拟手术和面像预测,并与术后实际效果进行比较。结果模拟预测与实际结果比较,除单侧牵张成骨比较时Pog-NB差异存在统计学意义外,其余测量参数差异无统计学意义。结论正颌外科计算机模拟预测系统CASSOS能够较为准确的预测下颌单双侧和上颌牵张成骨术后治疗效果,但是对单侧牵张成骨术后下颌颏部的预测仍有差距。展开更多
