喷腾分解炉内流场优化的数值仿真研究

采用标准k-ε双方程模型和SIMPLE方法对喷腾分解炉内流动特性进行了数值模拟,通过增设分解炉的中部缩口、柱体的尺寸、入口气流的流速以及增加旋流风,在不同条件下得到了炉内的流场分布情况,并进行了比较和分析,为分解炉的结构和工况的... 采用标准k-ε双方程模型和SIMPLE方法对喷腾分解炉内流动特性进行了数值模拟,通过增设分解炉的中部缩口、柱体的尺寸、入口气流的流速以及增加旋流风,在不同条件下得到了炉内的流场分布情况,并进行了比较和分析,为分解炉的结构和工况的优化设计提供了参考依据。研究表明:喷腾分解炉内流场主要为喷射流,不易产生较强烈的横向混合和必要的逆向物料返混。结构和工况参数的变化,延长了气流的运行轨迹,适当地增加气流的横向运动,将有利于延长物料的停留时间、物料的分散和煤粉燃尽率和CaCO3分解率的提高。同时,数值模拟结果将为优化分解炉设计和流动参数提供理论依据。 展开更多

Computational Investigation on the Allosteric Modulation of Androgen Receptor

Androgens have similar structures with different biological activities. To identify molecular determinants responsible for the activity difference, we have docked six steroidal androgens to the binding site or the surface of androgen receptor by using molecular docking with computational investigation. The energy was calculated respectively based on the QM (quantum mechanics) and MM (molecular mechanics) methods. The result shows that the allosteric modulation of androgen receptor plays an important role in the binding process between androgens and receptor. The open state receptor is less stable than the close state one, but the latter is more favorable for binding with androgens. It is worthy of note that when the androgen receptors binding or without binding with androgen are in close state, they are difficult to return to their open state. This phenomenon is an exception of the well known two-state model theory in which the two states are reversible. Whether the internal of close state androgen receptor has a combination of androgen or not, the androgen receptor surface can be combined with another androgen, and their surface binding energies could be very close. The result is consistent with the experimental observations, but this phenomenon of continuous combination from open state is also an exception of the two-state model theory. 展开更多

Thorium as a suitable fertile with higher natural resources in comparison with uranium resources has been remarkably considered by different nuclear energy user countries in the last decades. Its prominent features such as suitable possibility for power flattening of a nuclear reactor, applicable breeder blanket to produce^(233)U fissile as well as neutron leakage prevention from a nuclear core has caused its application as power flatter, breeder material or other aimed utilizations be evaluated by the researches. In the present study, neutronics of a modeled CANDU 6loaded with Th O_2 and UO_2fuel rods have been computationally studied. The study aimed at reprocessing of burned Th O_2 seeds at CANDU 6 reactor to recover the total produced uranium, which is to be going under another compound fuel cycle. The obtained results showed all the core reactivity coefficients are sufficiently negative. The modeled core 949 GWd burn-up concluding in 99.99 %depletion of^(235)U initial loads. 18.38 kg of^(233) U was produced in the burnt Th O_2 fuel after 1-year burn-up time. In addition, 31.84 kg of^(239) Pu was produced in the UO_2 spent fuel rods after the burn-up time. After a proposed cooling time, about 50.01 kg of^(233)U will be available in the spent Th O_2 fuel. 展开更多

目的:研究 CT 机内外定位线距离变化的规律。方法:5种型号 CT 机为 GE 双排,GE 宝石,飞利浦64层,东芝64层以及西门子20层 CT 机,内、外定位线距离不同,但在机架角度0°时为一固定值。实验方法取 CT 机架角度为0°、10... 目的:研究 CT 机内外定位线距离变化的规律。方法:5种型号 CT 机为 GE 双排,GE 宝石,飞利浦64层,东芝64层以及西门子20层 CT 机,内、外定位线距离不同,但在机架角度0°时为一固定值。实验方法取 CT 机架角度为0°、10°、15°和20°4种状态,内外定位线投影在扫描床上,用标尺测量内外定位线之间的实际距离,并记录其变化;公式 T=R/Cosθ+M 计算5种型号 CT 机架角度为0°、10°、15°和20°4种状态下的内外定位线距离值,并与实验测量值进行比较。结果:实验方法显示5种型号 CT 机架角度为0°、10°、15°和20°时的内外定位线之间的距离变化与公式 T=R/Cosθ+M 的计算结果完全一致。结论:公式 T=R/Cosθ+M 揭示 CT 机架倾斜角为0°~20°时,内外定位线距离变化的规律,从而为医生赢得宝贵的诊治时间,为患者减少辐射剂量,具有非常重要的临床意义。 展开更多
